2.Personnel Training Model Exploration on National Foreign Aid of Traditional Medicine
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(8):1608-1611
In order to further promote friendly cooperation with developing countries, Chinese government has been committed to increasing the intensity of cooperation and human resource development among developing countries. Healthcare is one of the key areas of China’s foreign aid. This article described the general conditions and experiences of national foreign aid training projects for developing countries undertaken by the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute. From aspects of participant enrollment, training program implementation, and training feedback, the training mode of national foreign aid on traditional medicine was introduced. This article focused on the selection of teachers, preparation of professional textbooks, and evaluation of teaching quality. Training programs over the years were guided by clear training concepts and accurate goal settings, which provided a useful exploration for the personnel training mode of national foreign aid on traditional medicine.
3.Applications of ultra-wide-field fluorescein angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2017;33(1):90-92
Ultra-wide-field fluorescein angiography (UWFA) is a novel breakthrough in ocular fundus imaging technology, which can capture a single, high-resolution, 200° wide image of the ocular fundus that traditional fluorescein angiography cannot reach. This technology has important impacts on the screening, diagnosis, staging, treatment and follow-up of vascular diseases involving peripheral retina (such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, uveitis and so on).
4.Adverse Effects of Organophosphorus Pesticides on Neurodevelopment of Fetus and Children:an Advance Review
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Organophosphate pesticides(OPs)are used extensively in agriculture,it became the most heavily used insecticides in China after the use of organochlorine pesticide was restricted in 1980s in China.Recent years, with an increasing usage of organophosphate pesticides in China, much concern has been showed for the level of OPs in human body and the adverse effects of OPs on human health especially on fetuses and children have raised a great. The level of OPs in children and the adverse effects of OPs exposure on neurobehavioral development of children were reviewed in the present article.
5.Research approach of cervical kyphosis
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(18):-
According to the concept of sagittal spinal balance, the alternating curves of cervical and lumbar lordosis and thoracic and sacral kyphosis enable the head to be positioned over the trunk and pelvis. But the sagittal imbalance represents departure from this ideal form. Cervical kyphosis may represent the most disabling of these imbalances, for it can cause pain, postural difficulties, or neurologic deficit. A summary and discussion is reviewed regarding the anatomy, biomechanics, etiology, clinical presentation, laboratory examination and treatment of this condition.
6.Report of 1 Case of Perineum Epithelioid Sarcoma

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(7):873-874,880
Objective Analyse and report the diagnosis and treatment process of vulvar epithelioid sarcoma, it provides a basis for rare case in clinic. [Methods] Through the analysis of the patient's il ness, treatment, and pathology examination, and the effect of the treatment of prognosis of vulvar epithelioid sarcoma of the summary, truly record the occurrence of vulvar epithelioid sarcoma development, treatment and prognosis. [Results] The intraoperative pathologic examination in patients diagnosed the vulvar epithelioid sarcoma, and it used the removal of expanding. Now the patient is not recurred. [Conclusion] Vulvar epithelioid sarcoma is clinical y rare, needs combined with immunohistochemical examination at the time of diagnosis, removal of local expansion is the effective method to treat, it is not exactly curative effect of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
7.One dose regimen of zenapax in the prevention of acute renal allograft rejection
Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the role of zenapax in the prevention of acute rejection in renal transplant recipients. Methods The medical records of 50 renal transplant recipients treated with one dose of zenapax(study group) and simultaneously 30 renal transplant recipients without treatment of zenapax(control group) were retrospectively analyzed. The follow-up was six months. The incidence of acute rejection, renal allograft function, infection, and adverse effects of zenapax were comparatively analyzed between the 2 groups. Results Acute rejection rate was lower in study group(13/50,26%) compared with that in control group(17/30,57%;P)(0.05)).Conclusions One dose regimen of zenapax as part of immunosuppressive therapy is effective in the prevention of acute rejection in renal transplant recipients. It has less side effects and contributes to the improvement of renal allograft function.
8.Plasma levels of cortisol, free fatty acids and their relationships to insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
Fasting free fatty acids (FFA), plasma cortisol (F) were determined in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes. The results show that FFA, F and HOMA-IR are significantly higher in patients with type 2 diabetes than those in controls(all P
9.Clinical significance of lymphocyte subsets changes in the active stage of ulcerative colitis: a retrospective study
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2010;18(4):219-223
Objective To observe the change of peripheral blood lymphocytes subsets in patients with active ulcerative colitis (UC) and explore its clinical significance. Methods The clinical data and lymphocyte subsets of 40 active UC patients who admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology, Peking University First Hospital, from June 2007 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients who had previously used immunosuppressants or tumor necrosis factor monoclonal antibody were excluded. Seventy-nine subjects with health examination served as controls. Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets detected included total T cells, CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells, B cells, and NK cells. Only the first detection results of UC patients were used for analysis. Results The proportion of total T cells for UC patients (73.60% ± 8.35% ) was significantly higher than the controls (69. 76% ±7.37%) (P =0.012). CD8+T cell ratio (35.53% ± 10.99%) was significantly higher than the controls ( 30. 56% ± 6. 75 % ) ( P = 0. 011 ). When the UC patients were stratified according to inflammatory involvement, the total T cells, CD8 +T cell, and NK cell ratio were significantly different among pancolitis, non-pancolitis, and the controls ( all P < 0. 05 ). When the UC patients were stratified according to the disease course, the total T cells and CD8 + T cell ratio were significantly different among chronic recurrent/persistent, onset, and the controls ( both P < 0.05 ). When the UC patients were stratified according to the extraintestinal manifestations, the total T cells and CD8 + T cell ratio were significantly different among those with extraintestinal manifestations, those without extraintestinal manifestations, and the controls ( both P < 0.05 ). Conclusions The proportion of total T cells and CD8 + T cells increase in UC patients. Such immune abnormalities are even more distinctive in those UC patients who suffer from pancolitis or chronic recurrent/persistent type or those with extraintestinal manifestations.
10.The effect of insulin on gastrointestinal growth and development in IUGR neonatal piglets
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(01):-
0.05)。But the DNA,RNA content and lactase activities and maltase activity in the small intestine mucosa in I-fed piglets were significantly greater than those of P-fed piglets. Conclusions:These results show that insulin influences the enzymatic activity and the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells of IUGR newborn piglets.
