3.The clinical efficacy of ω-3 fatty acids immune nutrition therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke

Objective To explore the clinical value of ω-3 fatty acids (ω-3PUFA)immune nutrition therapy for the patients with acute ischemic stroke,and analyze its mechanism.Methods 40 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group in 20 cases. The patients of the control group were given indwelling tube admitted to hospital within 24 hours,given the homogenized meal configured by nutriology department.The treatment group received ω-3PUFA enteral nutrition based on the control group.The neurologic recovery,nutritional status,lipid levels and the incidence of complications were evalua-ted.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was higher than that of the control group (60.0%,χ2 =4.8,P <0.05).The incidence rate of complication of the treatment group was 30.0%,which was lower than the control group (65.0%,χ2 =4.91,P <0.05).The indicators such as NIHSS score,GCS score, TSF and AMC in the treatment group were better than those in the control group[(13.38 ±1.21)points vs.(10.12 ± 1.33)points;(12.9 ±2.6)points vs.(14.1 ±1.7)points;(14.06 ±7.16)mm vs.(14.8 ±4.18)mm;(26.32 ± 1.42)mm vs.(29.40 ±1.08)mm,t =3.51,6.44,3.22,5.19;all P <0.05].TG and LDL -C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group[(1.60 ±0.71)mmol/L vs.(1.41 ±0.67)mmol/L;(3.11 ±0.60)mmol/L vs.(2.67 ±0.66)mmol/L,t =5.97,4.22;all P <0.05 ].Conclusion The clinical curative effect is better for application of ω-3PUFA on immune nutrition treatment for the patients with acute ischemic stroke.The patients'nerve function,blood lipid levels and nutritional status were significantly improved,and the complications were reduced.
4.Construction and application of the ECG network system under Wise Information Technology

Objective To explore the construction, application advantages and values of the ECG network system under Wise Information Technology.Methods A total of 240 patients enrolled in Department of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from March 2016 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: conventional ECG group (control group) and network ECG group (experimental group), with 120 cases respectively. The ECG test time and satisfaction of patients and nurses were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the conventional ECG group, patients in network ECG group took less time to have an ECG examination, which decreased from an average of 33.32 min to 9.59 min. And the time required for nurses decreased from an average of 10.27 min to 4.82 min. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). Patients' satisfaction increased from 89.8% to 99.5%, while medical staff's satisfaction increased from 91.5% to 99.3%. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusions Network ECG examination greatly reduces the waste of human resources and saves operating costs, enhances the health care staff satisfaction and is worth further promotion in the clinical application.
5.Serological and molecular biological analysis of a rare Dc- variant individual

Objective: To reveal the molecular biological mechanism of a rare Dc-variant individual using PacBio third-generation sequencing technology. Methods: ABO and Rh blood type identification, DAT, unexpected antibody screening and D antigen enhancement test were conducted by serological testing. The absorption-elution test was used to detect the e antigen. RHCE gene typing was performed by PCR-SSP, and the 1-10 exons of RHCE were sequenced by Sanger sequencing. The full-length sequences of RHCE, RHD and RHAG were detected by PacBio third-generation sequencing technology. Results: Serological findings: Blood type O, Dc-phenotype, DAT negative, unexpected antibody screening negative; enhanced D antigen expression; no detection of e antigen in the absorption-elution test. PCR-SSP genotyping indicated the presence of only the RHCE
c allele. Sanger sequencing results: Exons 5-9 of RHCE were deleted, exon 1 had a heterozygous mutation at c. 48G/C, and exon 2 had five heterozygous mutations at c. 150C/T, c. 178C/A, c. 201A/G, c. 203A/G and c. 307C/T. Third-generation sequencing results: RHCE genotype was RHCE
02N. 08/RHCE-D(5-9)-CE; RHD genotype was RHD

02N. 08 and the novel allele RHCE-D(5-9)-CE. The findings of this study provide data support and a theoretical basis for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying RhCE deficiency phenotypes.
