Objective To explore the abdominal pain as initial symptom of non-digestive diseases,the causes of misdiagnosis. Methods 74 patients with clear diagnosis non-digestive diseases which initial symptom was acute abdominal pain were analyzed. Results The most common causes of misdiagnosis were blood system diseases,circulatory diseases,metabolic diseases,endocrine system diseases,respiratory diseases,nervous system disease,accounting for 35.1% ,25.7% ,10. 8% ,8. 1% ,6. 8% ,6. 8%.The rest,such as the urinary system diseases,toxic diseases were not rare. Conclusion Non-digestive diseases which initial symptom was acute abdominal pain could be caused by the body's various systems,and the causes were complex,the diseases conditions were critical and changed rapidly,so it was difficult to diagnose and had to be Paid attention on.

Objective To discuss the significance and alteration of heart rate turbulence (HRT) of diabetics with ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 107 patients were chosen and divided into DM group(n=30), CHD group (n=32)and normal group(n=45).The turbulence onset(TO)and turbulence slope(TS) were calculated and analyzed. Results For the diabetics with ventricular premature beats, TO value was higher and TS value was lower than the normal group(all P<0.05).The value of TO and TS of the diabetics with ventricular premature beats were similar to those of CHD(P>0.05). Conclusions HRT can be used to estimate the integrality and stability of cardiac autonomic nerve function for the diabetics and it is an important factor for diagnosis.

Objective To research clinical significance of electrocardiogram(ECG) measuring in diagnosis of hyperkalemia. Methods ECG changes and serum potassium concentration from 72 cases have been analyzed and contrasted. Results Forty-one cases with hyperkalemia are detected by ECG changes. Coincidence rate is up to 56.9% with serum potassium test. When the serum potassium concentration exceeds 5.5mmol/L, the accuracy of ECG in diagnosis of hyperkalemia was 22.2%. The main features arc peaked T wave with tabernacle shape ;when the serum potassium concentration exceeds 6.7mmol/L, the accuracy of ECG in diagnosis of hyperkalemia was 74.3%. The main features are ST debased,P wave with low amplitude and time limit increased. Some patients appeared sinus node-ventride conduction. One or two appeared malignant ventricular arrbythmia; when the serum potassium concentration exceeds 10.0mmol/L,the accuracy of ECG was 100% ,most patients appeared malignant ventricular. Conclusion The electrocardiogram measurement has the better consistency with serum potassium test, and abnormal electrocardio-gram will be eccurred,when mixed other electrolyte unbalance. Pseudo-hyperkalemia can be distinguished accurately and conveniently by using this method.

Objective: To detect the alterations of telomerase activity and the expression for oxidative stress responsive genes related with senescence during cellular replicative senescence and hydrogen peroxide-induced premature senescence in human embryonic lung fibroblasts (HELFs) in vitro. Methods: The HELFs were divided into young cells (22 population doubling levels, 22PDL) , mid-aged cells (35PDL) and replicative senes-cent cells (49PDL) and premature senescent cells induced by H₂O₂(premature senescence, PS). The telomerase activity was detected by ELISA assay during cellular replicative and premature senescence. The mRNA level of oxidative stress responsive genes related with senescence for Foxo1, Foxo3, Pdx1, apoA-I and MMP1 was per-formed by RT-Q-PCR separately. Results: The mRNA level for Foxo1, Foxo3, apoA-I and Pdx1 was decreased separately during cellular replicative senescence compared to that in the young-stage cells with statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05). The expression of MMP1 was up-regulated 5.1-fold obviously (P<0.05). In premature senes-cence, the mRNA level was only decreased for Foxo1, Foxo3 and apoA-I, but up-regulated 2.3-fold and 6.2-fold for Pdx1 and MMP1 respcetively vs 22PDL significantly (P<0.05). The telomerase activity in young cells was not detected, and it increased in mid-aged cells and replicative senescence stages during cellular replicative se-nescence as compared to 22PDL with statistical significance (P<0.05). The telomerase activity in premature se-nescence was highly active. Conclusion The expression for genes related with senescence has differences be-tween replicative and premature senescence and hydrogen peroxide modifies their expression levels. The telomer-ase activity has been going up with increased PDLs.
