OBJECTIVE: To prepare fumeisong cream and establish its quality control method. METHODS: Ingredients including carbamide, triamcinolone acetonide acetate, camphor, and laurocapram were mixed in an oil-in-water matrix for preparation of fumeisong cream. HPLC was adopted to determine the content of triamcinolone acetonide in the cream. RESULTS: The prepared cream was white in color, with test items all in line with specifications stipulated in 2005 version of China Pharmacopoeia. The linearity concentration range of triamcinolone acetonide was 2.06～20.6 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 6) and the average recovery rate was 99.6% (RSD=1.0%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The cream is simple and feasible in preparation techniques, and its quality is stable and controllable.

Objective To investigate the association between M235T polymorphism of angiotensinogen (AGT) gene and cerebral infarction(CI) in Chinese.Methods AGT gene M235T polymorphism was examined in 75 cases with CI and 48 healthy controls by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP).Results The frequencies of AGT gene T235 allele and 235TT genetype were 0.78 and 0.64 respectively,compared with those of the control group (0.604 and 0.375 respectively ),the difference was significant(? 2=8.82, P

As a safe and effective treatment method of fulminic hepatic failure and end stage liver disease, hepatocyte transplantation has been widely verified in many animal experiment and clinical research. It has many advantages. For instances, It is safe and easy to perform. It causes little trauma and is convenient for retransplantation. The hepatocytes are less immunogenetic and the cells from one donor liver can be used for several patients, and so on. The cell source, route of transplantation, theoretical basis and clinical application of the method are reviewed in this paper.

Objective To investigate the effect of L-type and T-type calcium channel blocker on detrusor autorhythmicity, contractility in order to elucidate the pathogenesis of detrusor instability (DI). Methods Animal models of bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) were established in 33 female SD rats and another 10 served as normal control. According to traditional theory tumor growth arised from the proliferation of all tumor cells, therefore management mainly aimed at the majority of the cells within cancer tissue. As a result, relapse and metastasis developed often, which caused treatment failure. It was stem cell that makes it possible to treat cancer radically and prevent it from relapsing and metastasizing by specifically killing targeted cancer stem cells and even some old concepts such as tumorigenesis mechanism, cell signaling pathways etc may need to be reevaluated, that raised great challenge to traditional oncotherapy. In this text the origin and existing evidence of cancer stem cell, it's relationship to common stem cell, clinical significance and prospect were reviewed.

A model system which simulated the conditions of the human stomach was used in the experiments. Precursors NaNO2 and MNG formed MNNG and resulted in the positive mutagenic response to Salmonella typhimurium TA 100. When the concentration of the precursors was 50 mM NaNO2 and 100 mM MNG, the induced average number of revertant per plate was 4327 showed an approximate twenty fold spontaneous revertants. With diluting of the precursors, the mutagenic response was lower, showing a dose-response relationship between the mutagenic activity and the precursors concentration. It was found that, when precursor concentration was lower than 22.2 mM NaNO2 and 44.4 mM MNG, the formation of MNNG was blocked completely by the Chinese Kiwi fruit juice and mutation was inhibited. In the same concentration without the Chinese Kiwi fruit juice, the induced revertant was an approximate 13 fold of the spontaneous revertant. The Chinese Kiwi fruit could not block the formation of the MNNG when the precursors concentration was higher than 33.3 mM NaNO2, but it inhibited the mutagenic activity partly. Compared with the Chinese Kiwi fruit juice, the effect of the ascorbic acid solution in the same concentration was much less.It was demonstrated with TLC that MNNG was formed in the model system.

In order to observe the effect of Actinidia chinensis Planch fruit juice on blocking the formation of N-nitrosamide in vivo, 99 pregnant Wistar rats were divided into five groups. The rats of each group were orally given ni-trosamide precursor ethylurea (0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00 4.00 mmol/kg) and NaNO2 (0.125, 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00 mmol/kg) respectively once a day for three days, on the 7th, 8th and 9th day of pregnancy. Half of the rats in. each group were administrated two precursors and a 4% starch solution, while the other half were administrated two precursors and the tested fruit juice.In the groups without the juice, NEU was formed in vivo, which led to a high mortality of embryos. The embryolethality was 5.21%, 43.66%, 71.7%, 85.8% and 100% respectively, and 4 pregnant rats died in the highest dosage group. However, the rats who received both the two precursors and the tested fruit juice, the living embryos and embryolethality were similar to the control groups except the highest dosage group. The none treatment group and groups only given one of the precursors were done as control groups. The results suggested that the concentrated juice could block the formation of NEU in vivo and prevent the embryotoxicity of NEU.

Some transport systems are foun d both in intestine and kidney with functional and morphological similarities, suc h as peptide transport system, organic anion transport system, organic cation tr ansport system, and P-glycoprotein-mediated transport system. All these transp ort systems participate in the transporting process of ?-lactam antibiotics in different extent. It suggests that inhibitors of renal transport may also affec t the drug absorption of the intestine.

Objective:To study cardiomyocyte apoptosis of viral myocarditis (VMC) mice,study the effect and significance of Tumor Necrosis Factor-? (TNF-?) to cardiomyocyte apoptosis in VMC.Methods:Our experiments studied cardiomyocyte apoptosis at 3、5、7、9、15、35 days after virus inoculation in VMC mice by ways of TUNEL and electron microscope.We studied the effect of TNF-? to cardiomyocyte apoptosis in VMC by the way of intervention with TNF-? and TNF-? mAb.Results:Apoptotic cardiomyocyte of VMC mice increased appaently compared with control mice.Cardiomyocyte apoptosis increased after TNF-? intervention,cardiomyocyte apoptosis reduced after TNF-? mAb intervention.Conclusion:Abnormal cardiomyocyte apoptosis was observed in VMC,cardiomyocyte apoptosis may has relation with the Pathogenesis of VMC.TNF-? can induce cardiomyocyte apoptosis in VMC.TNF-? induces cardiomyocyte apoptosis may has relation with its role in VMC.
