Objective To observe the effect of the advanced glycation end products(AGEs)on the iNOS expression in cultured cardiac microvascular endothelial cells.Methods Cultured the cardiac microvascular endothelial cells in vitro.After AGEs of the different dose(50～200 mg/L)and different times(0～24 h)played the role on the cells,we determined the NO generation and iNOS protein expression of all groups.Results NO generation and iNOS protein expression increased with the AGEs-dose increasing and treatment time.The results were significantly different.Conclusion These results demonstrate that AGEs may induce iNOS to produce toxic NO in cardiac microvascular endothelial cells,then the diabetic cardiomyopathy occures.

Objective To explore the effect of meditation training on postoperative pain, anxiety and reduce the incidence of constipation in patients with lower limb fracture. Methods The enrolled 106 patients with lower extremity fractures were randomly divided into the observation group and control group 53 cases respectively according to the odd even method. The control group was implemented with fracture surgery routine care, while the observation group was implemented with meditation training on the basis of the control group, the two groups were compared by postoperative pain score, anxiety, constipation, and satisfaction. Results Before intervention, the postoperative pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores and anxiety scores of the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). After intervention, the postoperative pain scores of observation group and control group were (2.06 ± 0.85) points and (4.15 ± 0.62) points respectively, the difference was statistically significant (t = 4.103, P <0.05). The anxiety scores of observation group and control group were (28.95 ± 3.83) points and (56.13 ± 3.52) points respectively, the difference was statistically significant (t= 2.353, P < 0.05). The first defecation time and the cases number of observation group patients were as follows:day 1st:20.75%(11/53), day 2nd: 52.83% (28/53), day 3rd: 18.87% (10/53), day 4th: 7.55% (4/53). While the data of the control group were day 1st: 1.89% (1/53), day 2nd: 26.42% (14/53), day 3rd 37.74% (20/53), day 4th:33.96%(18/53), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.022-5.629, P<0.05). The satisfaction of observation group and control group patients were 94.34%(50/53), 77.36%(41/53) respectively, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.543, P < 0.05). Conclusions Meditation training can effectively reduce postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of anxiety and constipation, and improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing service, and promote the recovery of patients after surgery.

Objective To investigate the inhibition effects of c erbB 2 and c raf 1 antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (ASODN) combined transfection on the human ovarian epithelial cancer transplanted subcutaneously in nude mice Methods There were 7 groups: normal control group,c erbB 2 sense observed group,c raf 1 sense observed group,c erbB 2 antisense observed group,c raf 1 antisense observed group,whole dose combined group,half dose combined group Human ovarian epithelial cancer cells SKOV3 were treated by different oligodeoxynucleotides,then transplanted subcutaneously in nude mice,respectively The changes of tumor volume were observed and the tumor growth inhibitory rate was calculated Results There was no difference between sense observed group and normal control group There was a larger growth inhibitory rate in whole dose combined group and half dose combined group,the first time that can be detected was 13 7 days and 15 2 days,and the maximum tumor growth inhibitory rates were 61 1% and 71 3%,respectively Conclusions The results suggested that ASODN combined transfection can inhibit the tumorigenesis of ovarian epithelial cancer cells in nude mice,it may be a more useful gene therapy for the ovarian epithelial carcinoma

Objective To explore the difference of sleep quality and the influencing factors in ketamine dependent subjects and methamphetamine dependent subjects.Methods 60 ketamine dependent subjects and 60 methamphetamine dependent subjects with Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were tested.Results Methamphetamine dependent subjects was significantly more likely to elicit poor sleep quality than ketamine dependent subjects (P =0.022).The sleep quality of ketamine dependent subjects had a positive correlation with anxiety(P =0.015),depression(P =0.038),the onset age (P =0.029),and the dose of ketamine use in the last three months (P =0.048),while the sleep quality of methamphetamine dependent subjects had a positive correlation with the total time of ketamine use (P =0.038),anxiety (P =0.041),the dose of ketamine use in the last three months (P =0.011).Conclusion Methamphetamine dependent subjects are prone to a more serious poor sleep quality than ketamine dependent subjects.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of endoscopic sphineterotomy (EST) and endoscopic sphincterotomy associated with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intrahepafic duct stones.Methods Eighty patients with common bile duet stones and intrahepatic duct stone were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.EST associated with traditional Chinese medicine was performed in the treatment group,and EST only was used in the control group.Clinical effects were observed.Results Common bile Duet stone clearance was achieved in 94% patients in the treatment group,contrasting 88% in the control group.There was no significant difference between them (P＞0.05).While intrahepatic duct stone clearance was 74% and 28% respectively in the treatment group and the control group,showing significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion It is a good way that endoscopic sphincterotomy associated with traditional Chinese medicine treating intrahepatic duct stones.

