Objective To investigate the clinical applications of dual-source dual-energy CT and dual-energy virtual unenhanced iodine distribution technology in thoracic tumor scans. Methods CT and clinical data of 58 cases of patients with thorax tumor were analyzed. The quality score, the noise, the average lesion CT values and radiation dose were compared between dual-energy group virtual unenhanced and conventional unenhanced image. The lesion benign and malignant differential diagnosis by strengthen the distribution of iodine value in dual-energy group and strengthen the value of manual measurement in conventional CT group were compared. Results The quality scores in virtual unenhanced and conventional unenhanced image were (4.62±0.52) and (4.71±0.46) points (t =2.319,P > 0.05).The noise in virtual unenhanced images and conventional unenhanced image were (8.10±1.16) and (7.30±1.06) HU (t =5.246,P< 0.05).The effective dose in virtual unenhanced and in conventional plain were (5.18±0.96) and (5.55±1.18) mSv (t =4.005,P < 0.05).CT value distribution of iodine was correlated with enhanced CT values. Conclusions The virtual unenhanced images can show well lung disease, which meet the diagnostic requirements and may be instead of the conventional plain chest potential value.Dual-energy iodine distribution of lesions can observe blood supply more directly and more sensitively, can quantityze expression of the extent of the lesions enhanced to provide richer information for clinical diagnosis of tumor lesions.

Objective To study the mental development and efficacy of caffeine citrate and aminophylline in treating primary apnea in premature infants. Methods Preterm infants who were diagnosed as primary apnea, received caffeine citrate therapy and recovered in the neonatal ward of our Hospital from December 2013 to December 2014, and followed-up in the high-risk infants outpatient clinic of our Hospital after discharge were recruited in the caffeine group. Preterm infants of aminophylline group were recruited randomly by number method. They were diagnosed as primary apnea, received aminophylline therapy and recovered in our neonatal ward from December 2011 to December 2013, and followed-up regularly in the high-risk infants outpatient clinic of our Hospital after discharge. The treatment effect and mental development at 6 and 12 months of corrected age between the two groups were compared. Results Each group included 150 cases of premature infants. The time (h) of oxygen therapy, noninvasive mechanical ventilation, and invasive mechanical ventilation in the caffeine group were all significantly shorter than that in the aminophylline group [(119. 1 ± 100. 2) vs. (156. 5 ± 134. 1), (107. 4 ± 100. 2) vs. (156. 7 ± 139. 8), (146. 4 ± 122. 6) vs. (270. 9 ± 257. 2), P < 0. 05]. The incidence of patent ductus arteriosus and bronchopulmonary dysplasia in the caffeine group were significantly lower than that in the aminophylline group (24. 0% vs. 45. 3% , 9. 3% vs. 21. 3% , P <0. 05). The scores of gross motor, fine motor and social intercourse in caffeine group were significantly higher than aminophylline group at 6 months of corrected age ( P < 0. 05). The scores of gross motor, fine motor, language and adaptability of infants at 12 months of corrected age from caffeine group were significantly higher than that of infants from aminophylline group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Caffeine citrate treatment of primary apnea in preterm infants is more effective than aminophylline. Caffeine citrate treatment can improve mental development of premature infants.

Objective To explore the role of 4-hydroxynonenal(HNE)in alleviating acute lung injury(ALI)induced by neonatal sepsis by inhibiting the focal death of endothelial cells(ECs).Methods Newborn mice were randomly divided into five groups:(1)Sham operation group(Sham group),(2)sham operation mice receiving HNE treatment group(Sham + HNE group),(3)cecal serosity(CS group),and(4)CS-treated GS-DMD-/-mice group(CS + GSDMD-/-group).The degree of lung injury was evaluated by lung histopathology and lung wet/dry weight ratio. The ECs of mice were isolated and divided into the Ctrl group,LPS + ATP group,LPS + ATP + HNE-L group and LPS + ATP + HNE-H group.Western blot was used to evaluate the expression of HNE and caspase-1 pathway. Results Compared with CS group, the lung tissue scores of CS + HNE group and CS + GSDMD-/-group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the ratio of wet to dry weight of lung tissues was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the CS group, the 72-hour survival rates of mice in the CS + HNE group and CS + GSDMD-/-group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The expressions of GSDMD-N,C-caspase-1,NLRP3,IL-18 and IL-1β in lung ECs of the CS + HNE group and CS + GSDMD-/-group were signifi-cantly lower than those of the CS group(P<005).Compared with the Ctrl cells,LPS + ATP significantly decreased the cell viability(P<0.05)and increased the protein expressions of GSDMD,C-caspase-1,NLRP3,IL-18 and IL-1β(P<0.05),and these effects were also inhibited by HNE.Conclusion HNE can inhibit the focal death of lung ECs cells by inhibiting NLRP3/caspase-1 signal transduction, and improve ALI in septic mice.

Objective:To explore the effect of exercise therapy on the exercise capacity and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods:A total of 90 patients who underwent regular dialysis in Henan Provincial People′s Hospital, People′s Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April to December, 2020 were selected as the research objects by convienient sampling method. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group took exercise therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention lasted for 12 weeks. The changes in the exercise capacity and quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention were observed. Results:Finally, 43 patients were included in the control group and 41 patients in the experimental group. There was no significant difference in the exercise capacity and quality of life before the intervention between the two groups( P>0.05). After the intervention, the maximum oxygen uptake, anaerobic threshold, 6MWT distance were (15.22 ± 3.08) ml·kg -1·min -1, (620.70 ± 53.56) ml·kg -1·min -1, (475.36 ± 50.51) m in the experimental group, and (12.22 ± 2.46) ml·kg -1·min -1, (590.18 ± 52.07) ml·kg -1·min -1, (444.50 ± 46.09) m in the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups( t=3.32, 2.68, 296, all P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of physiological function, physiological intelligence, physical pain, overall health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health dimensions of the quality of life were (84.32 ± 18.53), (84.61 ± 25.80), (76.40 ± 18.15), (59.02 ± 15.38), (52.22 ± 13.68), (69.56 ± 17.29), (94.24 ± 29.47), (73.44 ± 12.86) points in the experimental group, and (76.25 ± 17.35) (66.37 ± 27.63), (65.68 ± 17.54), (47.26 ± 15.45), (44.86 ± 13.14), (61.82 ± 16.51), (76.30 ± 26.14), (64.17 ± 13.36) points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups( t values were 2.08-3.54, all P<0.05). Conclusions:Exercise therapy during dialysis can enhance exercise capacity and improve quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
