Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety of ipratropium bromide combined with β receptor agonists in treatment of asthma in children. Methods The patients were divided into control group and therapy group randomly. On the basis of the treatment for asthma, the control group and therapy group were treated with ipratropium bromide, ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol, respectively. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms such as cough, suffocated feeling, cyanosis and dififcult breathing were improved on different degree for both of the two groups. The levels of lung function indexes including FVC、FEV 1、FEV 1% and PEF and the total effective rate in therapy group were signiifcantly higher than the control group. Besides, no signiifcant adverse effect was observed. Conclusion The ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol can be used to relieve asthma in children effectively and synergistically. The bioavailability and the compliance of children are good.

Objective:To study the clinical value of measurement of serum cholyglycine(CG)in the patients with hyperthyroidism to evaluate thyrotoxic hepatic damages.Methods:The levers of serum CG and ALT of 50 healthy volunteers(as control group)and 195 patients with hyperthyroidism were measured by radioimmunassay(RIA).Results:Serum CG levels in the patients with hyperthyroidism(including the preliminary diagnosis group and unrelieved group)were distinctly higher than those in control group and cured hyperthyroidism group(P0.05).The change of serum CG was accordant with ALT.There was favourable correlation between the serum CG and serum thyroxine.Conclusion:Serum CG is a sensitive and specific index to evaluate the thyrotoxic hepatic damages,and the level of serum CG is correlative with the disease course and the level of serum thyroxine.

Objective:To observe hemodynamic effects of unilateral testicular torsion on the contralateral testis in immature rats,and compare the therapeutic effects of different treatments.Methods:The left testicular torsion model was established in rats of 3m old,and divided into normal control group,testicular torsion group,reposition group and orchectomy group.The value of peak systolic velocity(Vs),value of end diastolic velocity(Vd)and resistive index(RI)of right testicular artery of pre-operation,8 h(2 h after reposition or orchectomy),12 h,24 h,72 h and 1 w post-operation were measured by color Doppler in each group.Results:The blood supply of the right immature testes increased consistently after testicular torsion of the left side,and reached the peak value at 8h after the operation.The Vs of right testicular artery reduced significantly at 6 h compared with that at 2 h after reposition(P

Methods:The levels of serum ?_2-M,thyroid hormone(including T3、T4),Cre,Urea and urine ?_2-M,and albium of 50 healthy volunteers(as control group) and 190 patients with hyperthyroidism were measured by radioimmunassay(RIA).And the results were compared and analyzed. Results:Levels of serum ?_2-microglobulin and urine ?_2-microglobulin,and albium in the patients with hyperthyroidism(including the preliminary diagnosis group and unrelieved group) were significantly higher than those in control group and cured hyperthyroidism group(P0.05).There was favourable correlation between the serum ?_2-microglobulin and serum T3(the correlative coefficient was 0.91).Conclusion:It is of great clinical significance to measure serum and urine ?_2-microglobulin combinding urine albium for concluding the degree of hyperthyroidism,as well as the location and degree of the damages of kedney.

The research probed into studies at home and abroad on the correlation between hospital service capacity and quality of care,without finding definite correlation between the two.In view of such issue in China,the authors discussed the corelation between hospital service capacity and quality of care of China's hospitals,the relationship between hospital scale expansion and medical quality,and the evaluation of medical quality,providing references for researchers and policy-makers.

