4.Treatment of double loop double button plate fixation on patients with complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation
Clinical Medicine of China 2014;30(11):1202-1204
Objective To investigate the application of the double loop double button plate fixation on treatment of patients with complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Twenty-six cases with Rockwood type Ⅲ complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation were selected as our subjects who hospitalized from Jan.2011 to Jul.2013 and underwent using dual loop button plate technology of double fixation and reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament fixation. There were 19 males and 7 females.Their age ranged from 18 to 62 years old and average was 30.2 years old.Adopt Lazzcano standard score was used to evaluate the shoulder joint function. Results X-ray examination showed the acromioclavicular joint of all patients were fixed in right place.Shoulder function was back to normal after 1 to 2 months and no pain or mild pain were showed in some patients.Twenty-four cases were followed up for 6-24 months, and the average followed up periods was 18.2 months.According to Lazzcano standard score to assess the function of shoulder join.Twenty cases were excellent and 4 cases were in good. The excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion Dual loop button plate technique is proved to be a good approach in the treatment of complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation with small trauma, stable fixation.Meanwhile patients can perform early functional exercise and no recurrent dislocation without the need of internal re-fixation.
5.THE INFLUENTIAL FACTORS AND OPTIMUM CONDITIONS OF ELECTRIC TRANSFECTION ON DENDRITIC CELLS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the method and optimum conditions of electric transfection, and the major influential factors of electransfection efficiency and the survival rate of dendritic cells. Methods RNA was extracted from human hepatocarcinoma cell line(Bel 7402).Purified monocytes as precursor DC-s(pDC-s) were separated from human peripheral blood cells(PBMCs) by density gradient centrifugalization with lymphocyte gradation fluid and adherence method,pDCs were incubated in RPMI-1640 medium containing rhGM-CSF(8?10~5IU/L) and rIL-4(5?10~5IU/L) for 7 days and made them fully differentiate into immature DCs(imDCs).The total RNA human hepatocarcinoma cell and green fluorescent protein(GFP) were electransfected respectively into imDCs by electroporation apparatus with different electric voltages, times of impulse, cell concentrations, temperatures and electroporation buffers.Numbers of green fluorescence positive cells and the total cell number were counted respectively under fluorescent microscope, and visible light microscope. One day after the electric transfection, the cells were stained with 0.4% trypan blue, and electransfection efficiency and the cell survival rate were counted. Results Electransfection efficiency was increased to the highest value,up to about 49.7% when imDCs with the concentration of 5?10~6 cells/ml were mixed with 40?g-total RNA of human hepatocarcinoma cell, the electric voltage of electroporation apparatus was set at 300V,and the time of impulse was 500Us.Conclusion Electric transfection provides a technical possibility to make human hepatocarcinoma RNA into imDCs.The major influential factors of the electransfection efficiency were electric voltage and impulsing time.As receptor cells, the imDCs growing condition was also an important influential factor.
6.An experimental study on preventing postoperative intestinal adhesions by pentoxifylline and povine iodine
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1994;0(05):-
In order to observe the effects of pentoxifylline and povine iodine on preventing postoperative intestinal adhesions (POIA),the authors used eighty SD rats as the models of intestinal adhesions and divided them into four groups:control group, pentoxifylline group, povine iodine group, and combining drugs group Each group contained twenty rats The results showed that the adhesions of each group were different and the consequence of adhesive degree (from serious to slight) was control group, povine iodine group, pentoxifyllin group, and combining drugs group It is demonstrated that pentoxyfilline and povine iodine have significant effects on preventing POIA; and the combination of the two drugs can have a synergetic effect on POIA
7.Treatment of postherpetic neuralgia on the right side of nose: a case report.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(21):1916-1917
Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a difficult medical issue and symptomatic treatment with medication is common. One case of PHN was cured by nerve avulsion and microtherm plasma nerve block. The male patient was 48-year-old with PHN on the right side of the nose, suffering recurrent pains within one year. The symptoms occurred irregularly and lasted for several minutes to hours every time. Electroacupuncture and Chinese medicine treatments in other hospitals made little efficacy. Physical examination showed skin of right side of the nose and nasal mucosa was normal and all laboratory reports confirmed negative. After microtherm plasma treatment in nasal cavity and corresponding area of nasal septum, the pain disappeared.

Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2021;33(4):506-508
The effects of sepsis on the liver include hypoxic hepatitis caused by ischemia and shock, liver cell damage caused by excessive inflammation, and cholestasis caused by changes in bile metabolism. Among them, cholestasis is a common complication in patients with sepsis. Cholestasis and jaundice in patients with sepsis are associated with an increased risk of infection, leading to an increased mortality rate. So far, the exact mechanism of sepsis with cholestasis is still unclear, so this article briefly reviews the mechanism of cholestasis during the early stage of sepsis.

10.Minimally invasive treatment for chronic subdural hematoma in the elderly patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(7):1250-1251
Objective To explore the curative efficacy of minimally invasive treatment for chronic subdural hematoma in elderly patients. Methods From February 2005 to February 2008, the clinical data of 20 elderly pa-tients suffered from chronic subdural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were all treated by mini-mally invasive operations, along with the supportive treatment for repnsition of the brain. Results The hematomas (mean volume, 100 ml) were all cleared away postoperation. Brain reposition was obtained 24 hours ~ 7 days(mean, 3 days) after operations. All patients were cured to discharge. 20 patients were followed up for 3 ~ 12 months (mean,7 months). According to the activities of daily living (ADL) grading system, 16 patients were classified as normal, and 4 independent. Follow-up examination with CT scans in 16 patients showed 13 cases of normal findings, 2 cases of brain atrophy, and 1 mild subdural effusion. Conclusion Minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma is suited to elderly patients with chronic subdural hematoma, providing a satisfactory effect and a low recurrence rate.
