Objective To construct a quantizing criterion for evaluation of test paper and to analyze the quality of test papers on examination courses in Guangdong medical college,so as toprovide evidence for quality management of examination.Method The test papers of 97 examination courses from January to June in 2007 in Guangdong medical college were self-checked and checked randomly by expert. Results The score of 97 examination courses self-check was lower than that of inspected randomly by expert, and the superiority rate of self-check courses was higher than that of checked by expert. The mark of the correction of the test paper in self-checked courses was lowest, but the scores of difficulty and analysis and summary of test paper in the courses checked by expert were lower than the other points. The score of public fundamental courses was lower than preclinical medicine courses, clinical medicine and other professional courses. Conclusion A quantizing criterion for evaluation of test paper was constructed which consistent with the circumstance and can be employed for the evaluation of test paper. The quality of majority test paper of examination courses in Guangdong medical college were superior.

Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of comprehensive treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) from the perspective of alleviating gastrointestinal symptoms and neuropsychiatric symptoms by using network pharmacology and molecular docking. Methods:To retrieve the TCMSP database to obtaine the main active ingredients and the targets of Sini Powder, and the target genes of IBS were screened out through GeneCards and TTD databases. Then use STRING database and Cytoscape software to construct protein interaction network and screen the core genes, verifying the molecular docking of the core targets-drug component based on CB-Dock online molecular docking tool. Finally, used DAVID and Metascape databases respectively to conduct GO and KEGG pathways analysis. Results:There were 112 active ingredients of Sini Powder and 204 effective targets, 2 805 IBS-related genes, and 152 targets in total, which mainly concerning IL-17 signaling pathway, VEGF signaling pathway, NF-κB signaling pathway, dopaminergic synaptic pathway, serotonin synaptic pathway and calcium signaling pathway. Conclusion:Sini Powder could treat IBS by regulating neuroendocrine pathway, immune balance, improving mild intestinal inflammation and repairing intestinal barrier through multi-component, multi-path and multi-target ways.

BACKGROUND:
Numerous studies have concentrated on high-dose radiation exposed accidentally or through therapy, and few involve low-dose occupational exposure, to investigate the correlation between low-dose ionizing radiation and changing hematological parameters among medical workers.
METHODS:
Using a prospective cohort study design, we collected health examination reports and personal dose monitoring data from medical workers and used Poisson regression and restricted cubic spline models to assess the correlation between changing hematological parameters and cumulative radiation dose and determine the dose-response relationship.
RESULTS:
We observed that changing platelet of 1265 medical workers followed up was statistically different among the cumulative dose groups (P = 0.010). Although the linear trend tested was not statistically significant (P
CONCLUSION
We concluded that although the exposure dose was below the limit, medical workers exposed to low-dose ionizing radiation for a short period of time might have increased first and then decreased platelets, and there was a dose-response relationship between the cumulative radiation dose and platelets changing.
