1.Investigation on Clonorchis sinensis infection and its risk factors in Futian District,Shenzhen City

Objective To understand the status of Clonorchis sinensis infection and its risk factors in Futian District Shen?zhen City so as to provide the evidence for formulating the strategy of prevention and control. Methods Two monitoring points were randomly selected and the permanent population aged≥3 years were investigated and their stool samples were detected for the eggs of C. sinensis by using Kato?Katz technique. Meanwhile the risk factors of infection were also investigated. Results A total of 743 subjects were examined and 7 persons were infected with C. sinensis and the infection rate was 0.94%. Most of the infected cases were focused on 20?40 and 40?60 age groups. The risk factors were eating raw or semi?cooked fish and the protec?tive factor was the use of separated cutting board for cooked or uncooked food. Conclusion The infection rate of C. sinensis is low in the population of Futian District. However the health education especially for diet health education still should be strengthened.
2.The relationship between the serum carbohydrate antigen 125 level and the prognosis of the threatened abortion

Objective To explore the value of serum CA125 in prediction of the first-trimester threatened abortion.Methods The serum CA125 level of 78 patients with threatened abortionand( miscarriage success group and failure group) and 40 normal early pregnant women before treatment and after 1 ~ 4 weeks were tested by chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA) methods and the results were compared.Results The serum CA125 level of the failure group was significantly higher than that of the miscarriage success group[ (28.52 ± 19.12) x 103 U/L] and normal early pregnant women group [ (20.45 ± 9.55) × 103 U/L] ( t =- 1.28,- 1.24,all P < 0.05 ),and it increased by degree and by time,and the sensitivity and specificity of detection was 93.1% and 87.85% respectively.Conclusion Monitoring of serum CA125 had highly clinical value in predicting the prognosis of threatened abortion.

AIM:To explore the expression and possible function of histamine H3 receptor (H3R) in striated myogenesis and the differentiated C2C12 cells.METHODS: H3R and myogenesis late marker myosin heavy chain (MHC) were detected at mRNA and protein levels during C2C12 myogenesis.H3R antagonist ciproxifan was added and the expression of the myogenesis early marker desmin, intermediate markers myogenin and MHC was detected.Differentia-ted myoblasts were loaded with Fluo-4 calcium indicator dye and the effect of R-( a)-methylhistamine ( RMeHA) on the cy-toplasmic calcium concentration was determined under the 200 mA electrical stimulation.RESULTS: The expression of H3R and MHC was increased during myogenesis.Ciproxifan incubation had no influence on the 3 striated myogenesis mar-kers (P>0.05).In C2C12 myoblasts, RMeHA (10 nmol/L~100 μmol/L) effectively diminished cytoplasmic calcium peak when the cells were electrically paced (P<0.05).The best inhibitory effect of RMeHA was observed at dose of 100 nM for 10 min and 20 min, which was higher than that for 5 min (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: H3R might have little effect on the myogenic differentiation, but diminishes cytoplasmic calcium peak of the differentiated myoblasts under electri-cal stimulation.

