1.Progress in treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(9):1435-1437
Ascites formation represents a hallmark of decompensated liver cirrhosis. It predicts a poor outcome.Patients with ascites are at high risk of developing complications such as SBP (spontaneous bacterial peritonitis),hyponatremia and HRS (hepatorenal syndrome).Adequate treatment of cirrhotic ascites increases survival and betters quality of life.Despite improved current medical treatment of ascites, liver transplantation remains the ultimate treatment of refractory ascites. This paper summarizes the treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites.

Objective:To investigate the relationship among childhood abuses, social support and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) in adolescents, and to examine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between childhood abuses and non-suicidal self-injury.Methods:A total of 9704 middle school students were selected from junior and senior middle schools in Zhengzhou,Guiyang city. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-28 item Short Form (CTQ-SF),Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Questionnaire,Social Support Scale for University Students and Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents (MSQA) were used to measure the different types of adverse childhood experiences,non-suicidal self-injury,social support and psychopathological status. Results:The CTQ-SF-scores were positively correlated with non-suicidal self-injury scores (r =0.20,P < 0.01) and negatively correlated with social support scores (r =-0.22,P < 0.01).The total scores and factor scores of social supportscale were negatively correlated with non-suicidal self-injury scores in adolescents (P < 0.01).When control of the area,grade,self-reported learning burden,self-reported grades and psychological pathology symptoms, social support in childhood abuse and the relation between the suicide self-injury the mediation effect by the single factor of 17.04% to 12.57%,the mediation effect of three subcomponents accounted for 7.12% ~ 13.85%.Conclusion:It suggests that social support may play a mediating effect on the relationship between childhood abuses and non-suicidal selfinjury.

Objective To discuss the clinical features of dystonia manifested as Parkinsonism ( PKS) . Methods Clinical materials of a patient with dystonia manifested as PKS were analyzed retrospectively. Results The onset age of the young women was 31 years old, who was started asymmetrically with symptoms of claudication and tremor of the right foot. Levodopa had a short-term effect. The results of dopamine transporter ( DAT) PET showed that DAT in retrolentiform part were decreased significantly. Atypical Parkinson's disease was considered and she was treated as PKS long-termly. Subsequently, heterozygous mutation of c. 268-4T>A (NM_018105) in DYT6 gene was found through the next-generation sequencing, which was a kind of splicing mutation and confirmed by the first-generation sequencing. Conclusions Patients with dystonia might share similar clinical manifestations with PKS. Particularly, they should be differentiated with young-onset Parkinson's disease combined with focal dystonia. Clinical observation and genetic testing are important approaches to differentiate them.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 1998;0(01):-
Objective To address angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT 1R) gene polymorphism and its relationship with plasma endothelin (ET) in PIH. Methods Gene polymorphism of AT 1R at site 1166 was detected with polymerase chain reaction (PCR), digestion of restriction enzyme and electrophoresis. Plasma ET was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results 1. The frequencies of genotype(AC and CC) at 1166 of AT 1R gene and C allele in PIH individuals were significantly higher than those of control group, (? 2=11.06, 9.73, respectively, P0.05). Conclusions 1. The variant (A→C) of 1166 polymorphism site of AT 1R is associated with the generation of PIH, and C allele may be a susceptible gene to PIH. 2.There is relationship between AT 1R gene and plasma ET level in PIH patients.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate therapeutic effects of ganciclovir on neonatal congenital CMV infection. Methods 40 cases of neonatal congenital CMV infection was divided into experimental group with ganciclovir(n=18) and control group with general treatment(n=22).The patients of experimental group were treated with higher dosage of ganciclovir:induced treatment 7 5mg/kg,intravenous drip every 12 hours, continous using for 14 days, then maintenance treatment,10mg/kg intravenous drip every day,for 3-day every week, maintenance treatment 2~3months.The patients of control group was treated with routine mehtod.Later on clinical situation, laboratory examination and virology result were compared in the two groups.Result There were significantly differences of clinical situation, laboratory examination and virology test result between posttreatment and pretreatment in experimental group(P0 05).Conclusions Using higher dosage, full course ganciclovir treating neonatal congenital CMV infection have remarkably efficacy in early the disease at the onset,so can be widespread in clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2015;14(7):552-555
To evaluate the efficacy of the prophylactic use of diclofenac in prevention of hyperamylasemia and hyperlipasemia in patients undergoing double-balloon enteroscopy (DBE).One hundred and sixteen patients undergoing peroral DBE were enrolled in the study.Total 121 procedures were performed,in 56 procedures diclofenac sodium 50 mg was administered by rectum 1 h before the peroral DBE (intervention group) and in 65 procedures no medication was given (control group).Serum amylase and lipase levels were measured before and 4 h,24 h after the procedure. At 4 h after DBE the incidence rates of hyperamylasemia and hyperlipasemia in intervention and control groups were 33.9%,38.5% (P > 0.05) and 21.4%,36.9% (P >0.05),respectively.At 24 h after DBE,the incidence rates of hyperamylasemia and hypedipasemia in intervention and control groups were 19.6%,24.6% (P > 0.05) and 10.7%,15.4% (P > 0.05),respectively.Mild acute pancreatitis developed in one patient and gastrointestinal hemorrhage occurred in another patient.Hyperamylasemia and hyperlipasemia is common and transient after double-balloon enteroscopy, and rectal administration of diclofenac sodium cannot effectively reduce the incidence.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2015;17(10):1465-1467
Objective To observe the effect of buprenorphine transdermal patch combined with gabapentin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuralgia (DPN).Methods Sixty patients were divided randomly into experimental (A) and control (B) groups.Patients in group A were treated with buprenorphine transdermal patch combined gabapentin.Patients in group B were orally administered pregabalin only. The period of treatment was 8 weeks. The analgesic effect [visual analogue scale (VAS) scores] , sleep scores, daily doses of gabapentin, and adverse reactions were evaluated before treatment, and the 2nd weeks, 4th weeks and 8th weeks after treatment. Results The VAS scores of group A were significantly lower than group B at 4th weeks and 8th weeks after treatment [(2.8 ± 1.6) points vs (3.8 ± 1.5) points,(2.6 ± 0.5) points vs (3.5 ± 1.6) points, P < 0.05].The sleep scores of group A were significantly higher than group B (P < 0.01).The daily doses of gabapentin were significantly lower [(853.0 ± 349.8) mg vs (1575.8 ± 351.0) mg, (845.1 ± 342.7) mg vs (1434.2 ± 440.8) mg, (826.9 ± 298.5) mg vs (1389.8 ±356.6)mg, P < 0.05].The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in group A (10.7% vs 25.9% , 10.7% vs 29.6% , P < 0.05).Conclusions The combination of buprenorphine transdermal patch and gabapentin is effective and safe for the patients with DPN.
