Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;37(7):157-160,164
Parathyroid Hormone-related Protein( PTHrP) is a polyhormone secretory protein secreted by a variety of tissues and cells that plays fundamental roles in the growth and development of various organs, promotes migration and invasion in breast cancer, prostate cancer and non-small cell lung cancer and also plays a key role in osteolysis. With the development of scientific research, many unknown functions of the parathyroid hormone-related protein will be uncovered.
2.THE INFLUENCE OF PH ON GROWTH OF DIFFERENT GENESIS PROMASTIGOTES OF L. DONOVANI
Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 2001;(2):50-52
The Many experiments show that pH affect the growth of romastigotes of L donovani. But the control tests with Acid - base scale have not been reported on the growth of promastigotes from different genesis. This paper reports that pH has different nfluence on several kinds of promastigotes from different genesis. We obseved that the growth of promastigotes of L. doncvani is inhibited when pH is 4.6 and 8.6.

Objective To explore the pathophysiological role of gastric leptin in helicobacter associated gastritis. Methods Patients undergoing gastroscopy were involved in the study.Helicobacter pylori infection was diagnosed by use of Hp-ureA-PCR,~(14)C urea breath test and rapid urease-nessler′s test. The level of leptin in local gastric mucosa and plasma were detected by ELISA. The level of IL-1? and IL-1ra in local gastric mucosa were detected by RIA.Results Total of 31 H pylori positive and 30 H pylori negative patients with chronic gastritis were founded. The level of Leptin and IL-1ra in the gastric mucosa in H pylori positive patients were significantly increased as compared with that in H pylori negative group (P 0.05).Gastric leptin closely related to IL-1? in H pylori positive group(r= -0.78,P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(08):-
Objective:To explore the subjective quality of life of pediatric patients.Methods:42 children with acute diseases, 38 with chronic diseases and 57 normal children were investigated with Children's Subjective Quality of Life Questionnaire. Results: The subjective life satisfaction were similar in acute disease group (159.9?13.9) and in chronic group (160.0?16.9), which were lower than normal control (165.8?17.6). Multiple regression showed that girls, from urban area, late onset, longer duration, less activities out of class, lack of support from relatives, poor mental health of parents were risk factors. Conclusion: Children with acute or chronic diseases have poorer life quality than normal control.

Objective In order to understand the students' experience and satisfaction in community nursing practice and the factors that influence them,to provide a basis for improving the quality of teaching in community practice. Methods The students were invited to compete the questionnaire that consisted of preceptors, the length of clinical practice time in hospital, practice items and satisfaction, opinions and harvest to community practice after completing 3-week practice in a designated community placement. Results 327 nursing undergraduates participated in the survey, and the average practice items were (9.7±2.0).The satisfaction of students was (3.89±0.58) points. There were significant differences of practice items and the scores among different preceptors, duration of students practice in hospital ahead, and the length of community conducting the practice teaching. There was a positive correlation between practice items and the satisfaction of students. Conclusions It is time to improve the quality of preceptors, strengthening the practice management in late stage, and promote students self-improvement.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(20):11-13
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized care on prevention of postoperative urinary retention of malignancy patients undergoing hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. Methods 74 cases of patients with malignancies undergoing total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2011 were chosen as the research object. They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional routine care, while the observation group was given individualized nursing assessment and intervention. The grasping level of knowledge about prevention of urinary retention, the cooperation degree with nursing, incidence of urinary retention, the residual urine volume and satisfaction degree of patients were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The grasping level of knowledge about prevention of urinary retention, the cooperation degree with nursing, incidence of urinary retention, the residual urine volume and satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group were better than those of the control group, there were significant differences. Conclusions The effect of individualized care to prevent postoperative urinary retention of malignancies patients after hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection is better. It plays an active role in improving mastering of knowledge about prevention of urinary retention and cooperative degree with nursing.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(22):16-18
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of problem-based health education on self-care ability and psychological situation of gynecological cancer patients after surgery.Methods68 cases after gynecological cancer from January 2009 to December 2011 in our department for treatment were chosen.By taking mechanical sampling method,45 cases were randomly set as the observation group, which took problem-based health education.Other 23 cases were set as the control group, which adopted general health education model. The effect of health education was compared between two groups.ResultsIn the observation group, the self-care skills score was (20.4±5.8),self-responsibility score(27.6±9.4),the self-concept score (15.7±8.3) and self-care ability score (111.6± 20.3),significant higher than those of the control group, which were (11.6± 4.4 ),( 17.3 ± 6.5 ),(7.4 ± 5.1 ) and (53.2 ± 12.8).The SAS score was (1 1.6 ± 4.4) and SDS score was (17.3± 6.5) in the observation group, significantly lower than (20.4 ± 5.8) and (27.6± 9.4) of the control group.ConclusionsApplication of problem-based health education in gynecological cancer patients can significanfly improve their self-care capacity and patients' anxiety and depression.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(7):665-669
Objective:
To analyze the level of resilience and its influencing factors in the young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM ), so as to provide reference for optimizing mental interventions for the patients.
Methods:
The young and middle-aged patients with T2DM from September 2019 to September 2020 in Hangzhou First People's Hospital, affiliated to the Medical School of Zhejiang University, were selected as the subjects, the general information questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale ( PSSS ) , Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale ( CD-RISC ), Diabetes Distress Scale (DDS) and Diabetes Management Self-efficacy Scale ( DMSES ) were used to investigate, the multivariate linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for resilience in young and middle-aged patients with T2DM.
Results:
A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 238 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective recovery rate was 95.20%. Among 238 patients, 142 cases ( 59.66% ) were males and 96 cases ( 40.34% ) were females; 168 cases ( 70.59% ) were 45-59 years old. The CD-RISC score was 70.49±12.81, PSSS score was 63.70±10.90, DDS score was 2.14±0.87, and DMSES score was 130.22±38.49. The results of multivariate regression analysis indicated that educational level, average monthly family income, fasting blood glucose, self-efficacy, social support and diabetes distress were the influencing factors for resilience of young and middle-aged patients with T2DM ( P<0.05 ).
Conclusion
The level of mental resilience in young and middle-aged patients with T2DM is mainly related to the level of education, monthly family income, blood glucose control, diabetes distress, self-efficacy and social support.
