Objective:To summarize the application of hospital electronic medical record system and implementation experience, for the scientific and reasonable construction of digital hospital provides design scheme. Methods: The electronic medical record to the patient as the center including the establishment of hospital medical records, doctor's orders, all kinds of inspection, inspection reports and other information. Results: The uniform ultimate implementation of electronic health record standard, electronic data from medical records and medical information barrier-free exchange, realize the integration and sharing of electronic medical records information inside the hospital. Conclusion: The electronic medical record system to improve the clinical efficiency in hospital application, provide auxiliary functions for clinical decision making.

Objective To study the potential improvement of donor heart storage by A1 adenosine receptor-induced delayed preconditioning and its relation with NF-?B. Methods A total of 64 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. Group A was pretreated with 2-chloro-N6-cyclopen-tyladenosine (CCPA), and Group B was only injected saline. Twenty-four hours later, the hearts in groups A and B were stored in St.Thomas solution for 4 h at 4 ℃ and reperfused with K-H buffer for 1 h. Group C was administered with CCPA after 15-minute saline injection, and Group D was injected with inhibitor of nuclear factor ?B, pyrrolidindiethyldithiocarbamate (PDTC) first and 15 min later injected with CCPA. Group E was only injected with saline and Group F with PDTC. Twenty-four hours later, the rat hearts were isolated, perfused with H-K buffer solution on the Langendorff apparatus, and subjected to hypothermic ischemia for 180 min with intermittent perfusion of modified St. Thomas solution, and reperfused with 37 ℃ H-K buffer for 60 min. Left ventricular function, myocardial CK-MB leakage, tissue levels of adenosine triphosphate were measured. Objective To study the efficacy of gestrinone and Sanjie zhentong capsule for the adjunctive treatment of endometriesis cyst of ovary after laparoscopic operation.Methods 116 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst after laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into three groups:A group(gestfinone and Sanjie Zhentong capsule,n=42),after operation were given gestrinone(2.5mg each time,two times per-week for 3～months)and Sanjie zhentong capsule(4 pills each time,three times everyday for 3 months);B group(gestrinone,n=38),after operation were only given gestrinone(2.5mg each time,two times per-week for 3-6 months);C group(Sanjie zhentong capsules,n=36),after operation were only given Sanjie zhentong capsules(4 pills each time,three times everyday for 3 months).All patients were followed up for 6～12 months.Results The follow-up visit rate was 96.5%(112/116).A group,B group and C group,their excellence rate was respectively 97.5%,67.6%and 65.7%,their recurrence rate was respectively 2.5%,24.3%and 22.9%.There was significant difference between A group and B group.C group(P＜0.05).Incidence rate of three groups'side effects was respectively 35.0%,29.7%and 14.3%,there was no significant difference among three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of gestfinone and Sanjie zhentong capsule for the adjunctive treatment of endometriosis cyst of ovary after laparoscopic operation was better than that of the only medicine treatment.

Objective To explore the effects of hypericin on inhibition of hepatitis 15 virus (HBV) replication.Methods The concentration gradient hypericin was added to HepG2.2.15 cell culture system and lamivudine was used as control.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Southern blot were used to examine HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV DNA level in the culture supernatant,respectively.Half inhibitory concentration (IC50) and half effective concentration (EC50) of hypericin were calculated.The effects of hypericin on HBV DNA polymerase were detected by 32p marked deoxy-ribonucleoside triphosphate as the substrate. Independent sample t-test and single factor analysis of variance were used to compare the data between two groups and among multiple groups.Results The inhibition rates of hypericin on HBsAg, HBeAg were enhanced with hypericin concentration increasing and those were higher than lamivudine control group when the concentration was higher than 0.5 μmol/L (t=-0.127,P＜0.05).Southern blot confirmed that hypericin was stronger in inhibition of HBV DNA (EC50=0.2 μmol/L) than lamivudine (t=-0.058,P＜0.05).Hypericin was non-toxic on HepG2.2.15 cells in the range of test with EC50 of 0.2 μmol/L and IC50 of 200 μmol/L.Hypericin did not act on HBV DNA polymerase which was quite different from lamivudine.Conclusions Hypericin can effectively inhibit HBV replication as well as antigen synthesis and is non-toxic on HepG2.2.15 cell.The anti-HBV target of hypericin is different from nucleos(t)ide analogues.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of centro-square needling at Shangxing (GV23) (so called Ghost Hall point) in treating anxiety after cerebral stroke as a major treatment.Method Sixty patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The two groups were both given Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets (Deanxit). In addition, the treatment group received centro-square needling as the major treatment, and the control group received ordinary needling. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Zung's Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Barthel Index (BI) of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) were observed before and after the treatment for evaluating the therapeutic efficacy.Result There was a significant difference in comparing the HAMA score between the treatment group and control group after the treatment (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in comparing the total effective rate and recovery rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment group shows a significant efficacy in improving the anxiety symptoms; the effect in improving the anxiety symptoms is insignificant in the control group; the recoveryrate and total effective rate are equivalent between the two groups.