BACKGROUND:Besides drug therapy, regenerative therapy is now a matter of global interest in treating osteoporosis. Therefore, it is also important to find better candidate cels. OBJECTIVE:To cognize the status of drug therapies for osteoporosis and stem cels as regenerative therapy. METHODS:A computer-based search of PubMed was performed by the first author to retrieve articles relevant to stem cel therapy for osteoporosis published from January 2000 to December 2014. The keywords were osteoporosis, drug therapy, bone regenerative medicine, stem cel therapy, which appeared in the title, abstract or keywords, and the relevant references were also looked up. Articles published recently or in authoritative journals were preferred, and finaly 39 articles were included in result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Yoshikazu Mikami and co-workers from Japan found two novel bone formation accelerators, SST-VEDI and SSH-BMI, which provides a new direction for related studies on drug therapy. Due to the osteogenesis ability, lack of ethical controversy and less damage, de-differentiated fat cels and pulp stem cels may be promising candidate cels for bone regeneration medicine.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of Huanglian shangqing soft capsule in the adjuvant treatment of in-flammation around the implant. METHODS:40 patients(72 implants)with inflammation around the implant were randomly divid-ed into control group (20 cases) and observation group (20 cases). Control group received full mouth supragingival scaling tech-nique,subgingival curettage,root planing,occlusal adjustment,loose teeth fixation or removal can not be reserved teeth using ul-trasonic scaler row scaling postoperative with 3% hydrogen peroxide,0.9% Sodium chloride injection alternately flushing periodon-tal pocket,removing residue until the inflammation control after the break-adjusted+appropriate amount of Minocycline hydrochlo-ride ointment,along with fine needles inserted into the periodontal pocket wall slowly until bag after pushed into the bottom of Mi-nocycline hydrochloride ointment,slow retreated the drug overflow until the gingival margin,no gargle and drinking water within half an hour,once a week. Observation group additionally received 1.2 g Huanglian shangqing soft capsules,twice a day. 4-week was regarded as 1 course,and it last 2 courses. Clinical efficacy,PLI,PD,SBI,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-2 and IL-17 levels before and af-ter treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the PLI, PD,SBI,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-2 and IL-17 levels in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),but the symptoms were mild. CONCLUSIONS:Based on conventional treatment,Huanglian shangqing soft capsule shows significant efficacy in the adjuvant treatment of inflammation around the implant,it can reduce inflammatory cytokine levels in gingival sulcus fluid,but with more ad-verse reactions.

Objective To compare the analytical performance and results correlation of cortisol detection by the Beckman Access 2 Immunoassay System chemiluminescence system and the Roche COBAS E 411 electrochemical luminescence system .Methods The precision ,functional sensitivity ,reference range ,positive coincidence rate and negative coincidence rate of both Beckman Access 2 Immunoassay System and Roche COBAS E 411 systems for detecting cortisol were evaluated according to the method of ISO15198 .Results Both Beckman Access 2 Immunoassay System and Roche COBAS E 411 system exhibited better precision ,the functional sensitivity conformed to the lower limit of clinical detection set by the manufacturers ,after establishing the reference range of cortisol by the laboratory ,the cortisol values detected by these two systems were performed the linear regression analysis , the results indicated that the correlation between them was good ,the linear regression coefficient r2 =0 .977 ,and the positive and negative coincidence rates were 100% .Conclusion The two analytical systems have excellent performance for cortisol ,which all meet the clinical detection requirements .The methodological comparison shows good correlation between them ,and the detection re‐sults could be cited between these two systems by the regression equation .

A 2 L tubular photobioreactor (PBR) was designed, and hydrogen production by Rhodospirillum rubrum uptake hydrogenase deficient mutant in this PBR under artificial illumination condition (including continuous illumination and light/dark cycle condition) and natural day/night cycle was investigated, respectively. Hydrogen production by R. rubrum uptake hydrogenase deficient mutant under artificial illumination lasts five days, and hydrogen yield under continuous illumination and light/dark cycle (12 h:12 h) reaches 5752 mL/PBR ? 158 mL/PBR and 5012 mL/PBR ? 202 mL/PBR, respectively. Under natural day/night cycle, hydrogen production lasts 6~10 days and the maximal hydrogen yield of R. rubrum reaches 2800 mL/PBR with the optimal light intensity of about 30000~40000 Lux. Hydrogen production under natural day/night cycle condition was lower than that under artificial illumination, however, it would be a promising technology of hydrogen production due to low cost and ease of operation of hydrogen production system.
