Objective To investigate the effectiveness of background music in operating room on psychology of patients and medical personnels. Methods A total of 127 patients who would receive selective operation and 65 surgical staff in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. There were 63 patients and 30 medical personnel in the intervention group, 64 patients and 35 medical personnel in the control group. Routine care was given to all patients, and background music was broadcasted after patients and medical personnels coming into operating room in the intervention group. The blood pressure and heart rate of patients were contrasted, and the anxiety status was evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scales (SAS), Visual Analogue Scale was used to appraise the horror, discomfort and pain between the control group and the intervention group. Results Diastolic pressure and systolic pressure was higher and heart rate was more rapid in the control group than in the intervention group. SAS score of patients and medical personnel was higher in the control group than in the intervention groups, degree of horror, pain and complaint in patients was more apparent in the control group than in the intervention group. Conclusions Background music could release negative emotion and was helpful for stabling the mood of medical personnel and preserving physical and mental health of patients.

The object of using parasitic germplasm resource is to raise the technical level to control parsitosis for domestic animal and poultry.A total of 1 036 parasitic species collected from 16 kinds of domestic animals and poultries were reported in South-western China, where is one of the most serious areas for parasitosis transmission in China. This paper described the research and use of the new techniques on diagnosis, surveillance and control of parasitosis in domestic animal and poultry in Sichuan and South-western China, especially on applying resources of parasitic species in the pilot areas,so that the capacity of control and prevent of parasitosis in sheep, pig and dairy cattle farms were reasonably improved.

Objectives:
To evaluate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of high risk cytogenetic abnormalities (HRCA) and various combinations of cytogenetic abnormality in patients with newly-diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) .
Methods:
This retrospective study collected 182 NDMM patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University between Nov. 2009 and May 2018. HRCA included 1q+, del (17p) , t (4;14) , and t (14;16) detected by FISH, and non-HRCA included del (13q) , t (11;14) detected by FISH. The clinical characteristics among three groups, including cases who carrying a single HRCA, 1 HRCA in combination with non-HRCA and cases carrying two or more HRCAs (double/triple-hit) were observed. Kaplan-Meier curve was used to analyze both progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) for the three groups.
Results:
The survivals of patients with 1 HRCA in combination with non-HRCA were similar to those with two or more HRCAs (double/triple-hit) , the median PFS (mPFS) was 19.1 m

Objective:To explore a fast method to identify and confirm suspected clonorchis sinensis infection. Methods:For suspected clonorchis sinensis infection, the clonorchiasis serum antibody was detected first with ELISA. If the antibody was positive, the fecal examination for eggs was performed. If the fecal examination was negative, duodenal drainage under gastroscopy was recommended to detect eggs from the drainage fluid. Results:A total of 126 patients met the requirements and aged 54.14±13.33 (24- 87). There were 83 cases (65.87%, 83/126) with eggs positive in the drainage fluid, of which 53 cases were male, aged 55.91±11.47 (30-86), and 30 cases female, aged 55.87± 13.85(30-87). There was no significant difference in age between males and females( P>0.05). The time of catheterization (T1) of 126 cases was 3.79 ±1.45 min. The time of drainage (T2) of 126 cases was 31.39 ±14.29 min. There was no significant difference in T1 or T2 between the positive group and the negative group( P>0.05). The detection rates of eggs were 91.57% (76 cases) in intrahepatic bile duct drainage, 81.93% (68 cases) in the bile-cyst juice and 75.90% (63 cases) in the common bile duct fluid. No serious adverse reactions occurred during or after the operation. Conclusion:The detection rate of clonorchiosis sinensis can be effectively improved by the combination of clonorchiasis serum antibody test and gastroscopy-guided duodenal drainage.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2019;35(1):109-113
Objective: To evaluate periodontal status of 380 pregnant women and its related factors. Methods: 380 healthy pregnant women aged 20 to 43 at 10-35 weeks of gestation were enrolled and received a questionnaire and a periodontal examination, in order to compare and analyse the effects of different ages, gestational weeks and educational levels on periodontal condition. Results: The prevalence of periodontal disease of the subjects was 87. 1%. In first (10-15 weeks), second (16-27 weeks) and third (28-35 weeks) trimester PD (mm) was 2. 48 ± 0. 54, 2. 60 ± 0. 54 and 2. 71 ± 0. 48 respectively (P < 0. 05) ; the percentage of PD≥4 mm in 2 or more sites were 76. 5%, 84. 1% and 93. 5% respectively (P < 0. 05) ; GI and BI did not show significant differences among of the 3 groups trimester stages (P> 0. 05) ; PD in maternal age (year) 20-27, 28-35 and 36-43 years was2. 39 ± 0. 51, 2. 61 ± 0. 53 and 2. 61 ± 0. 56 respectively (P < 0. 05) . A significantly positive linear trend was observed between age and GI (P < 0. 05) or PD (P < 0. 05), but without significant correlation between age and BI. Significant correlation was found between pregnant weeks and PD (P < 0. 05), but without correlation between pregnant weeks and GI (P> 0. 05) or BI (P> 0. 05) .Conclusion: The prevalence of periodontal disease during pregnancy is high. Meanwhile, the periodontal inflammation is increasing worse with the increase of gestational weeks and maternal age.

Chinese Journal of Hematology 2018;39(5):408-413
Objective:
To investigate the effect of 1q21 amplification (1q) on the therapeutic response and prognosis of bortezomib(Btz) in the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM) patients.
Methods:
A total of 180 newly diagnosed MM were included for analyses of clinical characteristics, cytogenetics, objective response rate (ORR), progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS), retrospectively. Gene expression profiling (GEP) was analyzed using publicly available R2 platform.
Results:
① In 180 patients, 1q was found in 51.1% cases. Of them, 174 patients had complete follow-up data, including 88 cases with 1q and 86 without 1q (non-1q). ②Incidence of 1q was positively associated with percentage of IGH rearrangement (72.2%,
