1.Study on rifamycin combined with vacuum-assisted closure for promoting wound healing of ulcerative lymphoid tuberculosis
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(2):150-151
Objective To investigate the effect of rifamycin combined vacuum-assisted closure for promoting the wound healing of ulcerative lymphoid tuberculosis .Methods 78 cases of ulcerative lymphoid tuberculosis were randomly divided into the observa-tion group and the control group .The observation group was given rifamycin combined vacuum-assisted closure for treating the wound surface ,while the control group was given rifamycin for dressing change .The area of wound surface was measured before treatment and on 0 ,10 ,20 ,25 ,30 d after treatment .Then the shrinkage rate of wound surface area was calculated .Results During intervention period ,the shrinkage rates of wound surface area at the given time points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ,the difference showing statistical significance (P<0 .01) .The wound surface in the observation group reached the healing standard on 30 d .Conclusion Rifamycin combined with vacuum-assisted closure can significantly promote the wound healing of ulcerative lymphoid tuberculosis .
2.The different negative pressure values of the effect on skin graft
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(16):2197-2199
Objective To study the effect of different negative pressure values of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) effect on skin graft .Methods Eighty patients were selected ,who underwent chronic wound bed and preparedto treat with skin graft in surgical ward of emergency department in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2012 to July 2012 .Eighty patients were divided into 8 groups ,group A were treated with packing pressure after skin graft ,group B~ H were treated with continuous NPWT ,pressures were -10 ,-20 ,-30 ,-40 ,-50 ,-60 and -70 kPa ,respectively .Whether they were in comfortable situation at second day after surgery were observed .Flap survival area at Seventh day after surgery was meas‐ured .Results The patient comfort ,flap survival area ,wound healing time of group B to H were higher than those of group A (P<0 .05) .Patient comfort tended to decrease with the increasing negative pressure values between -10 - -40 kPa(P<0 .05) .Flap survival area ,healing time of group B ,C were higher than those of group D to F(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Application of NPWT technology in wound ,-10 kPa negative pressure value can not only improve wound blood circulation ,but also ensure patient be comfortable .

Objective To investigate the application effect of scene exercise training model of 6 emergency disease entities in the junior nurses training .Methods Thirty‐six newly employed nurses during 2010-2013 were performed the scene exercise train‐ing of six disease entities .Before and after training ,the the forms of questionnaire investigation ,written examination and implemen‐tation were adopted to survey and analyze the post competence ,training attitude ,theoretical knowledge ,operation skill ,single time for help and participating doctor′s satisfaction on the coordinate ability .Results After training ,the aspects of post competence , training attitude ,theoretical knowledge ,operation skills ,single time for help and participating doctor′s satisfaction on the coordinate ability in junior nurse were significantly improved ,the differences between before and after training had statistical significance (P<0 .01 or P<0 .05) .Conclusion Using the scene exercise training model of 6 emergency disease entities in junior nurses training has active significance for increasing the overall quality of junior nurses .

Objective To investigate the size and diversification of peripheral nerve measured by high frequency ultrasound in di-abetic peripheral neuropathy patient .Methods The endings of the medial branch of deep peripheral nerves(DPN) were interrogated by high frequency ultrasound and nerve electrophysiology ,and the nerve conduction characters were studied in a cohort of 150 clini-cally diagnosed diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients and a control group of 100 healthy volunteers .At the sametime these cases underwent electrophysiological examination .Results Distinct echoic appearances were consistently detected between the DPN nerves of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients and healthy volunteers .The sensitivity rate of high frequency ultrasound and nerve electrophysiological examination in diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were 91 .33% and 74 .67% ,and the specificity rate were 91% and 82% .Conclusion High frequency ultrasound may play a role in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .
5.Investigation and analysis on core competence of wound ostomy continence nurses in Chongqing City
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(35):4983-4986
Objective To survey the current situation of core competence of wound ostomy continence nurses (WOCN),and provide reference for their training and core competence evaluation. Methods A total of 141 WOCN in the Chongqing Municipal training base participated in the questionnaire survey by adopting the purposive sampling and WOCN core competence questionnaire table. Then the score results of core competence were analyzed by using the descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA and t test. Results The average total score of WOCN core competency self-evaluation in Chongqing City was (2.42± 0.83) points, the item scores of core competence from high to low were the communication ability, clinical practical ability, critical thinking, professional development ability and management ability;the scores had statistical differences in different qualification certification years, employment characteristics, whether participating in the nursing team and different job titles (P<0.05).Conclusion The WOCN core competence in Chongqing City is in the middle level, which prompts that it is needed to strengthen the training of professional development ability and critical thinking to improve the core competence.
