Objective:To detect the specificity killing effect of anti-CD4-epirubicin immunoconjugate on T origin lymphoma cells. Methods:The immunoconjugate was made by linking anti-CD4 monoclonal antibody with epirubicin using Dextran T10 as linkage. The affinity and the killing effect of the immunoconjugate in vitro and in vivo were detected by complement independent cytotoxicity, immuno-histochemistry, CFU-GM and ~ 125 I-anti-CD4 radio-immuno-imaging in nude mice.Results:Anti-CD4 immunoconjugate showed a strong affinity and specific killing effect to T origin lymphoma CEM cells.Conclusion:Anti-CD4-epirubicin and ~ 125 I-anti-CD4 could be used for diagnosis and treatment of T origin lymphoma.

Objective To observe the change of gastro-intestinal hormone levels about syndrome type of stagnation of liver qi, deficiency of spleen and stomach, liver qi stagnation and spleen qi deficiency in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and to probe into the correlation between TCM syndrome type and gastro-intestinal hormone levels. Methods One hundred and three cases of patients with IBS were divided into liver qi stagnation group (35 cases), spleen and stomach deficiency group (30 cases) and liver qi stagnation and spleen qi deficiency group (38 cases), with normal group (10 cases) as control. Plasma motilin (MOT), somatostatin (SS) and cholecystokinin (CCK) were determined by radioimmunoassay. Result The plasma MOT level of spleen and stomach deficiency group was significantly higher than that in the normal controls (P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(02):-
Objective:To study quality of life and life satisfaction among the elderly population dwelling in Ji'nan. Method:1386 elderly people were interviewed with“the Short-Form 36 Health Survey Scale”by the investigators who were trained in advance. Results:The prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 65.1%. The main influencing factors of life satisfaction were mental health condition, family harmony, marriage condition, chronic diseases, and income. The main influencing factors of life quality are life satisfaction, chronic diseases, mental health condition, activities of daily life, family harmony, and income. Conclusion:Life satisfaction is closely associated with life quality of elderly people. The physical, psychological, social and economic conditions have significant effect on life quality of elderly people.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(6):521-523
Corneal refractive surgery has been the major solution for the correction of ametropia. With the standardization of preoperative examination, intraoperative procedure and perioperative drugs, corneal refractive surgery has become much safer.Meanwhile, patients can get not only good visual acuity, but also favorable visual quality. However, the patient satisfaction has not been improved dramatically with the enhance of effectiveness and safety after surgery.Increase of the satisfaction degree to corneal refractive surgery is related to multiple factors such as experienced and highly skilled operation, operative safety, lessening operative complication, good postoperative visual and life quality of patients.Comprehensively analyzing existing problems in corneal refractive surgery in China and further obtain satisfaction of patient will be of an important significance for the healthy development of laser corneal refractive surgery.

【Objective】To observe the influence of medicated diet with spleen-invigorating and phlegm-removing herbs on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for simple obesity.【Methods】Ninety-six female simple obesity patients with phlegm-damp retention in the interior due to spleen deficiency were equally randomized into two groups by simple random method.Groups A(n=48)and B(n=48)were given dietary control, acupuncture on acupoints of Zusanli(ST36),Pishu(BL20) and Feishu(BL13),and catgutembedment(CE)in auricular points of spleen, stomach and tri-energizer.Group A additionally took a medicated diet for invigorating Qi and strengthening spleen, removing phlegm and draining damp. After one-month treatment, body weight, index of body weight and height were measured, and serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)were determined.【Results】Body weight, index of body weight and height, and blood lipid levels were decreased in groups A and B after treatment(P

10.Risk factors of early renal damage in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(15):2057-2059
Objective To analyze the risk factors of early renal damage in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods The clinical data of 196 children with HSP admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into the renal damage group and non-renal damage group within 90 d after confirmed diagnosis. The related clinical data such as serum immunoglobulin and urinary microalbumin were compared between the two groups, and the risk factors of early renal damage in children with HSP were screened. Results There were significant differences between the two groups on age, joint symptoms, recurrent purpura, persistent rash, gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal pain(with χ2 or t of 11.345,16.223,11.275,43.211,12.592,17.771,P<0.05).The white blood cell count, platelet count, immunoglobulin A(IgA) level and urinary albumin level also showed significant differences between the two groups(t=33.750,60.442,9.451,8.458,P<0.05).The multivariate regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors for early renal damage in children with HSP included age(OR=2.703),recurrent purpura(OR=2.721),persistent skin rash(OR=1.782),gastrointestinal bleeding(OR=11.472),abdominal pain(OR=2.046),IgA level(OR=1.221) and urine microalbumin(OR=3.214).Conclusion Age,recurrent purpura, persistent skin rash, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain,IgA level and urine microalbumin are closely related to early renal damage in children with HSP.
