Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(10):751-754
The theory of planned behavior is used to study physician's behavior of clinical pathway compliance,on which the model of decision making mechanism for such compliance was built. This aims at exploring the relationship between the behavioral risk factors, behavioral belief and behavioral intention, and the occurrence, and recommend on further regulation of physicians'behavior and policies in hospital management.
2.Research progress of acupuncture for cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in recent 10 years.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(7):749-752
By searching relevant data from the PubMed database, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database and Wanfang database, a comprehensive analysis and review regarding acupuncture for cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury (CIRI) in recent 10 years were performed. The results showed that acupuncture could inhibit the inflammatory reaction, reduce oxidative stress injury, restrain brain edema formation, inhibit apoptosis, promote neural and vascular regeneration, etc. Acupuncture methods used included electroacupuncture, scalp acupuncture, eye acupuncture and "consciousness-restoring resuscitation needling", etc. The existing problem was that the intervention action of acupuncture was mainly focused on inhibiting inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress injury, and the study on apoptosis and neural and vascular regeneration was needed. It is suggested that from the aspect of multiple target points, the intervention mechanism of acupuncture for CIRI should be systemically studied in the future, which could provide new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment on ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.

3. The effects of EIF4E gene down-regulation induced by siRNA on the proliferation and cell cycle of human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231
Tumor 2011;31(3):197-202
Objective: To study the effect of down-regulation of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E (EIF 4E ) induced by the siRNA expression plasmid on the proliferation and cell cycle of human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231. Methods: The siRNA expression plasmid pGPU6/GFP/Neo-EIF4E was constructed and then transfected into breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells by LipofectAMINE2000. The expressions of EIF4E and cyclin D1 mRNAs and proteins were examined by RT-PCR, Western blotting and the immunocytochemistry method, respectively. The MTT method, plate colony formation assay and flow cytometry were performed to detect the proliferation ability, cell colony formation rate and cell cycle distribution of MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with siRNA expression plasmid. Results: The siRNA expression plasmid pGPU6/GFP/Neo-EIF4E was constructed successfully. The expressions of EIF4E and cyclin D1 mRNAs and proteins were all decreased markedly after transfection with pGPU6/GFP/Neo-EIF4E (P <0.05). The growth of MDA-MB-231 cells in the pGPU6/GFP/Neo-EIF4E-tranfected group was inhibited and the cell colony formation rate was statistically decreased (P<0.05) as compared with those in the blank control and the pGPU6/GFP-transfected groups. The result of flow cytometry showed that the percentage of cells in G1 phase in the pGPU6/GFP/Neo-EIF4E-tranfected group was higher than that in the blank control group (71.30%±0.47% vs 53.10%±0.43%); however, the percentage of cells in S phase was signifcantly lower (12.53%±0.13% vs 26.47%±0.38%, P <0.05). Conclusion: EIF 4E siRNA can downregulate EIF 4E gene expression in human breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells, suppress cell proliferation to some extent, and increase the number of cells in G1 phase with a decreased number of cells in S phase. EIF 4E gene may become one of the important molecular targets to breast cancer. Copyright© 2011 by the Editorial Board of Tumor.

5.BTG/TOB antiproliferative protein family and tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(12):891-893
B-cell translocation gene/transducer of erbB2 (BTG/TOB) protein family is a new antiproliferative protein family.Recent studies have found that BTG/TOB family is absent obviously in many tumor tissue specimens, such as lung cancer, breast cancer and thyroid cancer, and contributes to the genesis and progression of various malignancies.
6.Characteristics of blood-lipid changes of 605 healthy elders in body examination
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(43):151-153
BACKGROUND: High blood lipid can cause a series of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, which has been commonly accepted.OBJECTIVE: To probe into the rule of changes of blood lipid of the elders in aging process.DESIGN: Cross section survey.SETTING: Department of Nutrition, Shanghai Huadong Hospital. PARTICIPANTS: Totally 605 employees who took part in body examination and participated this experiment voluntarily from July 2000 to August 2004, were recruited, including 541 males and 64 females, 91 patients < 70 years , 514 ≥ 70 years, 271 patients having the history of coronary heart disease, 83 of malignant tumors, and 251 of other diseases.METHODS: Blood lipid level of totally 605 who accepted physical examination was detected, at the same times, the disease history and common physical examination status were inquired. Venous blood of the patients was drawn after fasting over 12 hours, separating serum on the morning of the same day. Total cholesterol and triacylglycerol of the blood were detected with enzyme assay by using Automated Biochemistry Analyzer. Total cholesterol: 3.6-6.5 mmol/L; triglyceride: 0.4-1.8 mmol/L were considered as normal level, Total cholesterol: > 5.72 mmol/L;Triglyceride: >1.72 mmol/L were considered as abnormal criteria.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Comparison of the blood lipid index of the subjects of different age, disease type and gender RESULTS: Totally 605 elders were involved and all data of them was enthe blood lipid index of the subjects of different age: Peak of total cholesterol appeared at 70 to 74 years, then decreases gradually, the total cholesterol level of the subjects of 70 to 74 years was significantly higher than that at other age (P < 0.05). While Triglyceride level had the trend of going up with growing older, except that of 75-79 ages group slightly went eases: The level of total cholesterol and triglyceride of the subjects in the malignant tumor group was lower than that of other disease groups, level of triglyceride of the subjects in the coronary heart disease was higher than detection rate of blood lipid of the subjects: Detection rate of total cholesterol was 15.5%, while that of triglyceride was 35.9%. There was no significant difference of the detection rate between male and female subjects (P > 0.05).CONCLUSION: Change of blood lipid metabolism of elder with aging is related to the hormone change of different genders and disease types.
