Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To explore the effect of fuzhengyangyingtang (FZYYT) on bone marrow proliferation in aplastic anemia (AA) mice. Methods AA mice models were set up according to Yaojun descriptive method, and then were randomly divided into FZYYT group, CsA group, FZYYT+CsA group, and AA group, each group containing 10 animals. 10 healthy mice served as control. The former three groups were fed with FZYYT, CsA and FZYYT+CsA, respectively, and the last two groups were fed with normal saline. After fed 10 days the changes in hemoglobin(Hb), platelet, BMNC and bone marrow hematopoiesis tissue volume were determined. Resutls Hb, platelet, BMNC and bone marrow hematopoiesis tissue volume obviously increased in groups FZYYT and CsA compared with AA group, and were the highest in group FZYYT+CsA. Conclusion The results indicated that FZYYT was effective in the treatment of AA.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
To discuss the ethical factors influencing the relationship between nurses and patients during the diagnosis and treatment of sexual transmitted diseases(STDs) and bring forward corresponding nursing suggestions for establishing harmonious and new relationship between nurses and patients.Nursing moral obligation, protecting individual privacy of the STDs patients, professional enterprise of nurse, the dnowing right of diseases for STDs patients were mainly ethical factors currently. It would be helped to ameliorate the relationship between nurses and patients that included reinforcing education of nurse professional morality, respecting the personality and individual privacy of the STDs patients, improving the specialty level of nursing, making health education. These ethical measures would standardize the diagnosis and treatment of the STDs in the future.

Objective To assess the utility of infrared thermography in evaluating the effects of treating cervicicardiac syndrome. Methods Sixty-six patients with cervicicardiac syndrome were recruited and randomly divided into two groups (observation group and control group). Stellate ganglion blocking was carried out in the observation group, in addition to traditional treatments including local injection and physiotherapy. Only traditional treatment was given to the patients of the control group. Before and after treatment, the two groups were measured using infrared thermography to observe the variety of the thermometric points. Results After 2 courses of treatment, 30 patients showed better effects in the observed group, and 17 patients in the control group. Regarding the thermometric points, there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group except at the neck point. Conclusion Infrared thermography can be a supplementary method of evaluating curative effects in cervicicardiac syndrome. This method should be of value in clinical practice.

Objective To summarize key points of nursing patients with cosmetic dermatitis during patch test.Method One hundred and forty one patients with contact dermatitis induced by cosmetics underwent patch test and the nursing care was performed. Results The top five allergens based on the positive rate ranked in descending order were potassium dichromate(43?97%),nickel sulfate (43?26%),cobalt chloride(36?17%),mixture of hydroxy benzoic acid(23?40%)and fragrance mix(20?57%).The positive suspicious cosmetics ranked in ascending order included body spray(80?00%),freckle cream(56?00%),liquid products(38?89%),cleaning supplies (31?58%)and skin care cream(25?62%).Conclusion During the cosmetic patch test for the patients with contact dermatitis, the nurses should conduct mental care, carefully observe the patients and make instructions to them on cosmetic health knowledge.

Aim To study the inhibitory effects of gambogenic acid in combination with miR-218 on cervical cancer HeLa cells and its mechanisms. Methods Eukaryotic expression vector of miR-218(pmi8-218) was transfected into HeLa cells.Transcript levels of miR-218 were quantified by real-time quantitative PCR.HeLa cells were incubated with different concentrations of gambogenic acid alone or in combination with pmiR-218.The cell growth inhibiting ratio of HeLa cells was assessed by MTT assay.Cell apoptosis was measured by fluorescence activated cell sorting. The expression levels of Bcl-2, Bax and E-cadherin were measured by Western blot and qRT-PCR.Results Levels of miR-218 transcript significantly increased in pmiR-218 transfected HeLa cells.Overexpression of miR-218 may enhance the sensitivity of HeLa cells to gambogenic acid.Over expression of miR-218 could enhance the effect of gambogenic acid on inhibition cell proliferation, promoting apoptosis of HeLa cells.pmiR-218 could enhance the regulation of Bax expression and decrease the expression of Bcl-2 in HeLa cells. Conclusions Over expression of miR-218 may enhance the sensitivity of HeLa cells to gambogenic acid;miR-218 can enhance the effect of gambogenic acid on inhibition cell proliferation and promote the apoptosis of HeLa cells, and the mechanism may be related to down-regulation of Bcl-2/Bax expression.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;14(9):28-30
Objective To summarize the experience in nursing patients undergoing skin biopsy on head and face . Method One hundred and twenty patients with head facial dermatosis undergoing skin tissue biopsy were nursed from August 2012 to October 2013. Result All operation for biopsy were completed smoothly, with the cure rate at the first phase 100.0%, healing time 5~7 days, averaged (7.0 ± 3.0)d and no complications. Conclusion For those patients having undergone facial skin tissue biopsy, the nursing measures like psychological nursing, health education before operation, preoperative relief of mental disorder, postoperative wound nursing and health education, prevention of complications are critical for their recovery.

Objective To discuss the key points of nursing the patch test for patients with chronic eczema. Method Analyze the clinical data and the concreted nursing measures which obtained from 122 chronic eczema patients. Result The top 5 chemical allergic resources of these patients were 0.1% thiomersalate, 5% nickel sulfate,7% aromatic compound,1% formaldehyde(water solution),1% styrene. Conclusion\ The key points of getting successful patch test were following the attention issues before, during and after patch test, and to pay attention to the living nursing and explanation of patch test for patients.
