2.Effect of porcelain bake cycles on oxide layer formed on cobal t-chromium alloy surface
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2001;27(2):166-167
Objective:To investigate the effect of porcelain bake cycles on oxide layer form ed on cobalt-chromium alloy surface. Methods:Fixed spot analysis of EPMA methods was adopted to measure the oxygen at o mic percentage inward from the edge of cross-section interface of alloy pieces. The adherent state of oxide layer on the surface of substrate alloy was observed .Results:The oxide layer on the surface of alloy had stable thickness and contain ed more and more oxide as porcelain firing times increased. In some area, oxide la yer fractured from the substrate metal.Conclusion:Cobalt-chromium alloy frame should be abrased and polished thoroughl y after porcelain bake cycles.
3.influence on the prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure by comprehensive nursing intervention
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(23):1777-1779
Objective To know the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods By the prospective study method, 76 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected from January 2014 to July 2015 as the research objects. According to the different methods of hospital care, they were divided into the observation group and control group, patients in the observation group had accepted the comprehensive nursing intervention measures, while the patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing intervention measures. Compared the nursing effect, anxiety scale (SAS), depression (SDS), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), 6-minute walking distance and heart failure in the quality of life scores between the two groups. Results After 3 months of comprehensive nursing intervention, the rate of grasp nursing knowledge, compliance, nursing satisfaction and readmission in the observation group was 78.95%(30/38), 81.58%(31/38), 92.11%(35/38), 31.58%(12/38) respectively, which was significant better than that of in the control group 57.89%(22/38), 65.79%(25/38), 57.89%(22/38), 52.63%(20/38),respectively, the differences were statistically significant (χ2=3.897 4-7.916 7, P<0.05). The score of SAS, SDS, LVEF and the length of the 6-minute test in the observation group was 41.6±3.9, 45.3±5.2, (52.1±5.5)%, (568.3± 44.2) m, which was significant better than that of in the control group, 46.8 ± 4.7, 51.6 ± 4.9, (46.8 ± 4.6)%, (462.3 ± 46.5) m, t=4.556 6-10.185 1, P<0.05. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectivey improve the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure, slow the progression of disease, and then strength the confidence of fighting disease.
5.Analysis of Diagnosis Value on S Index Evaluating Slight Chronic Hepatitis B Fibrosis
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2015;(3):199-201
Objective] To observe the diagnosis value of noninvasive diagnosis model S index used to evaluate the fibrosis degree of slight chronic hepatitis B(CHB). [Method] Trace back and investigate the routine serological indicators GGT, PLT, ALB and liver aspiration biopsy results of 63 cases of CHB;use noninvasive diagnosis formula to calculate:S index=1000×GGT/(PLT×ALB2),use ROC curve to analyze and evaluate the clinical diagnosis value of S index. [Result] S index is in positive relation with liver fibrosis degree. S index can forecast the fibrosis having or not with best truncation point 0.04h, the sensitivity 87.0%, specificity 47.5%and area under the curve(AUC) 0.690,close to 0. 7; in forecasting obvious fibrosis, with best truncation point 0.04h, sensitivity 100%,specificity 36.8%,AUC 0.664. [Conclusion] S index used for forecasting slight CHB having or not fibrosis has high value of diagnosis, but it has low correctness for diagnosing having or not obvious liver fibrosis.
6.The research progression of SPARC with obesity and obesity-related disease
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(2):199-202
Obesity and obesity-related diseases have become the main threat to human health .Acid secreted proteins that are rich in cysteine mainly derived from fat tissue , and are associated with insulin resistance , diabetes and diabetic nephropathy .This re-view summaries molecular biology features such as resistance of cell adhesion , regulating cell proliferation , tissue differentiation and embryonic development and the latest research progress of its role in the obesity and obesity related diseases .
7.Combined Treatment of Chinese Herbs with Autoepidermic Grafting for Vitiligo
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2001;0(01):-
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of wind - dispelling, blood - activating and stasis - removing Chinese herbs combined with autoepidermic grafting for vitiligo. [Methods] Forty cases of vitiligo were randomized into two groups: 28 cases in Group A were treated with Chinese herbs combined with autoepidermic grafting (235 grafts in all) and 12 in Group B with autoepidermic grafting (118 grafts in all) alone. [Results] In Group A, 1 case was cured, 13 were markedly effective, 10 effective and 4 ineffective and 0, 3, 3, and 6 in Group B respectively. The therapeutic effect in Group A was superior to that in Group B (P = 0.034). [Conclusion] Chinese herbs combined with autoepidermic grafting has a better effect than autoepidermic grafting alone for vitiligo.
8.Measurement of galvanic current of dental common restorative alloys and clinical significance
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To measure the magnitude of galvanic currents produced by different occluding metallic contact. Methods The circuits of instantly different metallic contact were simulated in artificial saliva, and electrical potential of every couple and 15 currents of instant contact were measured. To simulate night sleep, after 8 h soaking,15 currents were obtained in addition. Results During early soaking,gold/Co-Cr alloy produced the highest current(6.17 ?A),while there were significant differences in currents between gold/zinc-free amalgam, gold /zinc-containing amalgam and other couples(P0.05),and the current value was low all the time.Potential of zinc-containing amalgam was more negative than other alloys, and it was always under anodic behavior during the experiment and was corrupted acceleratedly. Conclusion Couples of gold/titatium,gold/zinc-containing amalgam,zinc-free/zinc-containing amalgam appearing in oral will do harm to the patients′health, while Co-Cr/zinc-free amalgam can coexist in oral.Corrosion behavior of amalgam is affected by different contents of zinc.

Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 2009;0(09):-
Objective:To explore the dynamic changes of nitric oxide and prostaglandine levels in gastric mucosa and plasma of rats with seawater immersion injury after open abdominal trauma Methods:Thirty-two Sprage-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into four groups:normal control group, celiac seawater-immersing trauma stress 1,2,3h groups. The contents of nitric oxide and prostaglandine in gastric mucosa and plasma of rats were detected by chemochromometric and immunoassay methods respectively. Results:Compared with normal control group, both the nitric oxide and prostaglandine levels in gastric mucosa and plasma of rats under celiac seawater-immersing trauma were progressively increased (P
