2.Research and progress in imaging characteristics of the cruciate ligament injury to the knee joint
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(44):-
Since 1980s,the ultrasonography has been applied to diagnose cruciate ligament injury of the keen joint and undergone continuous development. At present, cruciate ligament injury of the keen joint can be diagnosed by many examination methods, such as X-ray,arthroscopy,magnetic resonance and ultrasonography.X-ray and arthroscopy are invasive.Magnetic resonance is accurate, but expensive.Ultrasonography could clearly display the anatomic and damaged structure of the cruciate ligament.Ultrasonography is an economical, practical, and noninvasive diagnostic method, and it is valuable in diagnosis of the injured cruciate ligamengt of the knee joint. This manuscript comprehensively analyzes the development of functional anatomy, biomechanics, clinical manifestation, type of damage and imaging features of the injured cruciate ligamengt of the knee joint. The imaging examination of posterior cruciate ligament used by high-frequency and low-frequency ultrasound is valuable for diagnosis of injured anterior cruciate ligament.

Objective To analyze the main causes of sources of stress for nurses in cardiovascular department. Methods We selected 110 nurses from three class-one hospitals in Chengdu and divided them into the nurses in cardiovascular department (the research group) and nurses in other departments (the control group). We compared the two groups in the following aspects: family, society, interpersonal relationship, work nature and work strength, continuing education and professional demand. In view of the high spirit stress existed in nurses in cardiovascular department, some corresponding stress-relief strategies were adopted. Results Two groups were statistically different in social, interpersonal relationship, work nature and work strength, continuing education and professional demand. While in the aspect of family, no difference was seen. Conclusions nurses in cardiovascular department had high spirit stress in social, interpersonal relationship, work nature and work strength, continuing education and professional demand. To analyze sources of stress and stress-relief strategy for them could improve physical and psychological health of them and thus enhance nursing quality.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of spectral entropy including response entropy(RE)and state entropy(SE)as a new electroencephalographic measure of depth of sedation during general anesthesia. Methods Twenty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged 20-55 yr undergoing elective abdominal surgery were studied.Anesthesia Was induced with intravenous propofol, fentanyl and vecuronium. After tracheal intubation anesthesia was maintained with sevoflurane inhalation and intermittent iv boluses of fentanyl and vecuronium.BP,HR,SpO2,spectral entropy(Datex-Ohmeda)and BIS(Aspect Medical)were monitored during anesthesia.Loss of eyelash reflex and unresponsiveness to verbal stimulus and mild prodding and shaking were considered to be signs of loss of consciousness(LOC).The time of regaining consciousness Was defined as the time when patients started responding to verbal commands.RE,SE and BIS were recorded before anesthesia(baseline),10 min before LOC,immediately after LOC,immediately after tracbeal intubation,1 h after skin incision,10 min before regaining consciousness immediately after consciousness was regained and 10 min after extubation. Results There were sisnificant changes in RE,SE and BIS during the transition from consciousness to LOC.The RE,SE and BIS values for LOC were 76,73 and 68 with sensitivity of 94%,95%and 92%and specificity of 92%,94%and 91%respectively.The accuracy of RE.SE and BIS in predicting LOC was 93%,95%and 94%respectively.The RE,SE and BIS values for regaining consciousness were 82,75 and 70 with sensitivity of 95%,95%and 91%and specificity of 93%,96%and 93%respectively.The accuracy in predicting regaining of consciousness was 98%,96%and 97%respectively.Conclusion Entropy index Can accurately monitor level of sedation during general anesthesia.

Objective To study the effect of lumbrokinase treatment on hemorheology, glucose and lipids of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 76 cases with T2DM whose blood glucose was controlled at FPG<8mmol/L and 2hPG<11mmol/L were involved in the study. All patients were divided into two groups:lumbrokinase (600ku tid for eight weeks) group (n=40) and control group (n=36). The levels of the blood rheology, glucose and lipids were measured. Results The levels of the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation rate and triglyceride were decreased in lumbrokinas group as compared with control groups (all P<0.01).There were no differences in FPG and 2hPG between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Lumbrokinase can decrease the levels of the blood rheology and triglyceride in T2DM. It may prevent and cure the complication of diabetes mellitus

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(5):345-348
Endostatin is an antitumor molecular targeting angiogenesis of tumor and plays an inhibitory role in tumorigenesis through inhibiting pathological angiogenesis, proliferation and metastasis of tumor. As increasing drugs for targeting therapy aim in clinic, endostatin has become one of hot spots of research on combined treatment of cancer in recent years.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2014;22(6):429-433
As a treatment of noninvasive, safe, effective, and easy to operate, external counterpulsation has been widely used in the treatment of ischemic heart disease. The treatment mechanism of external counterpulsation may improve collateral circulation and hemodynamics. Therefore,it can provide a new measure for the treatment of cerebrovascular disease. However, the efficacy and safety of external counterpulsation in the treatment of ischemic stroke still need to be confirmed by a large sample clinical trial.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of airway hyperresponsiveness and eosinophil(Eos)percentage and level of eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)in induced sputum in patients with asthma during their remission period. Methods Seventy-six patients with asthma during their remission period were selected.Bronchial challenge test was performed and the percentage of Eos and level of ECP in induced sputum were measured by Wrights' stain and Immuno-CAP System, respectively.Thirty patients with asthma during their exacerbation period and twenty healthy subjects were selected as controls. Results In seventy-six patients with asthma during their remission period,sixty-five(85.5%)showed positive bronchial challenge test and eleven(14.5%)patients showed negative bronchial challenge test. The percentage of Eos and level of ECP in induced sputum in patients with asthma during their remission period were 0.071?0.032 and 131.5 ?g/L respectively;those in asthma group during their exacerbation period and healthy group were 0.198?0.103 vs 0.013?0.007 and 355.3 ?g/L vs 48.0 ?g/L,respectively.There was significant difference in the percentage of Eos and level of ECP in induced sputum between three groups(P
