1.Comparison of radionuclide bone scan and MRI for vertebral metastasis detection from lung cancer tumor
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(12):1820-1821
Objective To compare radionuclide bone scan and MRI for vertebral metastasis detection fromlung cancer tumor. Methods 45 cases with lung cancer were collected for radionuclide bone scan and MRI scan, the scanning time within 15 days.Three deputy directors read the piece, the detection rate of two kinds of examination methods was compared. Results 35 cases were detected by radionuclide bone scan and MRI (x2 =0.135,P >0.05).It was detected 84 positive bone metastases vertebral, detected in 45 of radionuclide bone scan,MRI detected73,the difference was significant (x2 =15.300,P < 0.05).Conclusion MRI can effectively detect lung cancer spine bone vertebral metastasis loci without false positive lesions, which contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of disease, worthy of clinical promotion.

Marine Actinobacteria are emerging as new resources for bioactive natural products with promise in novel drug discovery. In recent years, the richness and diversity of marine Actinobacteria from the South China Sea and their ability in producing bioactive products have been investigated. The objective of this work is to isolate and identify bioactive secondary metabolites from a marine actinobacterium SCSIO 1934 derived from sediments of South China Sea. The strain was identified as a Streptomyces spieces by analyzing its 16S rDNA sequence. Streptomyces sp. SCSIO 1934 was fermented under optimized conditions and seven bioactive secondary metabolites were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods including colum chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated as 17-O-demethylgeldanamycin (1), lebstatin (2), 17-O-demethyllebstatin (3), nigericin (4), nigericin sodium salt (5), abierixin (6), respectively, by detailed NMR spectroscopic data (1H, 13C, COSY, HSQC and HMBC). This work provided a new marine actinobacterium Streptomyces sp. SCSIO 1934, capable of producing diverse bioactive natural products.

3.Effectiveness of high quality nursing care in operation room nursing
China Modern Doctor 2018;56(15):156-158
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of high quality nursing care in operation room nursing. Methods80 patients under surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 patients in each by using random number table. Patients in control group received routine nursing care and patients in intervention group received high quality nursing care. Scores of indicators of nursing care quality were compared between two groups. Results The satisfaction rates of nursing care quality before, during and after operation, techniques of paramedics, operation room environment and nursing care in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0. 05). The images of paramedics between two groups were not statistically different (P>0. 05). Conclusion It could improve the quality and satisfaction rate of nursing care by implementing high quality nursing care in operation room nursing.
