2.Application of target restoration space quantity and quantitative relation in precise esthetic prosthodontics.
West China Journal of Stomatology 2016;34(3):223-228
Target restoration space (TRS) is the most precise space required for designing optimal prosthesis. TRS consists of an internal or external tooth space to confirm the esthetics and function of the final restoration. Therefore, assisted with quantitive analysis transfer, TRS quantitative analysis is a significant improvement for minimum tooth preparation. This article presents TRS quantity-related measurement, analysis, transfer, and internal relevance of three TR. classifications. Results reveal the close bond between precision and minimally invasive treatment. This study can be used to improve the comprehension and execution of precise esthetic prosthodontics.

3.Role of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinaseⅡin chronic inflamnmtory pain in mice
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2008;28(5):406-408
Objective To investigate the role of ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II(CaMKII)in chronic inflammatory pain in mice. Methods Forty healthy male ICR mice weighing 20-25 g were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=8 each):group A control;group B chronic inflammation;group C KN92:group D KN93 30 nmol and group E KN93 45 nmo1.Chronic inflammatory pain was produced by injecting complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA) 20 ul into the dorsal surface of left hind paw in group B,C,D and E.In group A normal saline 20 ul was injected instead of CFA.On the 1st and 3rd day after CFA injection group D,E and Creceived intrathecal administration of specific CaMK Ⅱ inhibitor KN93 30 and 45 nmol and KN92 45 nmol(aninactive analog of KN93).in 5 ul respectively.Mechanical and thermal pain threshold to von Frey hair and radiantheat stimulation were determined at 30 min before CFA injection (To,baseline),30 min before(T1) and 30 min after IT.administration (T2) on the 1st day after CFA injection and at 30 min after IT administration(T3) on the 3rd day after CFA injection. The mice were immediately killed by C02 anesthesia after the last determination of pain threshold. The lumbar segment of the spinal cord Was then removed for determination of the expression of p-CaMK Ⅱ a by Western blotting. Results The thermal and mechanical pain threshold Was significantly decreasedat T1-3 in group B,C and D but only at T1 in group E as compared with the baseline values and group A.Thermal and mechanical pain threshold were significantly hisher at T2.3 in group E than in group B.p-CaMKⅡa expression in the spinal cord was significantly higher in group B,C and D than in group A but there was no significant difference in p-CaMKⅡa between group A and E.The p-CaMKII a expression in the spinal cord was significantyly lower in group E than in group B.Conclusion CaMK Ⅱ is involved in the development of chronic inflammatory pain.
4.Establishment of clinical EBM information service model in medical library
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(1):63-67
The visual angle of active participation reference model was not scientific and its contents were not sys-tematic in the past EBM information service. A new EBM information service model was thus established by compa-ring the finding process of evidence and the transforming process ofinformation-knowledge-intelligence with the need of evidence-based decision making in clinicians as a logic starting point in order to provide the theory of what to do andhow to scientifically do for clinical librarians and clinicians, to effectively direct clinical librarians to perform EBM information service, and to help clinicians to scientifically make their decision.

Clinical Medicine of China 2012;28(7):679-681
Objective To investigate pathogens distribution and their drug resistance of hospital acquired pneumonia (HAP) in local elderly paraplegic patients, and to help to gain experience in early using antibiotics. Methods One hundred and thirty six elderly patients diagnosed as HAP from January 2007 to December 2010 in our hospital were selected.Pathogens distribution and their drug resistance were detected. Results One hundred and fifty two pathogens are isolated from the 136 patients, and most of them are gram negative bacteria which accounts for 70.4%.The first three pathogens are Klebsiella pneumonia(24.3%),Escherichia coli (20.4%) and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa (18.4%).Gram-positive cocci accounts for 25.0% in total pathogens, among them, staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus pneumoniae account for the most, and the number of Fungi is the fewest.Drug resistance rate of gram-negative bacteria is higher than that of Gram-positive bacteria.Gram-negative bacteria has higher resistance to ampicillin, cefoperazone, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and eotrimoxazole.Gram-positive bacteria has higher resistance to penicillin, cefazolin and gentamicin. Conclusion To elderly paraplegic HAP patients, the main pathogenic flora is gram-negative bacterium which shows multiple resistances.Being familiar with the features of pathogens and their drug resistance will provide better guidance on early treatment and improve prognosis of elderly paraplegic HAP patients.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(1):110-114
[Obiective] To summarize the research development of the relationship between the occurrence and development of common liver diseases and miRNAs by reading and analysing the literature published in recent 10 years. [Method] By literature retrieval, we consult the literature about miRNA and the clinical research of relevant liver diseases since 2003 and summarize the regulatory mechanism of miRNAs in liver diseases. [Result] miRNAs regulate the expression of target genes at the post-transcriptional level, and they are involved in many important biological processes. In recent years, we can find that miRNAs take part in the regulation of many liver disease-related genes, and the expression level in hepatocellular carcinoma, viral hepatitis, liver fibro-sis, cirrhosis, alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver change in different levels. Part of the regulatory mechanism of miRNAs has been clearly identified, suggesting that miRNAs wil be used as new therapeutic targets for liver diseases. [Conclusion] The regulatory mechanisms of miRNAs in liver diseases make a big difference for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases. These findings provide some novel thoughts about the detection, study and treat-ment about relevant liver diseases. However, many questions are stil vague and unknown, such as the net of its expression and regulation, its biological functions, and the relationship with liver diseases, and al of them are needed to get further attention.

China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Protein tyrosine kinase genes are the largest family of oncogenes. This is not surprising since protein tyrosine kinases are important components of signal transduction pathways that control cell shapes, proliferation, differentiation, and migration. This review will address the recent progress in understanding the function of Eph receptor and ephrin ligands in normal development and how disregulation of these functions could promote tumorigenesis.
