Objective To analyse the expression of p16INK4A, CyclinD1, Ki-67 proteins and HPV16/18, 31/33 in invasive squamous cell carcinoma of cervix(ISCC)and to indicate the significance of them in the occurrence and development of ISCC. Methods Using tissue microarray,in Situ Hybridization (ISH) and immunohistochemical method detected the expression of HPVI6/18, 31/33 and investigated the expression of p16INK4A, CyclinD1, Ki-67 in ISCC, CIN and NCE. Results was analysed by SPSS vision 13.0. Results The positive expression rate of HPV16/18, CyelinD1, Ki-67 in ISCC was markedly higher than that in CIN and NCE. Significant relationship was observed between p16INK4A protein expression and histological grade of the cancer. No significant correlation was observed between CyclinD1 protein expression and every clinical pathological parameters of ISCC. Conclusion High-risk HPV takes an important role in the development in ISCC. p16INK4A gene might not act as a suppressor-gene only on the occurrence in ISCC. Ki-67 can be looked as a valuable clinic index of diagnosing benign and malignant tumor.

Objective:To investigate the effect of methylphenidate on the ERP waveform of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) between responders and non-responders and it's psychological significance.Methods:ERP elicited by the continuous performance test were recorded before and under methylphenidate treatment in 28 ADHD children and their behavioral performance were collected simultaneously.Based on the behavioral results,the patients were divided into two groups:responders and non-responders.Results:After medcation,the responders' behavioral performance were significantly better,amplitude of NOGO-P3(30.24?10.78?v) were also larger than that of before treatment(20.34?11.42?v,P=0.04);No significant differences were found in the behavioral performance and NOGO-P3 amplitude before and after treatment(23.51?11.97?v/25.88?13.96?v,P=0.61) in the non-responders group.The amplitude of NOGO-N2 of the two groups did not have significant difference before and under methylphenidate treatment.Off medication,there were no differences between responders and non-responders.Conclusion:Methylphenidate can improve the ability of response inhibition in responders as well as increase the amplitude of NOGO-P3 of them.

OBJECTIVE To find out the main polluting bacteria in the medical establishments in Langfang city so as to direct the work of disinfecting and reduce the rate of the nosocomical infection in the medical establishments. METHODS The environment of the medical establishments was divided to five groups, including the air, the object surface , the medical workers hands, the using disinfectant and the medical equipment. RESULTS The main polluting bacteria in the air, on the object surface and the medical equipment were the Gram-positive cocci. The main polluting bacteria in the using disinfectant was the Gram-negative bacilli. The Gram-negative bacilli were more than the Gram-positive cocci on the hands of the medical worker. The main bacteria were Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter. The using disinfectant was with the maximum qualified rate (98.8%), and with only 6 samples unqualified. The air was with the minimum qualified rate (58.22%). CONCLUSIONS No spores gemma which are difficult to be killed have been found and the unqualified samples in various environment are mainly due to the weak awareness of disinfection and the careless attitude.

OBJECTIVE To study the results of medical antibiotic dressings-nanosilver using for the wound covering after circumcision for phimosis.METHODS Two hundred patients were randomly classified into two groups,test and control groups.For the patients of test group,the wounds were covered with nanosilver dressing moist with normal saline.For the patients of control one,the wounds were covered with vaseline dressings.The exudation,pain sensation and healing conditions were compared.RESULTS There was a decreased pain sensation in the test group.The nanosilver dressings were more easily to be removed from the wounds with little exudation and pain for the patients comparing with the controls(P

Objective To investigate the pathophysiological distinction of the functional connectivity between right temporal parietal junction(rTPJ) and whole brain in children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) on resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) and explore the neurological mechanisms of ADHD at the point of functional connectivity.Methods Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging scans were obtained in 30 children with ADHD from The Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow Univcrsity and another 33 with age and gender matched controls from a normal primary school over the same period, and then,blood oxygenation level dependent(BOLD) signal was acquired to calculate the functional connectivity of rTPJ with other brain regions.Significant differences of connectivity intra-class and between groups were analyzed.Also, the correlation between the connectivity strength and the ADHD rating scales were tested.Results The pattern of functional connectivity of the rTPJ for the ADHD group was similar to that of the normal control group.Compared with the normal controls, the left superior temporal gyrus (MNI coordinates-33,6,48) , the right anterior c ingulate coltex(MNI coordinates 6,39,-3) , the right inferior parietal lobule (MNI coordinates 42,-33,30) , the left medial frontal gyrus(MNI coordinates-3,63,-18) in children with ADHD sbowed an increased resting-state functional connectivity with the whole brain ,while the right middle temporal gyrus(MNI coordinates 57,-33,-12) , the right cingulate gyrus(MNI coordinates 18,-21,36) showed a decreased resting-state functional connectivity with the whole brain.The average connection strength between the rTPJ and the whole brain showed positive correlation with the ADHD scores,while in normal controls,it showed negative.The connection strength between the rTPJ and those 6 brain areas with significant statistical difference was relevant to the ADHD scores,but they had no statistical significance.Conclusion The functional connection abnormalities between tbc rTPJ and the whole brain in children with ADHD may be relevant to the clinical symptom of attention-deficit.

