OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship of VEGF-C expression, lymphatic microvessel density and cervical lymph node metastasis in human laryngeal cancer,as well as the relationship of VEGF-C expression and lymphatic microvessel density.METHODS VEGF-C expression and lymphatic microvessel density were detected in 47 laryngeal cancer tissues with SP immunohistochemical method. RESULTS The positive rates of VEGF-C in theⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲpathological grade level were 55 %,72.22 %, 88.89% respectively, and its expression was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation(P
3.Clinical update of biotherapy for renal cell carcinoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(11):-
Biotherapy is an effective treatment strategy for advanced renal cell carcinoma. Cytokine-based biotherapy with interleukin-2 and interferon-? is the first line treatment for renal cell carcinoma, but its response rate is still low and toxicity and side effects are relatively high. Among preclinical biotherapy approaches for renal cell carcinoma, targeted therapy is a promising measure and some new drugs will be used as first line treatment for renal cell carcinoma in near future, allogeneic stem cell transplantation and vaccination are effective for selected subset of patients but are necessary to be evaluated by phase Ⅲ clinical studies, adoptive immunotherapy and gene therapy need to establish the benefit and safe by further studies.
4.Suture anchors for the repair of deltoid ligament injury:restore the stability of ankle joint
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(22):3565-3570
BACKGROUND:Ankle fractures combined with deltoid ligament injury are not uncommon in clinical practice, prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, resulting in ankle instability, chronic pain and traumatic arthritis. In recent years, because of the research and development of anatomy and biomechanical characteristics of deltoid ligament, the treatment and surgical methods of ankle fracture combined with deltoid ligament injury have progress and development, but it remains controversial. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effect of suture anchor repair in the treatment of ankle fracture combined with deltoid ligament injury. METHODS: Twenty-seven patients with ankle fracture combined with deltoid ligament injury were selected between January 2010 and January 2013. The lateral maleolus and posterior maleolus fracture patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, and al the deltoid ligament injury patients were treated with anchor repair. The tibiofibular syndesmosis isolated patients received internal fixation with a cancelous bone screw. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al 27 patients were folowed-up for 11-35 months, averagely 23 months. The evaluation according to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society score system showed that the excelent and good rate was 74.1%. The results indicate that anchor could perfectly restore the stability of ankle joint.
5.Design of meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(10):66-69
Objective To design the meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medi-cine.Methods The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine was designed u-sing the MARC meta-data according to the analysis of resources, investigation of literature, networks and users. Results The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine is consisted of 17 fields and 9 parts. Conclusion MARC, as the mata-data criteria, can organize and describe the medical records of tradi-tional Chinese medicine. However, the standards for selection and description of meta-data criteria need to be fur-ther studied.

Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2020;42(4):546-551
Fracture healing has long been a major concern for orthopedists.Currently, about 10% of fracture patients still have poor fracture healing or bone nonunion. In recent years, research has found that nerve growth factor(NGF)can promote fracture healing. This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of NGF in promoting fracture healing.NGF can promote vascular regeneration and nerve growth at callus and plays an important role in the proliferation and migration of bone cells.New animal experiments and clinical trials have confirmed the role of NGF in promoting fracture healing and further revealed its possible mechanism of action.Further research on NGF can provide new ideas for promoting fracture healing, especially for treating nonunion.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(2):209-210,213
Objective To investigate the distribution of age and relationship of ESR with HCT.Methods The HCT,age and ESR datas of the patients which all ages were above 40 years were Collected, then count the mean and standard deviation x±s with different groups of HCT,t test was made to identify the significance of difference. Results HCT:The levels of hct in males was 0.47±0.26 in higher groups of HCT,0.39±0.27 in normal groups and 30.01 ±3.59 in lower groups. The levels of HCT in fe-males was 0.42±0.17 in higher groups,0.30±0.36 in normal groups,0.27±0.45 in lower groups;Age:The average age in males was 57.41±10.62 years in higher HCT groups of patients,67.23 ±12.75 in lower hct groups, there were significantly difference between them. The avarage age in females was 60.70 ± 11.60 in higher HCT groups of patients,61.60 ± 12.40 in lower HCT groups, there were no significantly difference between them.ESR:The levels of ESR in males was (3.95 ±3.26)mm/h in higher HCT groups,(61.61±40.04)mm/h in lower HCT groups; The ESR in females was (28.26±28.62)mm/h in higher HCT groups, (60.20±43.71)mm/h in lower HCT groups, there were significantly difference between different groups included both males and femals. Conclusion When the HCT were decreased, the age and ESR were increased in males, the ESR were also increased but had no relationship with ages in females.Conjuction the age and ESR,it could improve the prevention and monitoring in heart-brain blood disease through the HCT.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2014;37(4):334-337
Objective To evaluate the preliminary clinical outcome of the screw fixation of minimally displaced scaphoid fracture assisted by computerized imaging reconstruction and preoperative planning system. Methods From March 2013 to Feburary 2014,Five screws on five patients were treated. We calculated and designed the position of scaphoid screw guide wire and ensured the guide wire centrally placed in the scaphoid by using the computerized imaging reconstruction and preoperative planning system software. The appropriate length of the screw was measured too in the software. We also identified the entry and exit points of the guide wire on the custom orthoses splinting the wrist joint.Five patients with scaphoid fractures were treated with percutaneous screw fixation under the guidance of a C-arm fluoroscopy and a guide wire were inserted based on the entry and exit points calculated preoperatively. All of the scaphoid fracture was nondisplaced or less than 1 mm.The modified MAYO wrist scoring system was used to evaluate the pain, function and range of motion for the wrist joint during follow up.Results Total surgical time was 28.8 min (25-39 min)and Fluoroscopy time was 18.4 s (11-23 s).The fracture healing was observed at routine 8 weeks follow up.No complication such as infection or fixation failure was reported.Modified MAYO wrist score was 83.8 (81-88)at average followup at 15 months (6-12 months). Conclusion Computer assisted percutaneous screw fixation is an effective method for the treatment of nondisplaced scaphoid fractures. It leads to significantly reduced guidewire placement time and radiological exposure time while provides accurate placement of the screw.
