1.The correlation of adiponectin and T-cadherin with STZ-induce drat diabetic cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2008;16(8):505-506
The pathological changes in myocardial cell of diabetic rats were consistent with diabetic cardiomyopathy. The levels of adiponectin and the expression of T-cadherin in diabetic group were increased gradually, and higher than in normal control group
2.Hospital bed efficiency analysis of medical institutions in Henan province
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(9):664-667
Objective Different methods were used for the analysis of different medical and health institutions in Henan Province in 2012 of hospital bed utilization,to find bed utilization problems, and provide reference for the rational allocation of resources. Methods Static beds utilization model method (SBMA)and the method of rank sum ratio(RSR)were used for planning of data in“2012 health statistics yearbook of Henan province”,for comprehensive analysis of bed utilization efficiency. Results Among the medical and health institutions in Henan province in 2012,general hospitals, maternal and children hospitals(centers)are found with higher utilization of hospital beds, while other institutions (nursing homes),community health service centers(stations)are found lower. Conclusion Henan Province in 2012 was found on the whole with efficient utilization of hospital beds, yet with rooms of improvement for different medical institutions, especially those at the primary level.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(18):-
[Objective]To examine whether collagen scaffold(CS) would strengthen calcium phosphate cement(CPC) in vitro, and to investigate whether CPC enhanced with CS would accelerate the osteogenesis for repairing bone defect in rabbits.[Method] A standard 3-piont flexural test was used to fracture the set specimens and to measure the flexural strength,work-of-fracture(WOF) and elastic modulus of CPC and cpclcs. Both cements were implanted into cylinder cavities drilled in 20 rabbit femoral condyles. After 22 and 54 weeks of implantation, histological observations were performed.[Result]The CS had significant effects on composite of mechanical properties. The CPC/CS had a flexural strength 64.2% higher,WOF 3 933.3% higher, and elastic modulus 45.7% lower than the CPC without CS.At 22 weeks, histological study showed collagen fibers of the CPC/CS composite were entirely resorbed and new bone was formed instead. With unreinforced CPC,there were a little bone formation and biodegradation of cement on the margin but not in the interior of CPC.At 54 weeks, plentiful growing bone and bone marrow-like tissue fully filled in pores created by biodegradation of CPC/CS.Although bone formation and biodegradation of cement were more obvious on the margin of CPC cylinder at 54 weeks than 22 weeks, new bone did not present in the interior of CPC yet.[Conclusion]Collagen scaffold not only reinforces CPC,but also accelerates bone formation in the interior of CPC/CS composite.Therefore,CPC/CS could be novel biomaterial as an endosteal implant.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
We studied the alteration of local and circulat-ing RAS during cardiac hypertrophy caused by ab-dominal aorta constriction (AC, with nephrectomyof left side) and aorta-vena fistula (AVF). Bothventricular and plasma angiotensin Ⅰ and Ⅱ (AngⅠ. Ⅱ), and plasma, renin actvity (RA) weremeasured by means of radioimmunoassay after twoand seven weeks of surgery. Despite the level ofplasma Ang Ⅰ, Ⅱ and RA were not enhanced, theventricular Ang Ⅰ and Ⅱ were increased signifi-cantly in AC rats (v. s. SO group P

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(07):-
To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E_1 (PGE_1) on the liver function following laparotomy, 55 adult patients with normal liver function, undergoing elective laparotomy for gastric cancer under total intravenous anesthesia ,were randomly allocated to receiving intravenous infusion of PGE_1 at rate of 20 to 60ng?kg~(-1). min~(-1)(group PGE_(1,n)=27), or normal saline (group control, n=28 )from the opening of abdomen to the end of operation, respectively. The serum concentrations of glutamin-pyruvic transaminase (GPT)and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT)were measured postoperatively. The results showed that as compared with the values before the operation, the levels of GPT and GOT increased significantly in both groups on the first postoperative day (P
7.Research progress on Huang Fu-mi's A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(11):1135-1140
In order to understand the research status of HUANG Fu-mi's A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, 83 pieces of literature that have been publically published since 1978 were analyzed. A summary was performed according to 7 aspects including version origin, emendation, arrangement and summary, theory discussion, clinical research, value evaluation, the rest questions, etc. It is believed that deep research work has been done on explanations, emendation and translation regarding A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. However, the exploration work on the theory and application is far from enough. Therefore, beginning from historical and cultural background, we should analyze the humanistic spirit of HUANG Fu-mi combined with A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion to perform a deep exploration, so we could have a thorough and comprehensive research on HUANG Fu-mi's academic thoughts.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(12):222-223
BACKGROUND: With the increase of senile population, it needs to further improve their mental health when improving their physical health. To study the depressive status of retired elderly people in order to provide basis for effective community nursing intervention.OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the depression incidence among retired elderly people and conducted correlative factors analysis in order to improve the nursing service to aged people's mental health.DESIGN: Cross-sectional sampling study towards retired senior people.SETTING: Nursing department of a medical college.PARTICIPANTS: This study was completed in Nursing Department of North China Coal Medical College during September to December 2002. It conducted questionnaire survey to 1 000 retired people in Tangshan city by family visit. There were 574 male and 426 female who aged from 60 to 88years old with mean age of 67 years.METHODS: To adopt geriatric depression scale and general condition questionnaire investigation to individuals.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Depression scale score, depression incidence and frequency of correlative factors RESULTS: Mild depression accounts for 17.2% while moderate and severe depression account for 5% among retired elderly people. There is close relationship between factors such as retired veterans, female, low education, lack of social support, empty life, lack of exercise and poor self-assessed health and depression incidence(x2 = 9.80 - 175.93, P < 0. 05).CONCLUSION: The incidence of senile depression among retired elderly people is pretty high so that it is important to pay attention to mental care towards retried people when doing community nursing, especially to divorced, widowed, female and low educated retired people.
