Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on children′s supracondylar humerus fracture of ulnar deviation on postoperative recovery. Methods From November 2015 to February 2016, 52 inpatients were divided into 2 groups by random digits table method after the external fixation removal surgery with 26 cases each. The observation group was intervened by integrated nursing and was given TCM rehabilitation guidance, while the control group was intervened by regular nursing and was given regular rehabilitation guidance. After 4 weeks, the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Syndrome Diagnosis and their elbow joint function was evaluated by Flynn score. In 8 weeks of follow up, all the patients were valued by their quality of life. Results In the process of intervention, with 1 case fell off in the observation group, 3 cases fell off in the control group, so finally the observation group with 25 cases, the control group with 23 cases. Fifteen cases were cured, 7 cases were improved, 3 cases were not cured at 4 weeks after surgery in the observation group, 8, 6, 9 cases in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.120, P=0.034). At 4 weeks after surgery, 10, 6, 6, 3 cases were excellent, good, medium and poor evaluated by Flynn score in the observation group, 5, 4, 5, 9 cases in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.051, P=0.040). Incidence of postoperative complications was 8.0% (2/25) in the observation group, 30.4% (7/23) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=2.622, P=0.047). Physical, psychological, social and environmental fields of quality of life were 77.84 ± 12.15, 81.13 ± 15.72, 79.95 ± 20.68, 79.44 ± 11.57 in the observation group, 63.31 ± 15.86, 63.07 ± 12.63, 65.65 ± 18.51, 61.32 ± 17.24 in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.516- 4.363, P<0.05). Conclusions Integrated nursing intervention with TCM rehabilitation guidance is a method which can effectively help in improving the elbow movement function and the life quality of children with supracondylar humerus fractures of ulnar deviation.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the quality status of rubella virus IgM diagnostic kits by national supervising sampling.
METHODSUsing legal inspection combining with exploratory study, the positive and negative coincidence rate, detection limit and repeatability of kits were verified.
RESULTSThe results showed that 15 of 16 batches of kits were qualified using legal inspection, and the passing rate was 93.8%. The unqualified item was negative coincidence rate. In exploratory study, only 11 batches (68.8%) complied with industry standard. The unqualified items were negative coincidence rate, detection limit and repeatability.
CONCLUSIONAt present, rubella virus IgM diagnostic Kits have some quality problems in the market. It is recommended that we adopt industry standard and national reference panel in the registration inspection for the future, which will prompt enterprises to improve quality.

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effects of ursolic acid cooperated with gemcitabine on proliferation and apoptosis of pancreatic cancer PANC-1 cells. Methods: Human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1 was cultured in vitro with ursolic acid and gemcitabine respectively; and MTT assay was used to determine the IC50 of ursolic acid and gemcitabine, thus obtaining the best drug concentration. Ursolic acid (2 µmol/L) and gemcitabine (0.2 µmol/L) alone or in combination was used to treat PANC-1 cells; trypan blue assay was used to test cell viability, and PI staining was used to examine the cell apoptosis; wound healing was used to detect the proliferation and migration of PANC-1 cells. The protein expressions of P-JNK, Bcl-2, IL-6, P-Stat 3, NF-κB and Cox-2 in cells of each treatment group were detected using Western blotting. Results: Both ursolic acid and gemcitabine could significantly inhibit the proliferation of PANC-1 cells, and the IC50 is 13.67 and 2.78 µmol/L, respectively; and the final concentrations were determined at 2 and 0.2 µmol/L for ursolic acid and gemcitabine, respectively. Compared with single drug treatment, the combined treatment exerted a more prominent cell proliferation inhibition effect ([46.47±5.07]% vs [78.38±8.65]%, [76.12±3.23]%, all P<0.05), apoptosis-induction effect ([39.78± 7.01]% vs [20.35±8.51]%, [20.35±8.51]%, all P<0.01) and migration inhibition effect (P<0.01) on PANC-1 cells. Western blotting showed that the combined treatment strongly inhibited Bcl-2 and IL-6 expression, accelerated P-JNK protein expression compared with single drug treatment. Conclusion: The synergistic effect of ursolic acid and gemcitabine enhanced the inhibition on proliferation, migration, and promoted cell apoptosis of human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1, the mechanism may be associated with inhibition of Bcl-2, Il-6, P-stat 3 proteins and promotion of P-JNK protein.
