Two kinds of mouse monoclonal antibodies which recognize distinct epitopes of the IL-2 receptor (a chain) were used to establish a sandwich ELISA for measuring soluble IL-2 receptors. The results indicated that this method is sensitive and specific for detecting soluble IL-2 receptors of cell culture supernatant and serum from both healthy donor and patients with leukemia. Therefore this sandwich ELISA method is useful for basic and clinic immunology research.

We obtained human lymphoblastoid B cells secreting human antibodies IgM and IgG to HFRS virus by Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)transfomation of PBMC.Conditioned media from the supernatant of a human fibroblast cell CRL1506 culture and irradiated CRL1506 cells as feeder cells could markedly promote the growth and antibody produotion of the human B lymphoblastoid cells at low cell density.It was shown that conditioned media contained a high level of interleukin 6(IL-6) .These results would be very useful for human monoclonal antibody technique including improving human B lymphoblastoid cell growth at low cell density and enhancing cloning efficiency andantibody production.

To study the changes in vestibular function in Parkinson's disease patients, and its significance, eletronystagmography (ENG) was used to examine 54 patients with Parkinson's disease, and also 20 hea thy elderly subjects. The results of vestibular function tests including sensory organization test, nystagmus test, cold caloric test and positional test of these two groups were recorded for statisticed analysis. It was found that the rate of vestibular dysfunction in Parkinson's disease patients were 81 4%, and that of the controls 30%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P

Objective To explore the clinical effect of lateral-rectus approach for treatment of acetabular fracture combined with ipsilateral pelvic fracture. Methods From January 2010 to February 2014, 24 patients with acetabular fracture combined with ipsilateral pelvic fracture were surgically managed through the lateral-rectus approach. Eighteen cases of merely anterior acetabular and pelvic fractures were treated with the lateral-rectus approach only, in the supine position. Six cases involving the posterior acetabular wall and posterior column were treated with the lateral-rectus approach combined lateral-rectus and posterior Kocher-Langenbeck approaches, in the floating position. The titanium reconstruction plates and cannulated screws were applied in these cases. Results The operation time was 70- 185 min and the intraoperative blood loss was 420-1 100 ml. Postoperative X-ray and CT exams showed excellent and good reduction. According to the postoperative Matta radiological evaluation, reduction of acetabular fracture was rated as anatomic in 13 cases, with satisfactory reduction in 8 cases and unsatisfactory in 3 cases. Injury to the sciatic nerve occurred in one case, and fat liquefaction at the abdominal incision in one case. All the patients were followed up for 13-30 months and the fractures healed after 10-16 weeks. According to the modified Merle d'Aubigne and Postel scoring system, 16 cases were excellent, 6 cases were good and 2 cases were fair 6 months after operation. Conclusions Surgical management of acetabular fractures through the lateral-rectus approach can provide adequate exposure and treatment for not only the acetabular fractures involving the anterior column and the quadrilateral surface, but also ipsilateral fractures involving the pubic superior ramus, iliac ala and sacroiliac joint, leading to fine outcomes.

Objective To observe the effects of minimally traumatic puncture drainage of hematoma combined with Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection(丹参注射液) on the edematous volume around the lesion and neural functional defect in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty-nine patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=45) and control group(n=44).All the patients had received minimally traumatic puncture drainage of hematoma,dehydration therapy,hemostatics,anti-inflammatory and anti-hypertensive agents, etc.In addition,Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection was continuously injected intravenously in the patients in the treatment group for three weeks.Cranial CT was performed to measure the volume of edema around the lesion at 7,14 and 21 days before and after operation,neurologic impairment degree scores(NDS) were assessed by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and at the same time the fatality rate and re-hemorrhagic situation were observed at 14 and 30 days before and after initiating the operation.Results The areas of perilesional edema in both groups were conspicuously diminished at 7,14 and 21 days after initiating the operation,the area of perilesional edema diminished gradually,and significantly smaller in the therapeutic group than that in the control group at 14 and 21 days(P

