1.Observation of Curative Efficacy of Hepatocyte Growth Factor in 116 Children with Liver Damage
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(07):-
Objective To observe curative efficacy of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in treatment of children with liver damage. Methods Two hundred and four children with liver damage were divided randomly into control group and teatment group. The control group was chosed energy compounds at the same time of primary disease was treated,on the basis of the control group, the treatment group was chosed HGF to protect liver and decline enzyme,to observe efficacy of liver shrink and decline enzyme in the course of treatment. Results After the treatment, alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and total bilirubin(TBIL) decreased significantly in the treatment group with HGF.The total clinical efficacy was 96.5%,while the total clinical efficacy of the control group was 75.0%.The curative efficacy of treatment group surpassed that in the control group, the difference was obvious(?~2=5.27 P
2.Digital artery bilobed flap for the treatment of skin degloving injury of thumb.
China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2014;27(4):307-310
OBJECTIVETo explore clinical effects of digital artery bilobed flap for the treatment of skin degloving injury of thumb.
METHODSFrom January 2007 to December 2012, 45 patients with skin degloving injury of thumb were treated with grafting of digital artery bilobed flap. There were 39 males and 6 females, ranging in age from 19 to 46 years, with an average of 32 years. The disease course ranged from 0.5 to 15 h. Eighteen patients suffered from defect of palmar skin above nail root and nail bed, 19 patients suffered from skin degloving injury of thumb phalangette, and 8 patients had whole skin degloving injury of thumb. The double lobe flaps were designed at the ulnar side of middle finger and the radial side of ring finger according to the defect of thumb skin. The arteria digitalis communis between the middle and ring fingers and its two branches of arteriae digitales propriae supplying the two fingers were used as a vessel pedicle. The flap with digitales proprii nervi was transposed and used to cover the exposed phalanx of thumb. Full thickness graft was used for the donor site. Observation of the appearance, texture, color and wear resistance of flap, appearance, color and depression of grafting area, skin feeling, and finger activities was conducted.
RESULTSAll the flaps and grafts were alive. Forty-three patients were followed up with an average duration of 25 months, and two patients lost follow-up. The color and texture of the flaps were similar to that of the contralateral thumb pulp. The average two point discrimination was 4.2 +/- 0.3 mm. The color of graft skin was slightly deeper than that of the surroundings skin.
CONCLUSIONDigital artery bilobed flap graft is an effective and ideal operation, which is of low risk and high success rates for skin degloving injury of thumb.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
For the diathermancy of the seawater is much bigger than that of the air, and the heat dispersed from the body exceeds the heat produced by the body, the heat would be lost immediately when people fell into the cold seawater. The temperature of people would drop instantly to frozen stiff. So it has great signification to rescue the people dropped into the cold water at once. This paper will introduce how to rescue, examine, stabilize, insulate, finally transport the patient to the hospital, and some things that should be paid attention to during the whole process.

85 Chinese sterna(52 males and 33 females)were measured. All 7 measurements were found to have very significant sex differences. However, the overlapping rate between both sexes is very high. It's difficult to determine sex with single measurement.By using Fisher' method, the sex discriminant functions were calculated which can determine sex 90% correctly. For the purpose of sexing bro- ken sternum, some other diseriminant functions were also calculated.Compared with foreigner's,this study has higher discriminant rate and wider practical use.

135 Chinese adult tibiae (69 males, 66 females)were measured. Statistic test shows that all 12 items of measurement have significant sex differences. For the purpose of determining sex from fragmentary tibia, 17 sex diseriminant functions for fragmentary tibia were calculated by means of stepwise discriminant analysis and Fisger's method. The diseriminant rate ranges from 79.3% to 821.4%. The present study shows that the proximal epiphyseal breadth, the distal epiphyseal breadth and the circumference at the level of the nutrient foramen have the most important value in identification of sex they can determine sex alone 79.3—80.2% correctly.

It has been claimed that CNS lymphoma, a rare neoplasm accounting for only a small fraction of malignant brain tumors, occurs with increasing frequency in immunologically normal as well as immunocompromised individuals. We investigated the prognostic value of Ki-67 index, p53, and bcl-2 oncoprotein expression in relation to the clinicopathological parameters in the primary CNS lymphoma patients. The tumors were graded by Kiel classification and the Working formulation and included 33 high-grade, 4 intermediate-grade, and 5 low-grade lymphomas. The phenotype was determined in 38 cases: 30 were B cell type and 8 were T cell type. All cases displayed variable degrees of nuclear Ki-67 staining from 1.0% to 92.0% (mean 51.1%). A highly significant correlation was established between the proportion of Ki-67 positive cells and the classification into grades (p=0.0002) and phenotypes (p=0.0002). Overexpression of p53 and bcl-2 protein was found in 37.1% and 51.4% of 35 patients, respectively. And p53 expression was significantly increased in B cell type (p=0.02). On Kaplan-Meier survival curve, the phenotype, grade of tumors, and p53 and bcl-2 protein expression were not correlated with overall survival. On multivariate analyses, overall survival was independently influenced by Ki-67 index. In conclusion, it is suggested that Ki-67 proliferating index is the most important marker for predicting biologic behavior of the primary CNS lymphoma.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(6):751-754
Preeclampsia is a leading cause of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality. It is very important to explore the biomarkers for the early prediction of preeclampsia. Some peptides released from placenta, such as soluble Flt-1 and placenta growth factor (PlGF), have been revealed for definite prospects of application. Meanwhile, the recent advances in proteomics, metabolomics and microRNA shed light on searching of new biomarkers for preeclampsia prediction.
