1.Clinical anslysis for 38 cases with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(3):396-397
Objective To Search for the induced factors and therapeutic strategies for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods 38 cases with OHSS were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases had symptoms of stomach and intestine, hcmachrosis and ascitic fluid.Human serum albumin through intravenous dripping was one of the most successful treatment as plasma expanders through restoration of effective blood volume.Paracentesis was necessary for critical OHSS patients with severe ascites and hydrothorax.Herus could decrease the cost of albumin significantly. Conclusions OHSS was the severe complication of ovarian stimulation. All patients with OHSS got completely recovered through intense care and effective treatment.
2.Treatment of paclitaxel combined with oxaliplatinchemotherapy to the non-small cell lung cancer mouse model
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2017;37(9):1303-1307
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of paclitaxel plus oxaliplatin chemotherapy to the transplanted non-small cell lung cancer of nude mice and the effect to the apoptosis protein expression of PDCD5 and XIAP with mice model. Methods A tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into blank group, normal saline group, oxaliplatin group, paclitaxel group, paclitaxel plus oxaliplatin group. The gene expression of PDCD5 and XIAP was assayed by real-time quantitative PCR(q-PCR).The apoptosis related PDCD5 and XIAP protein were detected by Western blot. Finally, the tumor weight of each group was measured for statistical analysis.ResultsThe mRNA expression of PDCD5 was highest and the gene expression of XIAP was lowest in paclitaxel plus oxaliplatin group(P<0.01).The expression of PDCD5 protein was highest and the expression of XIAP protein was lowest in paclitaxel plus oxaliplatin group (P<0.01).Finally, compare the tumor weight of each group, paclitaxel plus oxaliplatin group has the least mass(P<0.01).Conclusions Paclitaxel plus oxaliplatin group chemotherapy significantly increases PDCD5 expression and reduce XIAP expression.Meanwhile, paclitaxel plus oxaliplatin chemotherapy can significantly reduce the tumor weight of happened non-small cell lung cancer.

The changes of CD4(+)CD25(+) regulatory T cells (CD4(+)CD25(+) Treg) and Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with asthma were investigated in order to elucidate the possible roles of CD4(+)CD25(+) Treg in the development of asthma. The peripheral blood samples were collected from 29 healthy controls (normal control group) and 78 patients with asthma which included 30 patients in exacerbation group, 25 patients in persistent group, and 23 patients in remission group. By using flow cytometry and RT-PCR, the CD4(+)CD25(+) Treg ratio and Foxp3 mRNA in PBMCs were detected. The CD4(+)CD25(+) Treg ratio and Foxp3 mRNA in PBMCs of exacerbation and persistent groups were lower than that of remission and normal control group (P<0.05). Although the CD4(+)CD25(+) Treg ratio and Foxp3 mRNA of remission group also lower than that of normal control group, there was no significant difference between them (P>0.05). As compared with persistent group, exacerbation group had lower CD4(+)CD25(+) Treg ratio and Foxp3 mRNA (P<0.05). It was indicated that the decrease of CD4(+)CD25(+) Treg ratio and its function in PBMCs may be responsible for pathogenesis of asthma.
4.Wnt signaling pathway and osteosarcoma
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(7):551-554
The Wnt pathway plays a crucial role in skeletal development and is indispensable for determination of OS cell lines. In recent years, experimental evidences on Wnt signaling pathway in OS cell lines and OS animal models, and that of Wnt signaling pathway as a diagnosis and prognosis marker of OS suggested that Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in the progression, invasion and metastasis of OS. In addition, the strategy and safety evaluation to target Wnt to treat OS are underway. Exploring the significant role of Wnt signaling pathway in OS may aid in personalizing therapeutics to increase patient survival.

Integrin is a kind of crucial adhesive molecule on the membrane, and it exerts its function through activating its intra-cellular effectors. One of the most important effectors is integrin-linked kinase (ILK),which is a serine/threonine protein kinase located in focal adhesions and has a key position in transducing many of the biochemical signals. It plays an important roles in regulating fundamental processes such as cell-matrix interactions, growth, proliferation, survival, differentiation, migration, invasion and angiogenesis under both physilogical and pathological processes.

LASS gene family is a group of highly conserved and longevous gene LASS protein has a ceramide synthase activity, which can synthesize different types of ceramides.Ceramide is a key intermediate in tumor cells growth, signal transduction and other aspects. Thus it is inferred that the expression of LASS gene can suppress the occurrence and development of tumor within a certain range.

The research of esophageal target is a difficult spot in the precise radiotherapy and the target mobility has an important effect for the radiotherapy of esophageal cancer.By different breathing control techniques, controlling the patient's respiratory may narrow target mobility so as to improve the accuracy of radiotherapy. But the present studies of the movement range of esophageal cancer with the respiratory control technologies have not come to a consistent standard. The area shape and position change of esophageal cancer target is a key problem that needs to be solved in the esophageal precise radiotherapy.

As a transcriptional repressor,Bmi-1 is a member of polyeomb group gene family. It may play an important role in self-renewal ability and proliferation of stem cell.At present, studies show that Bmi-1 is highly expressed in a variety of solid tumors, which can be regarded as one of the markers of cancer stem cells and has a close relation to the cancer development and progression and radiation resistance. It will provide an important target gene for the treatment of malignant tumors.
