OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of2different administration regimens for treatment for pains in waist and back caused by osteoporosis.METHODS:123patients were randomly divided into2groups,Group A underwent salmon calcitonin nasal spray,Group B received salmon calcitonin intramuscular injection,2different regimens of administration were evaluated using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS:The total costs in Group A and B were1596yuan and2634.66yuan,respectively(P0.05);And the ratios of cost-effectiveness16.8and27.7,respectively.CONCLUSION:Regimen A is preferred to regimen B.

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of tumor suppressor gene PTEN and oncogenes Ki- ras in endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma(EEC). Methods The expression level of PTEN and p21ras were detected with the S- P immunohistochemistry method in 20 cases of normal endometrium, 20 cases of uterus atypical hyperplasia endometrium and 45 cases of EEC. The relationship between the gene expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression level of PTEN decreased progressively, and was 95.0 %, 40.0 %, 31.1 % respectively in normal, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and EEC. Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of two different intervention methods in the treatment of Navelbine leakage.Methods 40 cases with Navelbine leakage were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in equal number.Local block therapy in earlier period was used in the control group,and non-local block therapy was adopted in the observation group.Then the therapeutic effects of the two methods were compared.Results The differences of effect between the observation group and the control group were significant.Conclusions Local medicine injection in earlier period,wet compress and microwave physiotherapy after 24 hours is more effective than the local block in earlier period in the treatment of Navelbine leakage.It may shorten the time of pain and detumesccnce obviously,so it is worth popularizing clinically.

ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of health education pathways in old patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods62 old patients undergoing iaparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into the control group and the observation group, each group included 31 patients. The control group used the traditional method of health education, and the observation group adopted health education pathways. The satisfaction degree of patients with nursing and incidence of postoperative complication were compared between the two groups using χ2 test and t test. ResultsThe satisfaction degree of patients with nursing was higher and incidence of postoperative complication was lower in the observation group com-pared with those of the control group. ConclusionsHealth education clinical pathway can raise the edu-cation ability of nurses, increase the satisfaction degree of patients, reduce the complications and improve the serf- guard ability of the old people.

Objective To investigate the effect of over-expressed macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) on epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in human cervical carcinoma SiHa cells.Methods Recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid liposome enhanced transfection of green fluorescent protein gene (pEGFP-N1)-MIF was constructed and then transfected into human cervical cancer SiHa cells.Experimental cells were classified into three groups (SiHa-pEGFP-N1-MIF,SiHa-pEGFP-N1,and SiHa).Western blot was used to detect the expression of MIF protein,and the expressions of EMT-related markers such as E-cadherin and vimentin in SiHa cells were determined before and after transfection.Results The eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1-MIF significantly increased the expression of MIF protein in SiHa cells (P ＜ 0.05),and after overexpression of MIF gene in SiHa cells,the expression of E-cadherin protein in SiHa-pEGFP-N1-MIF group was significantly lower than that in control groups (P ＜0.05),while the expression of vimentin in SiHa-pEGFP-N1-MIF group was significantly higher than that in control groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Overexpression of MIF in cervical cancer SiHa cells can promote the EMT occurrence.

