2.Histological changes of blood vessels following intervention with alendronate in vascular calcificated rats
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(50):-
AIM:To observe the histopathological changes of vascular calcificated rats following intervention with alendronate, further more,to verify the therapeutic action of alendronate on angiosteosis.METHODS:Thirty Sprague Dawley rats were divided into the normal,Vitamin D3 and alendronate groups by random number table after feeding for 1 week.Rats in the Vitamin D3 and alendronate groups were lavaged with 250 000 U/(kg ?d) Vitamin D3 or iso-capacity of sodium chloride at 0,24,and 48 hours after model preparation. From the fourth day, rats in the alendronate group were treated with 0.9 mg/(kg ?d) alendronate. All rats were sacrificed at the end of 6 weeks, removed aorta and aortic arch. The pathological change was analyzed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. In addition, calcium contents of blood vessel were measured.Von Kossa staining,Image-Pro Plus 6.0 image analysis software were used to determine the ratio of calcified plaque, and detected the content of blood fat.RESULTS:There had calcified plaque in the vessel wall of aortic arch in the alendronate group, but the number was obvious smaller than and the necrosis area was significantly lower than that of the Vitamin D3 group. The calcium contents of blood vessel, ratio of calcificated area,as well as the concentration of total cholesterol was decreased compared with the Vitamin D3 group(P
3.Professor LI Tie,s clinical experience in using hemostatic Chinese herbs
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(05):-
Chinese materia medica of hemostasis are frequently used in clinic, the author has the honor to follow Professor LI Tie to study the clinical knowledge, and benefits lots from it.This article sums up the clinic experience of LI Tie in using hemostatic Chinese herbs, such as Xianhecao,Baimaogen,Qiancao,Sanqi,Baiji,Zonglvtan,Diyutan,Xueyutan,Aiye,Puhuang and so on.Besides using hemostatic method, the methods of removing heat to cool blood, reinforcing spleen and invigorating qi,promoting blood flow for removing blood stasis are used according to the cause of disease. The treatment principle are treating secondary symptoms for emergency and paying more attention to strengthening the body resistance. There are the unique characteristics in compatibility of drug pairs, and the cliniceffect is very good.
4.Protective effect of calcium channel blocking agents against human hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
ObjectiveTo investigate the protective effect of calcium channel blocker, verapamil against human hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.MethodsThe patients undergoing lobe/segment hepatectomy were injected with 5?mg/2ml verapamil through vena gastroepiploica dextra before blocking hepatic portal.ResultsThe levels of free calcium ions in the hepatic cell and serum enzyme from the test group increased significantly than those of the control group. The degree of hepatic pathological injury was lower and the hepatic function restored earlier in test group.ConclusionCalcium channel blockers administered by hepatic portal vein before blocking hepatic portal have an important protective effect against human hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(10):-
Objective To study the induction of IL-6 on expression and activity of tissue factor (TF)in peripheral blood monocytes(PBMCs).Methods rhIL-6 100 ng/L and rhIL-6 100 ng/L+ rhIL-6 MoAb 10?g/L were used respectively to stimulate the PBMCs for 24 h,PBMCs without any stimulation as control group,to study the changes of antigen content,mRNA expression and the ac- tivity of the TF.Results The antigen content,mRNA expression and activity of TF were increased significantly in 100 ng/L rhIL-6 group as compared with rhIL-6 100 ng/L+rhIL-6 MoAb 10?g/L and control groups(P<0.01).Conclusions rhIL-6 can induce the increase of antigen expression, activity and mRNA expression in PBMCs,and these effects can be suppressed successfully by rhIL-6 MoAb. This study demonstrated that there was potential relations between cytokines and thrombogenesis, which may play an important role the pathogenesis of chronic rejection.

Objective To summarize the theoretic evidence of Shenmen (HT7) Point in the treatment of insomnia and its action mechanism, for guiding clinical application. Method The reasons and evidences for using acupuncture at Shenmen to treat insomnia were summarized from the following 3 aspects: records in the ancient literatures, clinical application, and modern medical studies. Result Acupuncture at Shenmen can produce a calming and sedative effect, and it should be one of the optimal choices for treating insomnia due to its significant efficacy; it calms the mind and improves sleep quality via activating the nervous center for regulating sleep and promoting the secretion of neurotransmitters such as 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in brain. Conclusion Acupuncture at Shenmen is an effective method is treating insomnia.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(12):1263-1265
The concept, connotation and extension of "similar-indication acupoints" which is proposed by Professor WANG Fuchun are introduced in this paper. It is noted that "similar-indication acupoints" is one category of acupoints that hass similar effects for one symptom or disease, which is the basic element for acupoints compatibility, while acupoint compatibility is the foundation of acupuncture acupoints prescription. The proposal and application of "similar-indication acupoints" has provided a new method for the transition from specificity study to generality study, also lay a solid theoretical foundation for acupoints compatibility search.

Job satisfaction of contract nurses has been an important subject on modern hospital HR management. It has been the base of hospital service and its sustainable development and turned to be the main part to facilitate the patients' satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the satisfaction of contract nurses. Based on Herzberg's Double-factor Theory, this essay analyzed the key elements that affect contract nurses' job satisfaction. Moreover, it also studied two main strategies for the improvement of contract nurses' satisfaction. The first is the theory of exerting the factor of health care, which helps divert contract nurses from dissatisfaction to satisfaction without any incompatibility. The second is to enhance the effect of motive factor, diverting contract nurses from satisfaction absence to highly rated satisfaction.
