Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(9):664-667
Objective Different methods were used for the analysis of different medical and health institutions in Henan Province in 2012 of hospital bed utilization,to find bed utilization problems, and provide reference for the rational allocation of resources. Methods Static beds utilization model method (SBMA)and the method of rank sum ratio(RSR)were used for planning of data in“2012 health statistics yearbook of Henan province”,for comprehensive analysis of bed utilization efficiency. Results Among the medical and health institutions in Henan province in 2012,general hospitals, maternal and children hospitals(centers)are found with higher utilization of hospital beds, while other institutions (nursing homes),community health service centers(stations)are found lower. Conclusion Henan Province in 2012 was found on the whole with efficient utilization of hospital beds, yet with rooms of improvement for different medical institutions, especially those at the primary level.
3.Research progress on Huang Fu-mi's A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(11):1135-1140
In order to understand the research status of HUANG Fu-mi's A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, 83 pieces of literature that have been publically published since 1978 were analyzed. A summary was performed according to 7 aspects including version origin, emendation, arrangement and summary, theory discussion, clinical research, value evaluation, the rest questions, etc. It is believed that deep research work has been done on explanations, emendation and translation regarding A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. However, the exploration work on the theory and application is far from enough. Therefore, beginning from historical and cultural background, we should analyze the humanistic spirit of HUANG Fu-mi combined with A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion to perform a deep exploration, so we could have a thorough and comprehensive research on HUANG Fu-mi's academic thoughts.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(12):222-223
BACKGROUND: With the increase of senile population, it needs to further improve their mental health when improving their physical health. To study the depressive status of retired elderly people in order to provide basis for effective community nursing intervention.OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the depression incidence among retired elderly people and conducted correlative factors analysis in order to improve the nursing service to aged people's mental health.DESIGN: Cross-sectional sampling study towards retired senior people.SETTING: Nursing department of a medical college.PARTICIPANTS: This study was completed in Nursing Department of North China Coal Medical College during September to December 2002. It conducted questionnaire survey to 1 000 retired people in Tangshan city by family visit. There were 574 male and 426 female who aged from 60 to 88years old with mean age of 67 years.METHODS: To adopt geriatric depression scale and general condition questionnaire investigation to individuals.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Depression scale score, depression incidence and frequency of correlative factors RESULTS: Mild depression accounts for 17.2% while moderate and severe depression account for 5% among retired elderly people. There is close relationship between factors such as retired veterans, female, low education, lack of social support, empty life, lack of exercise and poor self-assessed health and depression incidence(x2 = 9.80 - 175.93, P < 0. 05).CONCLUSION: The incidence of senile depression among retired elderly people is pretty high so that it is important to pay attention to mental care towards retried people when doing community nursing, especially to divorced, widowed, female and low educated retired people.

International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(4):244-247
Objective To investigate the cause, diagnosis and management of Wunderlich's syndrome. Methods Clinical data of 13 cases of Wunderlich's syndrome were reviewed retrospectively. Results There were nine cases of tumorous disease, 2 cases of non-tumorous disease and 2 cases of unknown causes in the group. The most common cause in this series was renal angiomyolipoma. Surgical management was performed in 8 cases. Conservative treatment was adopted in the rest 5 cases. Pathological study confirmed that there were 2 cases of renal cell carcinoma, 4 cases of angiolipoleiomyoma and 1 case of congenital polycystic kidney. Conclusions The cause of Wunderlich's syndrome is complicated, renal neoplastic origin disease appears to be the most common cause. Comprehensive analysis of multiple imaging examinations and clinical features is most important in the etiological diagnosis. The appropriate management depends on the underlying etiological diagnosis and the patient's hemodynamic status. Carefully watching is required for patients who have not been made a definite etiological diagnosis.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
We studied the alteration of local and circulat-ing RAS during cardiac hypertrophy caused by ab-dominal aorta constriction (AC, with nephrectomyof left side) and aorta-vena fistula (AVF). Bothventricular and plasma angiotensin Ⅰ and Ⅱ (AngⅠ. Ⅱ), and plasma, renin actvity (RA) weremeasured by means of radioimmunoassay after twoand seven weeks of surgery. Despite the level ofplasma Ang Ⅰ, Ⅱ and RA were not enhanced, theventricular Ang Ⅰ and Ⅱ were increased signifi-cantly in AC rats (v. s. SO group P

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(2):88-90
Objective To analyze and compare the Eucommia ulmoides leaves from different producing areas by IR;To establish a TLC method for identification of Eucommia ulmoides leaves; To provide a reference for its quality control. Methods The characteristic absorption peaks were identified and the positions and intensities of Eucommia ulmoides leaves from 6 producing areas were compared by IR and second derivative spectrum, including clustering analysis; Separation and identification of the active components in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were conducted by TLC. Results There a difference exited in the characteristic absorption peaks in peakshapes, positions and intensities. And the samples from 6 producing areas could be divided into one category. Results found 6 batches of sample spots of consistent by TLC, but between samples of different producing areas trace components spots existed differences. Conclusion The two methods are direct, simple, fast and convenient, which can provide a reliable evidence for identification and quality control of the Eucommia ulmoides leaves.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2016;32(4):413-417
Objective To observe the influence of down-regulation of HtrA1 expression by small interfering RNA on light-injured human retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells. Methods Cultured human RPE cells(8th-12th generations)were exposed to the blue light at the intensity of (2000 ± 500) Lux for 6 hours to establish the light injured model.Light injured cells were divided into HtrA1 siRNA group, negative control group and blank control group.HtrA1 siRNA group and negative control group were transfected with HtrA1 siRNA and control siRNA respectively. The proliferation of cells was assayed by CCK-8 method.Transwell test was used to detect the invasion ability of these three groups.Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell cycle and apoptosis. The expression of HtrA1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-A was detected by real time-polymerase chain reaction and Western blot respectively. Results The mRNA and protein level of HtrA1 in the light injured cells increased significantly compared to that in normal RPE cells (t=17.62,15.09;P<0.05).Compared with negative control group and blank control group, the knockdown of HtrA1 in HtrA1 siRNA group was associated with reduced cellular proliferation (t=6.37,4.52),migration (t =9.56,12.13),apoptosis (t =23.37,29.08) and decreased mRNA (t=17.36,11.32,7.29,4.05) and protein levels (t=12.02,15.28,4.98,6.24) of HtrA1 and VEGF-A.Cells of HtrA1 siRNA group mainly remained in G0/G1 phase, the difference was statistically significant (t=6.24,4.93;P <0.05).Conclusion Knockdown of HtrA1 gene may reduce the proliferation, migration capability and apoptosis of light-injured RPE cells, and decrease the expression of VEGF-A.