Tumor growth and migration are correlated with continuous neovascularization .Slit2-Robo1 signal pathway initially positioned in the nervous system plays an important role in the growth and neuronal axon guidance during migration.However,vascular system resembles the structural features and growth mechanism of neural system .Recent researches have shown that Slit 2-Robo1 signaling pathway plays an important role in vas-cular system,especially in tumor vessel .And Slit2-Robo1 has been shown to play a role in brain metastasis in breast cancer and supporting tumor growth in melanoma .Therefore,the role of Slit2-Robo1 in tumor growth and migration depends on the cancer type .Currently ,researches in this field show controversial results .And the status of Slit2-Robo1 signaling pathway in lung cancer is reviewed in this essay .

Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic arthroplasty on the short-term efficacy and stress factors in patients with primary osteoarthritis of the elbow and to guide the clinical application.Methods From February 2013 to February 2016,32 patients with primary primary osteoarthritis of the elbow underwent arthroscopic arthroplasty in Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology.The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10,adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH) and other stress factors were measured before and after the operation.The ROM,MEPS and VAS were used to evaluate the curative effect before,3 months and 6 months after operation.Results All patients were followed up successfully.The excellent rate was 96.9%(31/32) 1 year after the operation.Preoperative ROM,MEPS score,VAS score were (83.2±18.6) °,(63.2±14.5) points,(3.2±1.8) points;3 months,6 months postoperative ROM were (102.3±18.9) °,(124.3±15.4) °,and MEPS scores were (75.4±16.8) points and (89.5±14.3) points respectively,which were significantly higher than those before operation (ROM F value of 43.19,P<0.001;MEPS F value of 23.86,P<0.001).Three months,6 months postoperative VAS scores were (0.5±0.2) points and (0.3±0.1) points,which was significantly decreased(76.55,P<0.001);preoperative TNF-α,IL-6I,L-10,ACTH were respectively (12.5±2.5) μg/L,(5.4±2.3) ng/L,(10.5±4.0) ng/L,(22.4±6.3) ng/L,and were (38.4±8.6) μg/L,(25.6±8.4) ng/L,(23.1±4.8) μg/L,(58.6 ± 15.0) μg/L 1 day after surgery,which significantly increased compared with preoperative levels(P<0.05);1 week after patient TNF-α,IL-10 were respectively (9.4±1.2) μg/L,(7.5±3.5) ng/L,which decreased significantly(P<0.001).IL-6,ACTH were respectively (3.1±0.9) μg/L,(19.5±5.8) ng/L,which showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion For the modest primary osteoarthritis of the elbow,arthroscopy arthroplasty can achieve good therapeutic effect,improve the patient′s motor function and life quality,and minimally invasive surgical approach is conducive to relieve systemic stress.

OBJECTIVE:To promote the work and socialization of out-patient pharmacy in special hospital.METHODS:Using the methods of order of sum of money and frequency analysis,consumption structure and sale sum of drugs and frequency of drugs used in this hospital in 1999～2000 were analyzed.RESULTS:Anti-infectives,drugs for special clinic and hormonal preparations were the commonly-used drugs,which indicated that most patients suffered from external genital organ infections The consumption of hormonal preparations increased obviously,which implied that the popularization of hormone replacement therapy and gradual maturity of subsidiary fertility technicology in this hospital.CONCLUSION:The analysis shows the characteristics of drug-use in obstetrics and gynecology hospital.

Objective To evaluate t he efficacy of fluoxetine in treating tinnitus patients with depress. Methods A randomized,open-labeled,controlled clinical tri al was conducted.There were 31 patients in control group and 26 p a tents in fluoxetine group.The efficacy was assessed by tinnitus patients with Ra ting Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD). Results The total effective rate of fluoxetine group was 71.11%, and there was significant improvement rate in depression after 1 month f luoxetine treatm ent. Conclusion Fluoxetine is an effective drug for tinnitus p atients with depression.
