1.Selection and purchase of fluorescence ration PCR instrument
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
As an important method for clinical molecule inspection, fluorescence ration PCR has become preferable for more and more scientific researchers for its good sensitivity and distinctness.Since the inspection accuracy is closely related to the performance of fluorescence ration PCR,this paper introduces some attention-deserved problems in PCR instrument purchase.
2.An Empirical Study on the Unreasonably High Retailing Price of Chinese Patent Medicines
China Pharmacy 2005;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the gap between the production cost and retail prices of Chinese patent drugs for references of setting scientific and reasonable drug price.METHODS: The retail prices of the selected drugs were surveyed on the spot;the production prices of the drugs were calculated using the cost accounting theory;statistical method was adopted to compare the equivalence between the production cost and retail price and compute the rational ratio between cost and retail price.RESULTS: Among the 93 high price Chinese patent drugs surveyed, the retail prices of only 6 approached their theoretical retail prices, and the remaining 87 had unreasonably high prices to different extent.CONCLUSION: More importance should be attached to the unreasonably high prices of Chinese patent drugs. The upper limit of the retail prices or daily dose retail prices of Chinese patent drugs should be set so as to keep the unreasonably high drug prices under control.
4.Comparison of efficacy of nitroglycerine administered by local application and intravenous injection for uterine relaxation in patients undergoing caesarean section
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2010;30(9):1142-1143
Objective To compare the efficacy of nitroglycerine administered by local application and intravenous injection for uterine relaxation in patients undergoing caesarean section. Methods Sixty ASA Ⅰ patients, aged 25-35 yr, weighing 60-90 kg, undergoing caesarean section, were randomly allocated into 3 groups ( n = 20 each): control group (group C), intravenous injection group (group I) and local application group (group L). Combined spinal-epidural block was used in the patients. After isolation of uterus, nitroglycerine 0.2 mg was injected intravenously in group Ⅰ and was injected into uterine muscle in group L. The delivery time, blood loss during operation and MAP at the time of uterus incision and 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 min after uterus incision were recorded. Results Compared with group C, MAP at the time of uterus incision was significantly decreased and the delivery time was significantly shortened in group Ⅰ and L, and the blood loss during operation was significantly increased in group Ⅰ while decreased in group L ( P < 0.05). MAP at the time of uterus incision and 3, 5, and 10 min after uterus incision was significantly increased, the delivery time was significantly shortened, and the blood loss during operation was significantly decreased in group L compared with group Ⅰ ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Local application of nitroglycerine exerts better efficacy than intravenous injection for uterine relaxation in patients undergoing caesarean section.
5.Relationship between diabetic retinopathy and angiotensin converting enzyme gene deletion polymorphism: a systemic review
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2010;26(8):679-681
To clarify the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism and diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetic patients by meta analysis. 16 eligible articles were selected in this study, including 1 014 patients with diabetic retinopathy and 1 135 controls. The meta analysis revealed that systematic data Z= 2.91 ( P = 0.004 ), OR = 1.69 ( 95% CI 1.19-2.40). There is association between ACE gene I/D polymorphism and the diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetic patients.
7.Challenge and opportunity of entry to WTO brings to scientific and technological periodical.
Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology 2004;20(4):415-416
After our country enters WTO, confronted with the direct influence in big international market opening, editorial department will face fierce competition. Selecting the superior and eliminate the inferior will test every publishing house and every magazine directly. In order to improve the competition level, author has analyzed the current situation of China's periodical development, and then explored the scientific and technological periodical opportunity and challenge faced under the new situation.

10.Effect of Motor Relearning Program on the Balance Function of Stroke Patients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(12):1093-1094
Objective To observe the effect of motor relearning program (MRP) on balance function of stroke patients. Methods Sixty stroke patients were randomly divided into the MRP group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were trained with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) therapy; those of the MRP group were trained with the MRP therapy. The balance function of all patients was assessed with the Fugl-Meyer Balance Function Assessment before and after training. Results After training, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of all patients increased ( P<0.05), but scores of the patients of the MRP group were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion The MRP training can improve the recovery of balance function of stroke patients.