Objective To separate the SO-Rb 50cells antigen corresponding to the monoclonal antibody of anti-retinoblastoma. Methods The antigen corresponding to the monoclonal antibody of anti-retinoblastoma was separated elementarily by ion-exchange chromatography, and was identified by dot-blotting using the monoclonal antibody of anti-retinoblastoma. The target protein band of the antigen was separated in light of sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results A special unmixed band of SO-Rb 50cells antigen was separated with the relative molecular weight of 83?103. Conclusion The antigen corresponding to the monoclonal antibody of anti-retinoblastoma could be separated from SO-Rb 50cells.

Objective To explore the influence of no drainage on pelvic lymphocyst following laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy . Methods A total of 105 patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in this hospital from January 2012 to February 2016 were divided into either non-drainage group (50 cases) or drainage group (55 cases) according to whether the pelvic drainage tube was placed after surgery .Comparative analyses on the incidence of postoperative complications such as pelvic lymphocyst were made between the two groups . Results No significant difference in lymphocyst rate was found between the two groups [27.3%(15/55) vs.24.0%(12/50), χ2 =0.147, P=0.702].The incidence of pelvic infection was lower in the non-drainage group (2.0%, 1/50) than that in the drainage group (14.5%, 8/55), but the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =3.781, P=0.052).Other postoperative complications including urinary retention , urinary fistula, and deep venous thrombosis of lower limb had no statistical differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Drainage after radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy for cervical cancer does not make a difference to the incidence of lymphocyst .Non-drainaging doesn ’ t increase the risk of infection .

Objective To investigate the infection situation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) in patients with the lower respira‐tory tract infection in the department of respiratory intensive care units (RICU ) in recent five years ,and to analyze the changing trend of antibacterial resistence ,in order to guide rational selection of antimicrobial agents .Methods Strains of bacteria were isola‐ted and identified from sputum specimen of patients in the department of RICU and common ward from Jul .2008 to Jul .2013 .The situations of PA infection and antibacterial resistence were analyzed ,and differences of infection rates of PA and antibacterial resis‐tence were compared between RICU and common ward .Results 517 strains of bacteria were detected from sputum specimens of patients in the department of RICU from 2008 to 2013 ,including 141 strains of PA (accounted for 27 .3% ) ,and ticarcilli/clavulanic acid(61 .0% ) was with the highest rate of resistance among 14 drugs and colistin B(9 .2% ) was with the lowest rate of resistance . 378 strains of bacterias were detected from sputum specimens of patients in common wards ,including 125 strians of PA(accounted for 33 .1% ) ,and ticarcilli/clavulanic acid(28 .0% ) was with the highest rates of resistance and colistin B (4 .0% ) was with the low‐est rate of resistance .Conclusion In recent 5 years ,PA might be one of the main pathogenic bacterias of respiratory tract infections in the depatment of RICU in this hospital ,and antibiotic resistance may increse gradually .The antibiotic resistance in the depatment of RICU may be higher than that in cionmon wards .Clinical effective measures should be taken to prevent nosocomial infection ,and rational use of antibiotics should be taken to reduce the emergence of resistant strains .