ObjectiveTo investigate key techniques and intervention in reducing birth defects. Method Down's syndrome (DS), trisomy-18 (Edwards syndrome, ES), neural tube defects (NTD), Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), thalassemia, and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (G6PD) were chosen as target disease. From Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2009, the condition of intake folie acid were investigated in 5004 pregnant women in Panlong District and Wuhua District of Kunming City. All of the 27 660 pregnant women undergoing prenatal examination were enrolled into the study from the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province, the Second People's Hospital of Yunnan Province, the First People's Hospital of Qujing City, the Second People's of Qujing City, Qujing Women and Children's Hospital, People's Hospital of Lincang City, Kunming Maria Women's Hospital, Maternal and Infant's Care Unit of Panlong District of Kunming City, Maternal and Infant's Hospital of Dali City. The screening was performed on serum of those pregnant women at 8 -20 +6 gestational weeks. Prenatal cytogenetic analysis and fetal ultrasonogrspy were performed on the high risk or indicated women after genetic counseling. DNA analysis was administered on those women with family or childbearing history of DMD,SMA,thalassemia,orG6PD. Outcomeof pregnancywasfolloweduptoevaluatetheeffectof intervention. ResultsApproximately 30. 10% (1506/5004) of pregnant women were administered by oral folic acid during perinatal period. Two thousand three hundred and thirteen women with high risks of DS,ES, or NTD fetuses were observed among 27 660 undergoing maternal serum screening. Two thousand and ninety-six pregnant women including two twins pregnant women were performed cytogenetic analysis. Other 67 pregnant women at high risk of DMD, SMA, thalassemia, and G6PD accepted genetic counseling and prenatal gene analysis. Two thousand one hundred and sixty-three pregnant women (2165 fetuses) underwent prenatal examination. One hundred and two cases chromosome abnormalities, 17 cases NTD, 4 cases DMD, 1 cases α-thalassemia major were found. All of the 91 fetuses with major birth defects were terminated after genetic counseling. Another affected DS fetus in a twin pregnancy dead intrauterine at 24 gestational weeks. Thirty-two women bearing fetuseswithbalancedtranslocations orinversionscontinuedtheir pregnancies. Totally 2071 normal term fetuses were born in the prenatal diagnosis group. Two fetuses with normal chromosome were lost within 1 week after amniocentesis. Four affected DS fetuses were born from their high risk mothers who refused further prenatal diagnosis service. In a random sampling follow-up cohort of 5000 mothers at low risk, none of affected child suffering target diseases was found. The DS detection rate of maternal serum screening was 84% (27/32), with the false positive rate was 6. 153% (1702/27 660).ConclusionsFolic acid intake before conception and in the first trimester would reduce the risk of birth defects, only 1/3 reproductive women took folie acid actively. Maternal serum screening could effectively detect high risk of DS, ES and NTD. The genetic counseling is critical in women at high risk or who had family history of inherited disorders. The prenatal screening and diagnosis combined with routine obstetric care could reduce the incidence of major birth defects, which should become prenatal care strategy in our country.

Most of the CHD patients reveal string pulse, mainly due to damage of heart function, lowering of arterial compliance and increase of total peripheral resistance. The common pulse in patients of blood diseases reveal frequent, tiny, string and slippery characteristic, mostly due to the increase of compensatory pumping action of the heart, shortening of ejection time of the left heart, with better vessel compliance and hemorheology, low total peripheral resistance.
7.Emergency nursing management on prevention of novel coronavirus infection in Department of Microsurgery

Objective:To discuss the emergency nursing management procedure in Department of Microsurgery during novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19) and evaluate the effect of the prevention and control procedures.Methods:From January, 20- February 20, 2020, in order to prevent the medical staff and patients from infection of COVID-19, prevention and control measures were put in place which included screening and diagnosis of emergency pa- tients at the Department of Emergency through check body temperature and lung CT scan, monitoring body temperature and finger blood oxygen saturation on all inpatients and their accompanies, confirming the diagnosis and quarantine the patients who were in high temperature with abnormal lung CT scans, disinfecting and summary disinfection of the quaran- tine wards where suspected patients stayed, training medical staff for personal protections, standardizing the use and man- agement of personal protection equipment (PPE), managing medical staff in wards, educating patient about the COVID-19 to relive their nervousness, etc.Results:Of the 4 patients with persistent fever, 2 were diagnosed as new coronavirus infection. Of the 2 COVID-19 patients, 1 had confirmed diagnosis and transferred, the other who with highly suspected COVID-19 was quarantined at home. All medical staffs were trained with COVID-19 prevention and control proce- dures, with a qualification rate at 100%. Fourty-eight medical staffs were put on front-line duty and the rest of 17 were put on standby. Apart from one medical staff had been infected at the early phase of COVID-19, no one was in- fected after the emergency management and protective measures were implemented. All medical devices were used strictly to follow the controlled procedures. All patient wore masks.Conclusion:During the COVID-19 epidemic, emergency management measures were taken to avoid cross infection in hospital, which ensured the safety of medical staff and patients. The COVID-19 prevention and control measures were practical, in time and effective.