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive care on the level of high-sensitivity Creactive protein and matrix metaloproteinase-9 in patients with hemorrhagic infarction.Methods 48 patients with hemorrhagic infarction were divided into the control group and the observation group with 24cases in each group.The control group was given conventional care,the observation group was given comprehensive care.Serum hsCRP and MMP-9 level of all patients were measured on day 1,day 3,day 7,day 14.Results The level of serum hsCRP and MMP-9 in the observation group on day 7 was significantly decreased compared with on day 1.The level of serum hsCRP and MMP-9 in the observation group on day 7 was lower than the control group.On day 14,the level of serum hsCRP and MMP-9 returned to normal in the observation group,which was lower than the control group.Conluusions The implementation of comprehensive care for HI patients can effectively reduce the hsCRP and MMP-9 level in serum,shorten hospitalization time,and is conducive to the prognosis of patients.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of enzyme-linked immunospot(ELISPOT) assay for detection of M.tuberculosis antigen specific T cells in the rapid diagnosis of active tuberculosis.Methods Using the rapid enzyme-linked immunospot assay for detection of T cells with secretion of IFN-? specific for M.tuberculosis antigens in blood samples from 112 patients with tuberculosis, 24 patients with hepatitis C, 30 healthy persons, and 65 with other respiratory diseases.Results 107 of 112 tuberculosis patients had detectable M. tuberculosis antigen-specific T cells, whereas 2 of 30 healthy subjects and 65 patients with non-tuberculosis illnesses responded. This assay has a sensitivity of 95.5%, specificity of 93.3%.Conclusions M.tuberculosis specific T cells could serve as accurate markers of M.tuberculosis infection in an area of high tuberculosis prevalence.ELISPOT is a rapid, sensitive and specific method for detecting M.tuberculosis specific T cells.It also gives objective evidence to the diagnosis of active tuberculosis.

Objective To observe the effect of drug edible of herbal medicine granule on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 200 cases featuring with cardiovascular blood stasis were chosen from patients who were diagnosed with CHD in Zhengzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2015 to January 2016.All cases were divided into observation group(n=98)and control group(n=102).The observation group was given Xin bao drug edible of herbal medicine granule and conventional drugs,and the control group was given conventional drugs.After 8 weeks of observation,the levels of endothelin(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),and TCM clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The level of TC of the control group was decreased after treatment(P<0.05);the levels of TC,TG and LDL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO,ET-1,Ang-Ⅱ and FMD in the observation group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of NO and FMD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of ET-1 and Ang-Ⅱ were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total score of palpitations,the times of shortness of breath and clinical symptoms were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xin bao drug edible of herbal medicine granule could relieve coronary heart disease blood stasis type of patients with vascular tension,reduce its endothelial cell damage and improve its clinical symptoms.

Objective To evaluate the validity and responsiveness of the Chinese version of the miniBalance Evaluation Systems Test(mini-BESTest).Methods A total of 208 stroke patients were evaluated by 2 professionals using both mini-BESTest and Berg balance scale (BBS).All data were analyzed using Pearson correlation,t-test and descriptive statistical analysis.Results Significant correlation was observed between each entry of the mini-BESTest and its domain,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.78 to 0.93 (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of whole assessment and the three related domains were significantly correlated between mini-BESTest and BBS results,the correlation coefficients ranging from 0.68 to 0.87 (P ＜ 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there was significant improvement in each domain and in the total assessment score (P ＜ 0.05).No floor or ceiling effects were observed in the total mini-BESTest scores,but there was a slight ceiling effect in the anticipatory and sensory orientation domains,and a slight floor effect in the reactive postural control domain.Conclusion The mini-BESTest has good validity and responsiveness,and can be applied to evaluate patients after stroke.

Objective To study the effects of mindfulness behavior training on coping style and illness uncertainty in patients of shoulder hand syndrome (SHS) after ischemic stroke.Methods 65 cases with SHS were randomly divided into two groups by digit method: the control group (n=32) and experimental group (n=33).Patients in control group only received routine rehabilitation, while patients in experimental group also received mindfulness behavior training.The daily life, medical coping style, illness uncertainty and mindfulness were evaluated respectively by Barthel Index (BI) , Medical Coping Style Questionnaire (MCMQ) , Illness Uncertainty Scale (IUS) and Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS).Results Before training, there were no significant difference in BI,MCMQ,IUS and MAAS (P＞0.05).After treatment, scores in BI improved significantly in the experimental group than that in the control group(72.4± 11.6 vs 62.9±10.1) ,scores in IUS improved significantly in the experimental group than that in the control group(69.3±9.3 vs 86.9±7.2) and scores in MCMQ and MAAS improved significantly in the experimental group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).26 cases whose Barthel index was more than 60 points in experimental group after treatment were found while 17 cases whose Barthel index was more than 60 points in control group were done after treatment (x2 =6.415, P＜0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness behavior training can regulate the patient coping style and weaken illness uncertainty,and improve functions rehabilitation.
