Objective To investigate the antimicrobial susceptibility of spectinomycin?minocycline?azithromycin and sparfloxacin to mycoplasma(Uu and Mh)and therapeutic effect of spectinomycin to my-coplasma infection in genitourinary tract.Methods①The susceptibility test:each of the4drugs was divided into two concentrations. One was at1?g/mL(sensitive concentration)and the other was at4?g/mL(resistant concentration). If mycoplasma does not grow in both concentrations,it means the drug tested is sensitive. If it grows in both concentrations, the drug tested is resistant. If mycoplasma grows in lower concentration and does not in higher concentration,it means moderate sensitive.②Treatment regimen:Spectinomycin was injected,2g/d IM,for7-10days as a course of treatmeant.Patients were followed-up7days later and2~4weeks after treatment.Results①Among1658specimens,519were found Uu positive,and61Mh positive. The resis-tance rates of Uu to4different drugs were:7.7%for minocycline,21.4%for sparfloxacin,13.9%for azithromycin and7.3%for spectinomycin.Whereas, those of Mh were:18.0%,45.9%,54.1%,and29.5%re-spectively.②The clinical effect of spectinomycin was:out of43treated patients,37(86.0%)cured,4(9.3%)markedly improved,2(4.7%)failed.Total effective rate was95.3%and so was the elimination rate of my-coplasma.Conclusion The resistant rate of mycoplasma to spectinomycin is lower than that to minocycline?azithromycin and sparfloxacin, and the former is widely used in the treatment of mycoplasma(especially Uu)infection, with a satisfactory clinical effect.

Objective:To explore the value of case analysis combined with role revelation in cultivating thinking ability of surgical nursing training. Methods:A total of 87 newly recruited nurses who needed to rotate in the surgical system of Fenyang Hospital, Shanxi Medical University from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group ( n=43) and study group ( n=44). The control group used traditional teaching, and the study group used case analysis combined with role revelation. The clinical thinking ability of nurses was evaluated by written examination of clinical thinking ability and clinical thinking ability score table. SPSS 22.0 was used for t-test. Results:The scores of written examination of clinical thinking ability (history collection, preliminary clinical diagnosis, preliminary nursing measures, auxiliary examination interpretation, comprehensive analysis of diagnosis and treatment process, nursing and discharge diagnosis, and health education) of nurses in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The scores of clinical thinking ability (critical thinking ability, system thinking ability and evidence-based thinking ability) of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Case analysis combined with role revelation in the surgical nursing training of new nurses is helpful to improve the trainees' clinical thinking ability.

Objective To investigate the effect of manual therapy based on surface electromyography on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in the older people. Methods A total of 106 outpatient with unilateral KOA were selected from Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from August,2023 to June,2024,and were randomly divided into control group(n=53)and experimental group(n=53).The control group accepted routine manual therapy, and the experimental group accepted manual therapy based on the analysis of average electromyography(AEMG).They were assessed with Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),Visual An-alogue Scale(VAS)for pain,Tinetti Balance and Gait Score, and 6-minute walk test(6-MWT)distances before and after treatment. Results One case dropped down in each group. Before treatment,AEMG decreased in the rectus femoris, medial femoris and medial head of gastrocnemius on the affected side in the experimental group(|Z|>8.647,P<0.001),and it increased in the lateral femoris, semitendinosus and biceps femoris(|Z|>4.808,P<0.001).The scores of WOMAC,VAS,Tinetti Balance and Gait Score, and distances of 6-MWT improved in both groups after treat-ment(|t|>3.987,P<0.001),and improved more in the experimental group than in the control group, except the VAS score(|t|>2.213,P<0.05). Conclusion Manual therapy focusing on activation of rectus femoris, medial femoris and medial head of gastrocnemius, inhibition of the lateral femoris, semitendinosus and biceps femoris, and releasing the tension of the medial and lateral collateral ligaments, according to the results of surface electromyography, can alleviate the pain of the KOA in the older people and improve the mobility of the knee.

Chinese Medical Journal 2003;116(9):1288-1292
OBJECTIVETo study the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)-associated coronavirus genotype and its characteristics.
METHODSA SARS-associated coronavirus isolate named ZJ01 was obtained from throat swab samples taken from a patient in Hangzhou, Zhejing province. The complete genome sequence of ZJ01 consisted of 29,715 bp (GenBank accession: AY297028, version: gi: 30910859). Seventeen SARS-associated coronavirus genome sequences in GenBank were compared to analyze the common sequence variations and the probability of co-occurrence of multiple polymorphisms or mutations. Phylogenetic analysis of those sequences was done.
RESULTSBy bioinformatics processing and analysis, the 5 loci nucleotides at ZJ01 genome were found being T, T, G, T and T, respectively. Compared with other SARS-associated coronavirus genomes in the GenBank database, an A/G mutation was detected besides the other 4 mutation loci (C:G:C:C/T:T:T:T) involved in this genetic signature. Therefore a new definition was put forward according to the 5 mutation loci. SARS-associated coronavirus strains would be grouped into two genotypes (C:G:A:C:C/T:T:G:T:T), and abbreviated as SARS coronavirus C genotype and T genotype. On the basis of this new definition, the ZJ01 isolate belongs to SARS-associated coronavirus T genotype, first discovered and reported in mainland China. Phylogenetic analysis of the spike protein gene fragments of these SARS-associated coronavirus strains showed that the GZ01 isolate was phylogenetically distinct from other isolates, and compared with groups F1 and F2 of the T genotype, the isolates of BJ01 and CUHK-W1 were more closely related to the GZ01 isolate. It was interesting to find that two (A/G and C/T) of the five mutation loci occurred in the spike protein gene, which caused changes of Asp to Gly and Thr to Ile in the protein, respectively.
CONCLUSIONAttention should be paid to whether these genotype and mutation patterns are related to the virus's biological activities, epidemic characteristics and host clinical symptoms.
