1.Study on compartment temperature-environment and collective overpressure protection for mobile medical equipment

The compartment temperature- environment of mobile medical equipment is simulated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element method (FEM). Simulation results indicate that the airflow shape is reasonable and the compartment temperature can be kept at (25?3)℃, and that the velocity of airflow is less than 0.5m/s. The collective overpressure protection system is established according to the following 5 procedures, including alarming, controlling, filtering toxin, establishing overpressure and overpressure monitoring. It's proved that the protection system can form the overpressure not less than 300 pascal and make the compartment free of the air containing biological toxin, noxious chemical fumes and radioactive dust. The contamination process of the compartment is simulated in case of some toxic and noxious contaminant flowing into the compartment. The results are obtained that concentration distribution of contaminant attenuates rapidly from 5,000ppmv to 10ppmv during 130 seconds.
2.Determination of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Qianggu Capsules by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Qianggu Capsules.Methods An Agilent C18(4.6 mm?250 mm,5 ?m)column was used.The methyl-water(45:55) was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1.The determination wavelength was at 246 nm.Results The linear range was 0.08~0.80 ?g,for psoralen,r=0.999 8,the average recovery rate was 99.3 %,RSD=1.4 %(n=5),and for isopsoralen,r=0.999 9,the average recovery rate was 98.5 %,RSD=0.8 %(n=5).The linear equation was Y=7 365.9X-102.7 for psoralen and Y=7 556.0X-65.3 for isopsoralen.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate,and can be applied to control the quality of Qianggu Capsules.

4.Effect of transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization on liver cancer patients with portal vein tumor thrombus

Objective To explore the effect of transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization(TACE)between different types of liver cancer patients with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT).Methods 413 liver cancer patients with PVTT were divided into two groups,TACE(332 cases)group and control group(81 cases);To compare the survival rate and the curative effect of two group.Results Survival rate in the TACE group of 3 months,6 months,12 months,24 months were 93.4%,71.7%,44.9%,24.4%,in the control group 3 months,6 months,12 months,24 months survival rate were 24.7%,2.5%,0,0.The difference has statistical significance(P<0.01).In the TACE group,type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ of PVTT patients treatmented with TACE also has different survival rate and different curative effect(P<0.01).Conclusion TACE treatment is particularly effective for type Ⅰ,type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ patients of PVTT.
