Aimed at the decontamination of protective clothes used for high level biosafety laboratory,infectious sickroom and field sampling,a kind of chemical spray sterilization device adopting PLC and touch screen technology is developed,which has the advantages of being safe,reliable,easy to operate and adjustable for parameters.The experimental results show that the decontamination effect of the device is reliable,and the device runs stable and highly-automatized,and the effect of the spray is satisfactory.The device has great practical value in the areas of biosafety,inspection & quarantine and medical facility.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version Morisky Medication Adherence Scales-8 in assessing medication compliance of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis.METHODS:The Chinese version of MMAS-8 was used to evaluate the compliance of 200 rheumatoid arthritis patients who responded to the WeChat public issue from the public forum of China rheumatism.Item analysis,homogeneity test,reliability analysis,and validity analysis were all conducted.RESULTS:The eight items showed significant difference between the two extreme groups as head and tail 27％ of the total score in Levene method F test (P＜0.001).t test of variance inequality was adopted,with significant difference (P＜0.001).Correlation coefficient between the 7 items and the total score was higher than 0.400,and the 8 items were significantly correlated with the total score (P＜0.001).Internal consistency reliability coefficient Cronbach's α was 0.657,and standardized Cronbach's α was 0.662.For construct validity,KMO was 0.638,Bartlett's sphericity test was 246.278,factor analysis method was adopted to extract 3 common factors,and explainable total variance was 58.846％.Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.435 between MMAS-8 total score and MA-VAS score (P＜0.001).CONCLUSIONS:Reliability and validity of the Chinese version MMAS-8 for the determination of medication compliance in patients with rheumatoid arthritis are good.

Amniotic membrane has been used as wound dressing for more than 100 years. With the development of the preservation and preparation techniques, amniotic membrane is widely used in ophthalmology, burns, plastic surgery, dentistry, and neurosurgery. In recent years, as more and more amniotic membrane is used in chronic wounds, it will be a new treatment method for wounds. This paper is a brief review about advances in preparation and clinical application of amniotic membrane graft.

Since December 2019, the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has been reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Almost 70% of patients susceptible to 2019-nCoV are over age of 50 years, with extremely large proportion of critical illness and death of the elderly patients. Meanwhile, the elderly patients are at high risk of osteoporotic fractures especially osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF). During the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic, orthopedists are confronted with the following difficulties including how to screen and protect OVCF patients, how to accurately diagnose and assess the condition of OVCF patients with suspected or confirmed COVID-19, and how to develop reasonable treatment plans and comprehensive protective measures in emergency and outpatient clinics. In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of patients with OVCF diagnosed with COVID-19, the authors jointly develop this expert consensus. The consensus systematically recommends the standardized emergency and outpatient screening and confirmation procedures for OVCF patients with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 and protective measures for emergency and outpatient clinics. Moreover, the consensus describes the grading and classification of OVCF patients diagnosed with COVID-19 according to the severity of illness and recommends different treatment plans and corresponding protective measures based on the different types and epidemic prevention and control requirements.