Objective To investigate effect of trepibutone tablet combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in treatment of patients with gallstone. Methods 200 cases with gallstone were diagnosed and randomly divided into observation group and control group from February 2013 to February 2014.100 cases in control group were given ursodeoxycholic acid treatment 50 mg/(kg? d),two times per day for six month.On the basis of control group observation group were treated with trepibutone one tablet per day,three times per day,4 weeks for 1 course, 2 weeks of treatment interval between 4 courses, totally for four courses.After treatment, patients were followed up and recorded gallbladder wall thickness, gallbladder functional status. Results After 6 months of treatment in patients with gallbladder wall thickness of observation group ( 2.77 ±0.38 ) mm was superior to control group (3.24 ±0.36)mm(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment in patients with gallbladder function score of observation group (58.75 ±4.79) was better than control group (53.11 ±5.02) ( P<0.05).Recurrence rate of observation group was 9% better than that of control group 18%(χ2 =3.468,P<0.05)after treatment for 6 months.Conclusion Effect of trepibutone tablet combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in treatment of patients with gallstone is well.There is no obvious side effects during the treatment.

Objecfive To investigate possibihty of monitoring myocardial isehemia by eontinuous EASI 12-lead ST-segment trend analysis during orthopaedic surgery and find its rules.Methods Three hundred and eleven consecutive patients who underwent orthopaedic surgery were monitored bv continuous EASI 12-lead ST-segment analysis during surgery.Results Among 311 patients 81 patients(26.0%) had myocardial ischemic events.The ischemie incidence of general anesthetics WaS signifieantly higher than local anesthetics(the spinal or epidural anesthetics and nerve-block anesthetics)(38.1%vs 23.0%.P＝ 0.01 5).During ischemie events the patients whose heart rate exceeded 90 beat per minute was 71.6% (58/81).Among the 177 isehemie events,the duration ofless than 5 minutes was 79.7%(141/177).ST-seg- ment deviation ofless than 0.15 mV was 71.2%(126/177).Conclusions During orthopaedic surgery EASt 12-lead electrocardiogram is the optimal approach for monitoring myocardial isehemia.The ischemic incidence of general anesthetics is significantly higher than local anesthetics.The myocardial ischemia events correlates with fast heart rate.The intraoperative myocardial ischemia events are more often transient.In most of these ischemic events ST-segment deviation is not very serious.

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics, cell morphology, genetics, gene mutations of the patients with chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL). Methods: Five CNL patients from the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University between May 2011 and May 2017 who conformed to 2016 World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria were retrospectively analyzed from clinical characteristics, laboratory features and treatment methods. Results: The peripheral blood white blood cell count (WBC) of 5 CNL patients was significantly increased, and the average WBC was 81.26×10⁹/L [(29-217)×10⁹/L]. Morphological analysis of peripheral blood cell showed a sustained increasing number of matured neutrophilia (0.80-0.85). Neutrophil alkaline phosphatase (NAP) activity was increased (144-266). Bone marrow cell morphology typically showed granulocyte proliferation without obvious dysplasia. Gene detection showed 3 patients with CSF3R T618I mutation and 2 patients with JAK2 V617F mutation in 5 WHO-defined CNL patients. Bone marrow biopsy with reticular staining showed that marrow fibrosis (MF) degree in patients with JAK2 V617F mutation (MF≥2) was higher than that in patients with CSF3R T618I mutation(MF<2). Conclusions CNL is a rare type of chronic leukemia, and CSF3R T618I mutation is a specific diagnostic index for CNL. JAK2 V617F mutations alone may be related to myelofibrosis, which remains to be further studied.

SPSS PROCESS macro program, combined with Bootstrap method, was employed to explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience. The incidence of middle school students experiencing at least one type of abuse in their childhood was 81.3% (2 807/3 453). Childhood abuse, psychological resilience and binge eating were all significantly different in terms of gender, household registration and whether they were only child (all P values<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between childhood abuse and binge eating. Psychological resilience was negatively associated with childhood abuse and binge eating. Childhood abuse could not only directly predict the binge eating behavior of adolescents, but also could indirectly affect it via psychological resilience.
