Objective To apply a one-step loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) assay for rapid detection of Escherichiaco-li .Methods According to the Genbank of Escherichiacoli lacZ(accession number:M74750) ,a set of four specific primers were designed for the Escherichiacoli LAMP assay and optimized the reaction .The results were judged with naked eyes and electrophoretic analysis .Results Genomic DNAs from 13 bacterial strains including Escherichia coli strains were amplified using LAMP ,and no amplicon was observed in the other bacterial strains .The detection limits of LAMP assay was 15 cfu/mL .Conclusion LAMP assay is extremely rapid ,cost-effective , specific and highly sensitive and has potential usefulness for clinical application .

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and the corresponding clinical nursing pathway.Methods From February 2010 to 2011,100 cases of children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia (all with budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin) were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 patients in each group.The experimental group adopted clinical nursing pathway,while the control group underwent routine care.After one or three-month follow-up,forced vital capacity (FVC),forced vital capacity 1s (FEV1),peak expiratory flow values (PEF) and other pulmonary functional indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 94％,higher than the control group.FVC,FEV1,PEF changes in the experimental group were better than the control group.Conclusions Budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children has good effect,coupled with the clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve lung function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,significantly improve the prognosis,should be used widely in clinic.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 106 patients with elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into control group (53 cases) and treatment group (53 cases), according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction along with western medicine treatment for 8 weeks. The changes of TCM syndrome, blood pressure, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of anti-hypertension was 94.33%(50/53) in the treatment group and was 77.35% (41/53) in the control group. The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 96.22%(51/53) in the treatment group and was 79.24%(42/53) in the control group. After treatment, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α were improved significantly in the treatment group, with statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine achieves the good efficacy on elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.

There is a trackphenomenon in the development of hypertension and pediatric hypertension has an important predictive value for adult hypertension. However pediatric hypertension is not typical and normal blood pressure is associated with age,sex and height. The blood pressure level,clinical presentation and complication rates of secondary pediatric hypertension are higher than primary pediatric hypertension. So secondary pediatric hypertension could get timely treatment compared to primary pediatric hypertension. This paper focus on the clinical presentation and diagnosis criterion of pediatric hypertension and provide a reference for the pediatrician.

Heart failure is becoming an increasingly common and significant problem in the field of pediatric cardiology,β-blockers as one of the most important cardiovascular drags in the pharmacopoeia,can not only obviously relieve symptoms of severe heart failure,but also reduce cardiovascular events and allcause mortality significantly,the efficacy is effective and high security.This article reviewed β-blockers in the treatment of children heart failure mechanism,the clinical application evaluation,the basic principles and relevant issues in use process,the appropriate choice and usage according to the clinical indications.

Objective To examire the effects of hydroxyethyl starch (HES 200/0.5 6%) on lung capillary permeability in endotoxemic rats.Methods Forty-two male Wistar rats weighing 250-300 g were randomly divided into 7 groups with 6 animals in each group: group 1 served as control; group 2 received lipopolysaecharide (LPS) 6mg?kg-1 intraperitoneally (i.p.); in group 3-6 1 min after LPS 6 mg?kg-1 i.p. HES 3.75 ml?kg-1 (group 3), 7.5 ml? kg-1 (group4), 15 ml? kg-1 (group 5) or 30 ml?kg-1 (group 6) was infused i. v. at a rate of 0.2 ml ? min-1 ; group 7 received only HES 30 ml ? kg . The animals were anesthetized with urethane. Right external jugular vein was cannulated for continuous intravenous infusion. Animals were sacrificed at 2 h and 4 h after LPS challenge respectively. Lung capillary permeability, lung wet/dry weight ratio and lung PMN accumulation were measured at 4 h after LPS challenge and nuclear factor Kappa B (NF-?B) activation in the lungs at2 h after LPS challenge.Results HES 3.75 ml?kg-1 and 7.5 ml ? kg-1 significantly reduced LPS-induced increase in lung capillary permeability, lung wet/dry weight ratio and lung PMN accumulation ( P
