Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE Research the therapeutic effectiveness of combination Imipenem and teicoplanin to treat septicemia due to interspace of lumbar vertebrae Infection complicated pulmonary abscess and the method of diagnosis, prevention and cure of Secondary interspace of lumbar vertebrae Infection.METHODS The successful cure case-report that severe postoperative interspace of lumbar vertebrae infection complicated blood-borne pulmonary abscess used small needle knife to treat Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP) were reviewed.RESULTS Unstandard asepsis technique and invasive operation long time operation, too mang damage of tissue in operation, patient weak, diabetes, glucocorticoid, lacking postoperative anti infection therapy etc.Lumbocrural pain were found aggravated, high fever, blood sedimentation increased,CRP heightened.CONCLUSIONS Strict asepsis, sufficient preoperotive preparation,Standard operation, less damage, can reduce interspace of lumbar vertebrae infection rate.Strict asepsis and less damage in the operation can reduce the incidence of intervertebral disc space infection.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE To observe the antibacterials usage of Orthopedic in PLA General Hospital.METHODS By retrospective review,326 inpatients with operation case were investigated randomly.the medication, course of treatment, wound healing and so on were analysed.RESULTS The utilization of antibacterials was 100%,average use time10.5d;The main types of aminoglycoside drugs were penicillins, cephalosporins in which the highest frequent usage were Etimicin Sodium Chloride Injection, nafcillin sodium for injection, injection, cefmetazole sodium, injection fusidic sodium, injection amoxicillin sodiumFlucloxacillin sodium.CONCLUSIONS Strengthening the management of antibacterials, specifing the principle of operation medicines are important for anti-infection after operation.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the antibiotics usage in perioperative patients of oral surgery in our hospital.METHODS Adopted retrospective review,365 oral surgery inpatients with operation were investigated on medication, course of treatment, wound healing and so on.RESULTS The utilization of antibacterials accounted for 100%.Nitramisole,aminoglycosides,Cephalosporin and penicillins were the main kinds.Single use accounted for 18.63%(66 cases),the bigeminy for 43.29%(158 cases),the trigeminy for 27.12%(99 cases),the utilization with four or more drugs were 18.63%(40 cases);the average of treatment course was 8 days.CONCLUSIONS To strengthen the management of antibacterials, more education of the principle medicine, usage are helful for reducing surgical site infection.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibiting effect of Shenghuangketong Ointment on the herpes simplex virus(HSV)-Ⅰ and HSV-Ⅱ. METHODS Histocyte cultivation and cytopathic effect(CPE) were used to examine the inhibiting effect on the HSV-Ⅰ and HSV-Ⅱ. RESULTS EC 50 of Shenghuangketong Ointment on the HSV-Ⅰ and HSV-Ⅱ for HEP-2 cells was 0.94-1.12 mg/ml and 0.94 mg/ml,therapentic index(TI) was 4.0~4.7 and 4.7,respectively. CONCLUSIONS The Shenghuangketong Ointment has inhibiting effect on the HSV-Ⅰ and HSV-Ⅱ.

Objective This study is aimed to investigate the prognostic significance of ring sideroblast ( RS) in MDS( Myelodysplastic Sydrome ) and evaluate the correlation of RS and other prognostic index. Methods A total of 198 patients with MDS between March 2009 and December 2015 in Chinese PLA′s Gerneral hospital were chosen for this study .Based on the ratio of RS in nucleated red blood cell , patients were first separated into myelodysplastic syndrome without ring sideroblast (MDS RS-) group, RS≥15%, and myelodysplastic syndrome with ring sideroblast ( MDS RS +) group, RS <15%. Then, according to the proportion of blasts in bone marrow nucleated cells above 5%or below, patients were further divided into myelodysplastic syndrome with low blasts without ring sideroblast ( MDS-LB RS-) group, myelodysplastic syndrome with low blasts and ring sideroblast ( MDS-LB RS+) group, refractory anemia with excess blast without ring sideroblast ( RAEB RS-) group and refractory anemia with excess blast and ring sideroblast ( RAEB RS+) groupe. All patients had completed the morphological , genetics , molecular biology examination at dignosis, and followed up by phone. The results of the overall survival (OS) analysis have been presented in a Kaplan-Meier curve and cox regression model .Last, according to the percentage of RS in nucleated red blood cell , patients were separated into RS <5%groupe, 5%-15%group, 15%-40%group, RS≥40%group, and analyse their survival prognosis by statistical methods .Results Comparing to MDS RS-group, the morbidity age, WBC and PLT count were significantly higher [61 ±1.91 vs 52 ±1.37, t=-3.555, P<0.01, 3.82(0.47-323)vs 2.6(0.6-59.7), z=-4.014, P<0.01;139.5(7-608) vs 60(3-724), z =-3.988, P<0.01], bone marrow eythroid hyperplasia and gigantocyte were more obvious in MDS RS+group[χ2 =11.032, P<0.01, χ2 =5.165, P<0.05]; the percentage of GATA1 gene and abnormal rate of poor prognosis gene ( MLL, NRAS, WT1 ) , either mutation or high gene expression , were higher in MDS-LB RS+group than that in MDS-LB RS-( P<0.05 ); Contrasting with RAEB RS-group, the karyotype is worse in RAEB RS +group[χ2 =4.966, P<0.05];Comparing to 15%-40%group, the OS were poorer in RS≥40%;MDS RS+patients were more prone to adverse prognosis than MDS RS-patients.Conclusion Compared to MDS RS-group, MDS RS +patients had worse prognosis;RS maybe correlate to morbidity age , eythroid dysplasia and gene abnormality in affecting the survival prognosis of MDS.

Objective:
To investigate the efficacy and safety of IA regimen which contains idarubicin (IDA) 8 mg/m2, 10 mg/m2 or 12 mg/m2 as induction chemotherapy for adult patients with de-novo acute myeloid leukemia (AML) .
Methods:
A total of 1 215 newly diagnosed adult AML patients, ranging from May 2011 to March 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University and other 36 clinical blood centers in China were enrolled in the multicenter, single-blind, non-randomized, clinical controlled study. To compare the response rate of complete remission (CR) , adverse events between different dose idarubicin combined with cytarabine (100 mg/m2) as induction chemotherapy in newly diagnosed patients of adult AML.
Results:
Of 1 207 evaluable AML patients were assigned to this analysis of CR rate. The CR rates of IDA 8 mg/m2 group, IDA 10 mg/m2 group and IDA 12 mg/m2 group were 73.6% (215/292) , 84.1% (662/787) and 86.7% (111/128) , respectively (
