Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(5):22-23
After 56 cases of infantile constipation were divided into the pattern of stagnation of heat in the stomach and intestines, pattern of obstruction of qi activity and pattern of deficiency in both qi and yin, the treatments were given by infantile Tuina techniques on the infantile points of Dachang (Extra),Zhongwan (CV 12), Bagua (Extra), Qijiegu (Extra), Chengshan (BL 57), Zusanli (ST 36) and Yingxiang (LI 20). The results showed cure in 45 cases, effectiveness in 9 cases, failure in 2 cases and the total effective rate was 96.5%.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
Antisperm antibodies (ASA) in sera from 59 couples of infertility were studied by ELISA, the positive rate was 32.20%, in which 20.34% females and 11.86% males. (P
3.The effect of saponin isolated from stems and leaves of ginseng (SLG) on immunologic function in mice
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
The effects of SLG on the immune function of normal and immune-suppressed mice were investigated. The results showed that SLG (50mg/kg, im) could correct the suppressive effect of cyclophosphamide, dexamethasone or prednisolone on spleen and. thymus weight, serum specific antibody level and lymphocyte transformation. SLG could also improve the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages and enhance peripheral blood ANAE+-lymphocyte ratio of mice. No obvious effect of SLG on the normal mice were observed except that it could increase the antibody level of normal mice. The results implicate that SLG may have some immunomodulatory effect.
4.The regulatory effect of endothelial cells of pulmonary arteriole on the tone of pulmonary artery
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
The regulatory effect of endothelial cells of the rabbit pulmonary arteriole(PAECs) on the tone of pulmonary artery was studied. The conditioned medium (CM) ofPAECs, cultivated under normal and hypoxic condition for 24 hours, did not induce con-striction of pulmonary artery ring. The aqueous phase was able to induce the constriction. The constriction of pulmonary artery rings was reduced by the heated aqueous phase, but it was disappeared when the heated aqueous phase was treated with trypsin. The constric-tion caused by heated aqueous phase was stronger in hypoxic endothelial cells than innormal cells. Treatment of PAECs with indomethacin and captoril, and administration ofFPL 55712, BN 52021, chlorpheniramine and prazozin to contraction pool did not affectthe constriction of pulmonary artery rings. It was concluded that PAECs might producelong half-life lipid substances which could induce the dilatation of pulmonary artery.Hypoxia inhibted the release of long half-life aqueous heat-unstable vasoconstrictive sub-stances. but enhanced that of the heat-stable fraction which was probably a peptide.
7.The role of inhibitory control in the use of theory of mind among elders
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(8):732-734
Objective To investigate the ability of theory of mind use in elders, and determine the role of inhibitory control in the use of theory of mind. Methods The participants included 30 young-old people ,30 oldold people and 30 young people. Their ability of theory of mind use and inhibitory control were examined with The Referential Communication Task and Hayling Sentence Completion Test, respectively. Results The correct rate of referential communication task was significantly lower in old-old people (0.43 ± 0.32) than those of young-old people (0.69 ±0.24, P=0. 001 ) and young people (0. 77 ±0. 25, P<0. 001 ). Partial correlation analysis showed that the total errors in Hayling Test-B was negatively correlated with the correct rate of Referential Communication Task ( r= -0.442, P<0.001 ). Hiberarchy regression analysis showed that the total errors in Hayling Test-B entered the equation ( β = -0.451, P<0. 001 ) and could independently explained 16.8% of the variance (△R2 = 0. 168, △F = 19.359, P < 0.001 ) after controlling for age. Conclusion Old-old people show worse performance in the use of theory of mind. The impairment of inhibitory control can partly explain the decline of theory of mind use in old-old people.
8.The transport of gastrodin in Caco-2 cells and uptake in Bcap37 and Bcap37/MDR1 cells.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2010;45(12):1497-502
Gastrodin (GAS) is the major bioactive component of the extracts from the rhizome of Gastrodia elata Blume. The aim of this study is to investigate the transport of GAS in Caco-2 cells and the interaction of P-glycoprotein and GAS. The apparent permeability coefficients (Papp) of GAS were measured as a function of directions and concentrations. It was demonstrated that the efflux ratio was < 2.0 over the range of 50-500 micromol x L(-1) of GAS from bi-directional transport studies. The transport rate of GAS was dependent on the concentrations. Papp of GAS was not affected by transport directions, GAS concentration or the classical inhibitors of P-glycoprotein (verapamil and GF 120918). The cellular accumulation of GAS in Bcap37/MDR1 cells transected with hMDR1 gene, was similar to that in Bcap37 cells. The accumulation in both cell lines was concentration dependent. GAS did not affect the accumulation of Rhodamine 123 in Bcap37/MDR1 cells over the range of 50-500 micromol x L(-1). It indicated that the transport of GAS in Caco-2 cell monolayers mainly is by passive paracellular transport pathway. P-glycoprotein did not participate in the absorption of GAS in the intestine or the transport across the blood-brain barrier.
9.The retention of fiber periodontal splint with Periocline treatment of severe periodontal disease curative effect analysis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):135-136
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periodontal fiber retention periodontal splint and Periocline combined treatment for severe tooth. Methods the control group was given routine retention of fiber periodontal splint treatment, study group in retention of fiber periodontal splint treatment combined with periocline. The changes of PLI, BI, PD and AL before and after treatment in two groups of patients with severe periodontal disease were recorded. The data were input into SPSS software and given statistical analysis. Results The detection of two groups of PLI, BI, PD, AL and other indicators of no significant difference between before treatment; after treatment of different options of group AL, PD decreased than the control group (P<0.05); PLI of the study group after treatment, BI decreased significantly than before (P<0.05), the control group on the index no obvious change than before. Conclusion The application of retention of fiber periodontal splint combined with Periocline treatment of severe periodontal disease can significantly improve the curative effect, is conducive to the protection of the quality of life.
10.Advances in MicroRNA and anaesthetic research
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(2):207-211
It has long been concerned about the mechanism , pathology and toxicology of anaesthetic involving drug addiction and its influence on human body .In recent years , as a short non-coding RNA negatively regulating the genes in cells , MicroRNAs (miRNAs) may turn out to be a focus issue which is related to apoptosis , metabolism, inflammation, and tumorigenesis. This article illuminates the influence on gene expression introduced by common anaesthetics and the interaction between gene and its target site . Analyzing the potential medical applications of miRNA , this article reviews the correlation between miRNAs and anaesthetic to provide new evidences in this emerging field .