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical efficacy difference on vegetative state in children between acupoint injection combined with plum-blossom needle and western medication based on basic treatment.

METHODSForty-eight children of vegetative state were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 24 cases in each one. On the basis of the treatment of transcranial magnetic stimulation apparatus, balancing treatment apparatus and massage, the acupoint injection and tapping method with plum-blossom needle were adopted in the observation group, in which Xingnaojing injection, mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) injection, monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection (MSI), compound Danshen injection were divided in 6 pairs and were injected respectively in Baihui (GV 20), Yongquan (KI 1), Fengfu (GV 16), Yamen (GV 15) and the others, 0.5 mL in each acupoint, once a day for continuous 10 days. Additionally, the tapping method with plum-blossom needle was used on the Governor Vessel and Jiaji (EX-B 2) on the back. In the control group, the intravenous infusion was adopted with citicoline sodium injection, mannitol injection and dexamethasone injection. The treatment was given once a day, 20 days of treatment made one session and totally 3 sessions were required in the two groups. The clinical efficacy, the vegetative state score and the mean curing time were observed after 20 days, 40 days and 60 days of treatment between the two groups.

RESULTSThe effective rates were 58.3% (14/24), 70.8% (17/24) and 79.2% (19/24) in 20 days, 40 days and 60 days of treatment in the observation group and 20.8% (5/24), 45.8% (11/24) and 58.3% (14/24) in the control group respectively. The efficacy in the observation group was superior to those in the control group (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The vegetative state score was improved apparently after 20 days, 40 days and 60 days of treatment as compared with those before treatment separately (all P < 0.05). It was improved obviously at the each time point after treatment in the observation group as compared with that in the control group (3.34 +/- 2.41 vs 2.64 +/- 11.56, 6.20 +/- 1.46 vs 4.34 +/- 1.64, 11.26 +/- 2.63 vs 8.75 +/- 2.18, all P < 0.05). The mean curing time was (45.67 +/- 16.24) days in the observation group, which was shorter apparently than that of (55.34 +/- 4.57) days in the control group (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONBased on basic treatment acupoint injection combined with tapping method of plum-blossom needle achieve the reliable efficacy on vegetative state in children.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of chemotherapy weekly in the chemoradiotherapy of cervical cancer.Methods Between Jan 2003 and Oct 2007,168 patients with stage Ⅲ B squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix in Chongqing Cancer Hospital were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group,total 86 patients receiving radiotherapy concomitant with weekly cisplatin and taxol;the matched group,total 82 patients,receiving radiotherapy concomitant with cisplatin plus taxol every 3 weeks.There were no statistical difference in the clinical and pathological characteristics between the two groups. We compare the 5 years survival rate and side reaction of the two groups.Results The 5 years survival rate of the observation group and the matched group were respectively 52.3%(45/86)and 42.7%(35/82),in which there was no significant difference (P >0.05).The response rate(CR+PR)were respectively 94.2%(81/86)and 92.7%(76/82)in the observation group and the matched group,in which there was no significant difference (P >0.05).Grade Ⅲ acute gastrointestinal toxicities (nausea and vomi-ting)in the matched group were exactly higher than that in the observation group [19.5%(16/82)vs.8.1% (7/86),P <0.05]. Moreover,Grade Ⅲ myelosuppression in the matched group were exactly higher than that in the observation group [20.7%(17/82) vs.9.3% (8/86),P <0.05].there were no significant difference of the incidence of the radiocystitis,radiation proctitis and radio-dermatitis between the two groups.But the Radiotherapy completion time in the matched group were exactly longer than that in the observation group [(61.12±6.71)days vs.(54.72±4.76)days,P <0.05].Conclusion The toxicity of the observation group was lower than the matched group.Moreover the efficacy of observation group is similar to the matched group.