Objective To investigate whether vitamin B complex supplements would reduce stroke-related disabili-ty in hyperhomocysteinemia (Hhcy) patients with recent ischemic stroke. Methods One thousand patients with brain infarc-tion and Hhcy were assigned to receive either a daily dose of vitamin B complex (treatment group, n=500) or not (control group, n=500) on the base of conventional secondary prevention medications for a period of 2 years. The neurological dys-function was assessed by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and stroke disability was evaluated by Barthel Index (BI) score. High performance liquid chromatographic method with fluorescence detection was used for the determina-tion of total plasma homocysteine levels. After 2 years of follow-up, the patients in the treatment group, whose tHcy level was reduced by 3-μmol/L or more, was defined as the treatment subgroup. Results The homocysteine levels were significantly reduced after 3, 12 and 24-month treatment than those of control group (P＜0.05). A lower NIHSS scale was found at 12, 18 and 24-month in treatment group compared with that in control group (P＜0.05), no significant differences at other time points between two groups (P>0.05). For the BI score, there were no significant differences at any time points between two groups (P>0.05). After 2 years of vitamin B complex supplementation, there were lower NIHSS scale and higher BI scale in treatment subgroup than those of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The lower level of tHcy induced by vitamin B inter-vention may be beneficial to the improvement of neurological deficit in patients with ischemic stroke.

Objective To investigate the curative effect of biofeedback treatment on attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder ( ADHD ) patients using integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test ( IVA-CPT).Methods 23 ADHD patients undertaked 20 times of EEG biofeedback treatment using VBFB-3000A facility.Their executive and attention quotients were measured before and after treatment by IVA-CPT.Results The pre-therapy full scale of response control and attention quotients of ADHD were 58.26 ± 32.9 and 54.43 ±34.01 respectively.After the therapy, all the quotients got improved (response control 99.3 ± 12.6, attention 84.1 ± 15.9 ) except for stamina and speed quotients both in visual and in auditory.Conclusion Shortterm EEG biofeedback treatment is one of effective methods for ADHD patients,especially for hyperactive cases.

Objective To establish a rapid specific quantitative assay for Bacillus anthracis detection. Methods According to the principle of complex probe quantitative assay, the primers and quantitative probes targeted at chromatosome DNA rpoB were designed and applied to detect Bacillus anthracis. The influence factor of quantitative PCR were determined. Results The optimal system of this method was aquired: the length of quenching probe is 15mer,the ratio of fluorescent probe to quenching probe is 1/2 and the concentrtion of Mg 2+ is 3 mmol/L.The sensitivity of this assay for Bacillus anthracis is 10 3 copies. It can distinguish Bacillus anthracis from other closely related Bacillus. Conclusion The method can rapidly quantitatively detect the Bacillus anthracis with high sensitivity and specificity, it can be applied to clinical diagnosis.

Objective To examine the curative effect of EEG biofeedback therapy on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD),and to investigate the neural mechanism underlying the executive function in children with ADHD.Methods 42 children with ADHD participated a Go/Nogo task before and after the EEG biofeedback therapy which was consisted of 20 times of treatments.The curative effect was evaluated using the behavioral and electrophysiological indexes associated with the Go/Nogo processing in the experiment.Results Commission error significantly decreased after the therapy ( (2.95 ±2.22 ) vs (4.65 ±4.47),P＜0.05 ).Latencies of P2 ( (210.00 ± 27.54) ms vs ( 228.27 ± 34.17 ) ms) and N2 components ( ( 310.59 ± 45.82) ms vs (328.00 ± 42.27)ms) elicited by Go trials significantly exhibited shorter at the end of therapy.Additionally,the amplitude of N2 component elicited by Nogo trials exhibited significantly decreased after therapy ((0.23 ±3.79)μV vs (-1.84 ± 4.23 ) μV,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The EEG biofeedback therapy is effective in debasing the hyperactivity/impulsive behaviors and improving the ability of target detection,which may be beneficial to the attention ability and conflict detecting in children with ADHD.EEG biofeedback is an effective treatment to ADHD.

Objective To study the expression of HPV、p16 and Her-2 in the squamous cell cervical carcinoma and its chnical significance. Methods Expression of HPV16/18、p16, and C-erbB-2 and the amplification of Her-2 gene were examined using situ hybridization technique,SP immunohistochemistry,and FISH imaging analysis system in 60 cases of cervical cancer, 61 cases of CIN, and 21 cases of normal cervical tissue,respectively.Results The positive rates of HPV16/18 and p16 in the normal tissue,CIN Ⅰ -Ⅱ,CINⅢ and the squamous cell cervical carcinoma were gradually increased, they wereo (0/21),9.68 ％ (3/31),46.67 ％ (14/30),71.67 ％ (43/60);0 (0/21),19.35 ％ (6/31),93.33 ％ (28/30),96.67 ％ (58/60),respectively,and there were significant differences among the groups (P＜0.05),but no significant difference was found between the normal tissue and the CIN Ⅰ - Ⅱ. The positive rates of Her-2 and Her-2 in the CIN Ⅲ and the carcinoma were 13.33 ％ (4/30),31.67 ％ (19/60),3.33 ％ (1/30),21.67 ％ (13/60),respectively,but in the normal group and the CIN Ⅰ - Ⅱ wereo,and the differences between the carcinoma group and the CIN group,the carcinoma group and the normal group were significant(P＜0.05).The expression of Her-2 and the amplification of Her-2 were closely related to the stage, degree of differentiation and metastasis of lymph node in the squamous cell cervical carcinoma (P＜0.05). Conclusion The infection of HPV is one of thetriggers for the squamous cell cervical carcinoma.The expression of p16 and the amplification of Her-2 may be closely correlated with tumor development and high expression of p16 and Her-2 indicates poor prognosis.
