1.Classification of chest wall tuberculosis CT and its guiding value of surgical treatment
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;37(2):115-118
Objective To summarize and classify the CT manifestations of chest wall tuberculosis and to investigate the relationship between CT classification and clinical operation method. Methods CT data of 142cases was collected from patients that were confirmed by surgical pathology of chest wall tuberculosis.Bone algorithm reconstruction and volume rendring three-dimensional reconstruction were applied to observe ribs. Results Four types were classified according to the CT manifestations.Type Ⅰ:27 cases pleural tuberculoma, and all of which were conducted simple removal of lesions.Type Ⅱ:18 cases sternum or ribs tuberculosis, which were conducted surgical removal of the invaded frame and the surrounding lesions in caseous necrosis and all the tuberculous granuloma.Type Ⅲ:21 cases rib outboard tuberculosis,of which 12 cases were conducted simple removal of lesions and 9 cases removal of lesions and small segment of ribs.Type Ⅳ:76 cases hybrid,of which abscess excision plus rib resection in 65 cases and resection with chest wall abscess (muscle) between ribs and rib resection with padded muscle flap surgery in 11 cases. Conclusions CT can clearly show the location, size, scope of involvement of the chest wall tuberculosis, and selecting the preoperative surgical strategy based on CT classification can provide guidance for operation.
2.Acupuncture in treatment of cerebrosis: advances in clinical research over 20 years.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2008;6(6):561-4
Over the past twenty years, with the development of brain science, many acupuncture clinical researchers have used multidisciplinary methods and techniques to perform acupuncture clinical research on cerebrosis. Up to now, many achievements have been obtained such as expanding studied disease entities, standardizing methods, identifying objects, and developing more and more treatment methods and in-depth mechanism research.
3.The important factors influencing the functions of periodontal ligament stem cells
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Periodontal ligament stem cells(PDLSCs) are not only the crucial type of cells in maintaining dynamic homeostasis and wound repair of periodontal tissues but also the basis for novel therapeutic strategy for periodontal regeneration.Although possessing the excellent proliferation and differentiation ability,PDLSCs behave differently under various conditions representative of several influential factors.Understanding of these influential factors will help us to exploit more about PDLSCs,and more importantly, lead a new modality in treating periodontal diseases based on stem cells. Here we review multiple important factors affecting function of PDLSCs and propose its use in future regenerative therapy of periodontal defects.
4.Antagonistic effects of ruthenium red on the biological activities of endotoxin
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
The antagonistic effects of ruthenium red (RuR) on the biological activi-ties of endotoxin (ET) which included the limulus amebocytes lysate test, the local Shw-artzman reaction, decreasing the white blood cell counts, and increase of zinc in periphe-ral blood were observed. The destroyed meshes of endotoxin have been seen under electronmicroscope. The amino-groups of endotoxin increased markedly, which it was treated withRuR. These results indicated that the polycationic residues of RuR may be the effectiveunits of antiendotoxin activity.
5.A medical consumable material management information system.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(3):229-234
Medical consumables material is essential supplies to carry out medical work, which has a wide range of varieties and a large amount of usage. How to manage it feasibly and efficiently that has been a topic of concern to everyone. This article discussed about how to design a medical consumable material management information system that has a set of standardized processes, bring together medical supplies administrator, suppliers and clinical departments. Advanced management mode, enterprise resource planning (ERP) applied to the whole system design process.

6.A Medical Devices Management Information System Supporting Full Life-Cycle Process Management.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(4):304-309
Medical equipments are essential supplies to carry out medical work. How to ensure the safety and reliability of the medical equipments in diagnosis, and reduce procurement and maintenance costs is a topic of concern to everyone. In this paper, product lifecycle management (PLM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) are cited to establish a lifecycle management information system. Through integrative and analysis of the various stages of the relevant data in life-cycle, it can ensure safety and reliability of medical equipments in the operation and provide the convincing data for meticulous management.

7.The research, diagnosis, and treatment of thrombotic disease in China
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;39(10):729-732
The International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis has proposed to hold World Thrombosis Day on October 13 annually from 2014 to improve awareness and education of thrombosis. Thrombotic diseases are multidisciplinary disorders involving multiple systems. Thus, multidisciplinary team treatment for thrombotic diseases should be developed in China.A comprehensive study of genetic factors for thrombotic diseases is expected to achieve early diagnosis and risk prediction for this type of disease, and thus precision diagnosis and individualized treatment can be achieved.
8.Imaging diagnosis of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas: A report of 3 cases and literature review
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Objective: To investigate the CT and MRI findings of solid-pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas(SPTP),and to improve the diagnosis of the disease. Methods: Three female SPTP patients received CT examination,1 of them underwent MRI in addition, and all the cases were surgically and pathologically confirmed later. Results: CT images revealed huge solid-cystic mass in the pancreas of the 3 patients,1 with calcification in the mass and all without dilation of the bile duct.MRI exhibited mixed signal intensity on T1WI and T2WI.Both CT and MRI showed obvious enhancement of the cystic wall and the solid part of the mass. Conclusion: SPTP has its characteristic imaging manifestations, which may contribute a lot to the diagnosis of the disease.
9.Discussion on the Application of Crisis Public Relations Principles to Dealing with Medical Dissensions
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(12):-
This paper aims to integrate the principles of crisis public relations into the hospitals'real facts of management, and make some discussion and analysis in dealing with medical dissensions,in expectation of throwing a brick to get a gem in return in order to enhance the hospitals'power of resisting risks and competion.
10.Practice and experience of the hospital in clinical department management
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(10):785-788
An introduction to the management of clinical departments of the hospital since 2009, featuringthree independence and four unification. The pattern is designed to mobilize department staff′s work enthusiasm, and improve their management efficiency, thus upgrading management of the hospital as a whole. Thanks to such reform, the hospital has scored great outcomes in terms of comprehensive strength, medical quality, disciplinary development and talent cultivation.
