Objective To research the quality management technique of medical device that as an important technique of medical engineering department in hospital is a guarantee of the hospital's development.Methods The definition,elements,signification and extension of management technique,elaborated the technique process and requirement of the quality control in hospital were introduced.Results Following an analysis of the quality control system and actualizing methods,perspective and current objective of the accident report system,legal and systemic quality management,as well as the role and responsibility of medical engineering practitioner were discussed.Conclusion The quality level of hospital will be fully improved depending on establishment of the quality management technique for medical device.

Objective The diagnosis and treatment of modern hospital are greatly influenced by medical devices. With the widespread introduction of medical equipment, the scientific management how to carry on the instrument and appliance by the administrative department of hospital becomes an unavoidable problem. Methods Based on the definition of medical equipment, basic attributes and management skills, some key questions which the administrator should notice and solve in the scientific management are introduced, and gives out the principle and method. Results It is pointed out that scientific management can correctly guide the investment of equipment, and gain great benefit with a minimum input. Conclusion Investment according to the developmental strategy is proposed, which provides strong theoretical basis for leadership and administrative departments.

Objective To discuss the procurement managerial technique standard for medical equipment importation.Methods The procurement managerial technique standard for medical equipment importation was studied from the aspects of flows for international bidding,declaration and operation as well as related specifications.Results The imported medical equipment according with the procurement managerial technique standard,gifted with a high cost performance,satisfied the requirements of the nation and the hospital.Conclusion The managerial technique standard can promote the procurement of imported medical equipment.

Objective To analyze the power interference during ECG machine testing and to propose countermeasures.Methods Some measures in power supply stability, shielding, grounding and wire winding were carried out to reduce the influences of 50 Hz interference on ECG machine testing.Results The influences of the power interference were reduced greatly on ECG machine.Concluslon The performances of ECG machine can be ensured by restraining the power interference.

Upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage (UGH) is a kind of intensive disease commonly encountered clinically. In recent years, the diagnosis and treatment method of UGH had achieved satisfied progress. But with the development of aged tendency of population, its morbidity is still in a high level. Especially in older patients with serious complications, the fatality rate is much higher. It has been proved practically, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has remarkable effects in treating UGH. This article summarized the progress of TCM or integrative medicine studies on UGH through etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutic principle and methods.

Objective: To supply the quality of hospital centers, conduct research and analysis, develop appropriate purification scheme. Methods: According to the specific hospital ward equipment used and production center with the use of state gas sampling filter device;through the device each ward of the hospital wards with a central gas sampling equipment, comparison and analysis. Conclusion:Hospital Center survey analysis is a gas quality monitoring and promotion of the development, the need to promote open each hospital to develop a central supply more complete safety indicators. This paper mainly describes the software design for a new type of ultrasound power detecting system based on instrument, in which data acquisition module, digital filtering module, data conversion module, zero setting and adjustment module. In the required accuracy, this system is more convenient and practical than the former power detecting system.

Objective To explore the role of fibrogenic cytokines and inflammatory cytokines in the pathogenesis of frozen shoulder. Methods From September, 2014 to April, 2016, 20 patients with frozen shoulder accepted arthroscopic surgery were included, ten of them were diagnosed as primary frozen shoulder (group A), the other ten were secondary frozen shoulder (group B). Other ten patients undergo-ing shoulder arthroscopy for instability (4 cases), rotator cuff injury (3 cases) and subacromial impingement (3 cases) were as the controls (group C). The mRNA levels of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 1, MMP3, tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1, IL-6, IL-8, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and M-CSF in synovium were analyzed with quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results The expression of mRNA of MMP1, MMP3, TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, GM-CSF and M-CSF were more in group A and group B than in group C (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between group A and group B (P>0.05). Conclusion The fibro-genic cytokines and inflammatory cytokines may play a role in the pathogenesis of frozen shoulder.

This paper introduces the basic theory of BP neural network and develops a model for assessing bid of medical equipment based on BP neural network. A case is analyzed with the model, and the result shows the high accuracy of it.
