2.Expressions of RTN4 and TG2 in Papillary Thyroid Cancer Tissues and Their Clinical Significance
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2015;(6):700-704
Objective To investigate the expressions of RTN4 and TG2 in papillary thyroid cancer tissues and their clinical pathological significance. Methods A total of 40 samples of papillary thyroid cancer tissues and 20 samples of para‐carcinoma tissues were collected from the Department of Pathology ,Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University ,China. The expression levels of RTN4 and TG2 were detected by means of immunohistochemical staining and their relationship with clinicopathological charac‐teristics of papillary thyroid carcinoma was analyzed.SPSS 13.0 soft package was used for one‐way analysis of variance and SNK test of the average absorbance and the average positive area rate (α=0.05).Bivariate correlation analysis of the positive area rate of the expressions of RTN4 and TG2 was conducted (α=0.05).Results ①The expression levels of RTN4 and TG2 were much higher in the papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues than those in the para‐carcinoma tissues (P<0.05). ② The expres‐sion levels of RTN4 and TG2 were significantly higher in lymph node metastasis group than those in the group without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of RTN4 and TG2 were much higher in clinical stage Ⅰand Ⅱ groups than those in clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups (P<0.05).They were significantly increased in low differentiation group than in high or moderate differentiation group (P< 0.05).The expressions of RTN4 and TG2 were not statistically associated with tumor size ,age and sex (P>0.05). ③The positive correlation was found between the expressions of RTN4 and TG2 in papilla‐ry thyroid carcinoma tissues (r=0.587 ,P<0.05).Conclusion ① The expressions of RTN4 and TG2 were up‐regulated in pa‐pillary thyroid carcinoma tissues ,which is related with over‐proliferation and increase of apoptosis resistance of cancer cells. ②RTN4 and TG2 play an important role in the proliferation and metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. ③ RTN4 and TG2 may play a synergistic role in the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
3.Research progress of programmed cell death 1 and its receptor programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 in the pathogenesis of eye diseases
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2021;39(5):464-468
Programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) is an important negative costimulatory molecule discovered in recent years, which is expressed on the surface of T and B cells and plays an important role in the regulation of cellular immune response and immune tolerance. After the combination of PD-1 and its receptor programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1), negative regulatory signals are transmitted to suppress the immune response.Under the activation of stimulating factors, PD-1 and PD-L1 are combined to weaken the conduction of downstream signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt and ERK through recruitment of phosphorylated SHP2, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of T cells and the production of cytokines, inhibiting the immune response and participating in the occurrence and development of a large number of inflammatory diseases.PD-1 in the field of ophthalmology research is still in its infancy. As far as we know, PD-1 participates in ocular inflammatory diseases such as uveitis, sympathetic ophthalmia, allergic conjunctivitis, also is involved in corneal transplant rejection, optic nerve crush injury and optic myelitis, diabetic retinopathy, thyroid related ophthalmopathy, melanoma and other diseases, thus preventing the interactions between PD-1 and its receptor PD-L1 may become a new potential target for the treatment of ocular tumor, inflammation, autoimmune and neurodegeneration disease. In this article, the latest research progress of PD-1 and its receptor PD-L1 in the pathogenesis of ocular diseases were reviewed.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To study the significancy of P27 Kip1 expression, cell apoptosis and cell cycle distribution in the evaluation of sensitivity in oral cancer chemotherapy. Methods:40 cases of oral tumor were treated with MTX,CDDP and PYM by subcutaneous implantable drug pump.Operation was performed 2~4 weeks after the induction chemotherapy. Cell cycle distribution, apoptosis and P27 Kip1 protein expression in the removed tumor tissue were detected by fllowcytometry and indirect fluoressent assay pre-and post-treatment.Results:(1)After induction chemotherapy S,G_2M and PI ration in cell cycle distribution decreased,G_0/G_1, AP and FI_ p27 increased(P

China Biotechnology 2006;0(09):-
In response to problems from the development of multi-drug-resistant pathogenic bacteria,it is urgent to find new antimicrobials.Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs) are a kind of ideal new antimicrobials with the advantages including their potential for broad-spectrum activity, rapid bactericidal activity and low propensity for resistance development, and have a bright future.Alpha-helical antimicrobial peptides are a main kind of AMPs.The following features was reviewed and elucidated including the structure and activity relationship(SAR) from different aspects including the degree of helicity, hydrophobic moment, hydrophobicity, net positive charges and so on,and the application of SAR on the molecular design and improvement of AMPs.

Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2016;29(2):152-155
Using the research papers of Peking University Third Hospital recorded in SCIE since 2005 to 2014 as data basis, some bibliometric indexes were analyzed, including papers quality, cited times, impact factor, and funded papers. To reveal the current hospital research status and provide reference for policy drafting and subject development planning. In the past ten years, the quantity of paper increased significantly. However, highly impact papers published by Peking University Third Hospital were relatively rare, the cited times per paper in clinical medicine is lower than that of china mainland. It is necessary to improve the quality of research paper.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(28):2123-2127
Objective To describe the patients′satisfaction with multimodal analgesia management after total knee arthroplasty. Methods 110 patients with total knee arthroplasty selected from February 2013 to February 2014 were recruited to complete a questionnaire, which was composed of the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) , the Houston Pain Outcome Instrument (HPOI), and the Scale of Perceptions of Patients′Pain. Results VAS scores at different times were ranged from (2.14±1.21) points to (1.19±0.62) points, mean rating for general satisfaction with pain management was 80.04% (136.06/170.00), satisfaction with education on pain control was only 63.20% (37.92/60.00). Patients with different age and educational level of satisfaction with pain control had significant differences (P<0.05). Patients who thought relieving pain was harmful was 56.4% (62/110), the patients who did not understand the impact of pain on the body was 62.7% (69/110), the patients who did not understand the common methods of analgesia was 59.1%(65/110), the patients who did not understand the adverse reactions of pain measures was 63.6% (70/110). Conclusions Patients′satisfaction with the analgesic effect of multimodal analgesia is higher after total knee arthroplasty, while satisfaction with education on pain control was lower. Nurses should strengthen health education to patients with total knee arthroplasty about knowledgement of multimodal analgesia.
