Objective: To investigate the relationship of involvement area with the clinical, endoscopic and pathological characteristics of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: We retrospectively studied the clinical, endoscopic and pathological data of 75 patients with UC, including 17(22.67%) with distal colitis,27(36%) with left-sided colitis and 31(41.33%) with extensive colitis/pancolitis. Results: No differences were found in the gender and age of onset between different groups. The incidences of main clinical manifestations and complications increased with the increase of the UC involvement, with significant difference found in the incidences of anemia, hypoproteinemia and extraintestinal manifestations between different groups (P<0.05). Positive correlation was found between the UC involvement with the UC severity (r=0.418, P<0.001) and disease activity under endoscopy (r=0.239, P=0.039). The incidence of atypical hyperplasia of enteric epithelium in extensive colitis/pancolitis group was significantly higher than those in the other 2 groups (both P<0.05). Conclusion: The UC involvement is related to the clinical, endoscopic and pathological characteristics of UC; the involvement is positively correlated with the clinical severity and disease activity of UC under coloscopy.

Abstract?AlM:To compare the effects of different adjustable suture in glaucoma trabeculectomy on early tear film function.?METHODS:Sixty-eight cases of primary glaucoma ( 76 eyes) during January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into exposure conjunctival suture group ( 34 cases, 36 eyes ) and embedded conjunctival suture group ( 34 cases, 40 eyes ) according to treatment. Adjustable suture exposed conjunctival suture and embedding conjunctival suture was given to two groups, respectively. lntraocular pressure ( lOP ) before and after treatment 7, 14, 30d were observed and Schirmer test, tear break-up time, No Hikaru sensitivity and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment 1, 30d were recorded.?RESULTS: After the treatment, the mean lOP of two groups were decreased significantly ( P < 0. 05 ). The average lOP after treatment of 1d in the two groups were not statistically different (P>0. 05), after treatment 7, 14, 30d embedded conjunctival suture group was significantly higher than that of exposure conjunctival suture group ( P<0. 05). After 1d of treatment, Schirmer test, tear break-up time, No Hikaru sensitivity of two groups compared no significant difference (P<0. 05). After treatment 7, 14, 30d embedded conjunctival suture group Schirmer test, tear break- up time, was significantly superior to expose conjunctiva suture group (P<0. 05). The 30d package after treatment of conjunctival suture group buried adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of exposed conjunctival suture group (P<0. 05).? CONCLUSlON: Trabeculectomy operation with adjustable thread embedding conjunctival suture has few effects on the tear film function in patients with early postoperative complications, lower, and operation effect is better than that of exposed conjunctival suture.

Objective To understand the features of lymphatic vessel,and to summarize the foundation and mechanism of the promotion and inhibition of tumor lymphangiogenesis recorded on the current studies of animal ex- periments and clinical researches.Methods The related literatures of the structural features of lymphatic vessel, lymphatic endothelial molecular markers,the origin of lymphatic tumors,the molecular mechanisms and regulatory factors were reviewed,and the relationship between tumor lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis,the treat- ment targeting at the formation of the anti-tumor lymphatic vessel and its existing problems were also analyzed.Re- suits Hyperplasia of lymphatic vessels occurred during the process of tumor formation and progression.The struc- tural features of the lymphatic vessels in the tumor were conducive to tumor lymphatic metastasis.In recent years, methods of anti-lymphangiogenesis and inhibition of tumor lymphatic metastasis had achieved considerable success in animal experiments.However,there were still a lot of problems need to be solved.Conclusion Tumor lymphangio- genesis has a significantly positive correlation between tumor lymphatic metastasis and patients'prognosis,which may indicate that treatment against the formation of tumor lymphatic vessel maybe effective.

Objective To explore the effect of Renzhu Jianwei Granules(Granule of Semen Coicis and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macro- cephalae for strengthening the stomach)on the patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)and its mechanism. Methods The 58 patients of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)complicated with intestinal metaplasia(IM)and/or dysplasia(Dys) were randomized into treatment group and control group with 29 in each.The treatment group was administered Renzhu Jianwei Gran- ules while the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets.The numbers of positive cells of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and cy- clooxygenase 2(COX-2)of gastric mueosa before and after treatment were observed.Results The scores of positive cells of CEA and COX-2 of gastric mucosa of both groups were greatly reduced after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Renzhu Jianwei Granules can reduce CEA and COX-2 of PLGC patients,possibly being one of the mechanisms in treating PLGC.

Objective To explore the relationship between types of social support and roles of supporters,on people living with HIV/AIDS,in rural areas of Henan province.Methods A rural area from Henan province where the main route of HIV transmission was through blood collection was selected as the research site.Survivors registered in that area were randomly selected as subjects.Questionnaire on social support related to social network analysis paradigm was designed and face-to-face interview was used to collect information.Correspondence analysis method was adopted to analyze the relationship between types of social support and roles of social supporters.Results 204 questionnaires were sorted out with 2227 pairs of bind between types of social support and roles of social supporters analyzed.According to scatter plot of row and column points,our data showed that support from the spouses was mainly associated with caring for daily life and companionship for medical treatment on the patients.The research subjects stated that they would primarily discuss over the major issues or chat with their parents and children as they were the ones that they could trust the most.However,they would turn to their brothers,sisters or other relatives to borrow money or asking for other kinds of help.Non-relatives were the resources on social interaction,like going-out together or borrowing life necessities.Conclusion Supporters with different social roles on HIV/AIDS issues,appeared to be corresponded to specific types of social support in rural areas of Henan province.

The secondary structure of the protein of DM0 and DMT in Oreochromis aureus were predicted by the methods of Garnier-Robson, Chou-Fasman and Karplus-Schulz based on the amimo acid sequences of DM0 and DMT. And Hydrophilicity plot, Surface probability and Antigenic index for DM0 and DMT protein were obtained by the methods of Kyte-Doolittle, Emini and Jameson-Wolf, respectively. Combined the results according to these methods, the B cell epitopes for DM0 and DMT protein were predicted. The results demonstrated that there were some centers of?-helix in the DM0 protein' s N- terminal No. 80 - 112, 144 -147, 193- 194, 251 - 255, 260 - 269 and No. 279- 283, and in the DMT protein' s N-terminal No. 61 -86, 98 - 105, 140 - 146, 239 -241 and No. 269 -273. And there are some centers of?-sheet in the DM0 protein' s N-terminal No. 59 -61, 69 -70, 148 - 150 and No. 383 -390, and in the DMT protein's N-terminal No. 125 -129, 207-213, 255-264 and No. 281-284. Furthermore, the DMO protein' s N-terminal No. 40-41,44 -45, 50-51, 128-129, 189-192, 204-207, 216-222, 226-233, 244-246, 298 - 299 and No. 323 -326, and the DMT protein' s N-termianl No. 12 - 13, 26 - 27, 43 - 44, 58 - 60, 93 - 95, 115 - 120, 136 -139 and No. 149 -151 may be the flexible regions. Theses results are helpful for studies on sex control mechanism of DMO and DMT in Oreochromis aureus.

The HPLC fingerprint determination method of Jinzhen oral solution was established to provide a new method for quality control of Jinzhen oral solution. RP-HPLC was used for phenomenex Luna C18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column, with 0.1% H3 PO4 water solution and acetonitrile as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. HPLC fingerprint of Jinzhen oral solution was established to identify 17 common peaks in Jinzhen oral solution. The similarity of fingerprints of 10 batches of finished products was more than 0. 90. The established HPLC fingerprint has a better precision, reproducibility and stability, and can be applied in quality control of Jinzhen oral solution.
