International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(11):762-766
As a novel T cell population,Th17 cells are demonstrated to play an important role in autoimmune diseases, including Crohn' s disease.Several recent studies indicate the specific contributions of IL-23/Th17 axis and cytokines secreted by Th17 cells to the inflammatory bowel disease. This article is dedicated to describe the correlation between Th17 cells and Crohn' s disease.
2.cGAS-cGAMP-STING recognizes DNA in inflammatory bowel disease
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(7):493-497
Impaired recognition of foreign nucleic acid initiates abnormal mucosal immune responses in intestine.Very little is known on how microbial DNA activates intracellular DNA sensors and controls the function of antigen-presenting cells to shape mucosal immune responses in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).In current review,we will introduce mucosal dendritic cell population, describe newly identified cGAS-cGAMP-STING complex, and identify certain IBD susceptibility genes that associate with impaired microbial DNA recognition in human.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(20):3164-3166
Objective To investigate the application value of prescription examination in the management of antimicrobial agents in hospital. Methods The prescriptions of antibacterials were examined, the irrational use of drugs was counted, and the application value of drug prescription examination in the management of antibacterial drugs in hospital was discussed. Results A total of 488 960 prescriptions were examined, including 133 534 prescriptions for antimicrobial agents, and 27.31% for antimicrobial agents.Unqualified antibiotics use prescription in 60 086,unqualified rate was 45.00%,among them not standard prescription in 108,occupied 0.18%,medication unsuitable prescription in 59 907,occupied 99.70%,exceed prescription in 71,occupied 0.12%.Conclusion There is an irrational use of antibiotics in outpatient service, and the examination of antibacterial prescription should be strengthened so as to improve the level of rational use of antibiotics in hospital.
5.Analysis on blood lead level and its influencing factors of healthy infants in Taiyuan city of Shanxi province
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(10):1546-1548,1549
Objective To examine the blood lead levels and influencing factors among infants living in urban areas in Taiyuan. Methods A total of 216 healthy infants living in urban areas in Taiyuan who came to seek routine care during 2010 and 2012 were enrolled using questionnaire survey.Blood samples were collected and lead was meas-ured according to standard procedures. Results The total blood lead level was (31.54 ±22.24)μg/L,there was no significant difference between male and female. The infants whose blood level was less than 50 μg/L took the biggest proportion(80.56%),the infants whose blood level was among 50 -99μg/L and whose blood level more than 100μg/L were 19.44% and 0.00% respectively.Coal to cook, mother often catching hair, using prickly heat, sucking on the hand, washing hands before meals, living in storefront and playing time in roadside were associated with infantile blood lead level. Conclusion The key influencing factors the of the blood lead levels of infants are infantile living environ-ment and the keeper's awareness of preventing lead.
6.Dose-response Relation and Synergy Effects of Bioactive Components in Ginkgo biloba on Antiplatelet Aggregation and DPPH Free Radical Scavenging
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(11):2367-2372
This study was aimed to investigate the dose-response relations and synergy effects of bioactive components in Ginkgo bilobaon antiplatelet aggregation and DPPH free radical scavenging. The antiplatelet aggregation experiment and DPPH free radical scavenging experiment were conducted respectively to investigate the dose-response relations and synergy effects.Firstly, the effect of inhibiting platelet aggregation induced by PAF of ginkgolides in rabbits was investigated. And then, the effect of DPPH free radical scavenging by ginkgo flavonoids was also investigated. Finally, the synergy effects among effective components were studied. The results showed that ginkgolide A,ginkgolide B,ginkgolide C and bilobalide had dose-response relations on antiplatelet aggregation.Quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin had DPPH free radical scavenging effects with dose-response relation. It was concluded that ginkgolide had the dose-response relation on antiplatelet aggregation.Ginkgolide A and ginkgolide B had synergy effect.Ginkgo flavonoids had DPPH free radical scavenging effect.Quercetin and isorhamnetin had synergy effect.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(17):3-4
Objective To explore the application and efficiency of composite positioned sputum discharging for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,in order to provide a basis for clinical practice. Methods A total of 135 COPD patients were treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2009.All hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the observation group(68 cases)and the control group (67 cases)according to medical record number. The observation group received composite positioned sputum discharging, while the control group was given routine sputum discharging method. The treatment effects and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the expectoration of the observation group was higher than the control group. The blood gas results showed that the PaCO2 concentration of the observation group was lower than the control group, while PaO2 wag higher, and the differences were statistically significant. The overall satisfaction degree of the observation group was far higher than the control group. Conclusions Composite positioned sputum discharging has better results and patient satisfaction than the traditional manual sputum discharging method. It should be widely used in clinical application.

Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(2):129-132
Objective To investigate the relationship between coronary myocardial bridge and the symptoms of the patients and its related factors, and to provide evidence for rational treatment. Methods Sixty-one patients di-agnosed as myocardial bridge by coronary angiography and the examination of nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging were recruited and their clinical data was analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into ischemic group and non-ischemic group according to the nuclide imaging, and were followed up on the compliance of β-blocker taking and the symptoms. Results Among the 61 patients ,7 patients were ischemic, and the others were non-ischemic. There was no significant difference on symptoms between the two groups (P>0.05). The prevalence of Grade Ⅲ narrowing was higher in ischemic group (6/7) than that in the non-ischemic group (18/54) (χ~2=5. 009, P = 0.024) ,and the ischemic patients with Grade Ⅲ narrowing were older than those in the non-ischemic patients. Two patients in the ischemic group did not insist on taking β-blocker and their symptoms did not change,40 patients in the non-ischemia group did not insist on taking β-blocker,of which 33 patient's symptoms were improved. The symp-toms of all patients with good compliance of β-blocker taking were improved. Conclusions The symptoms of some patients are unrelated with myocardial bridge and treatment is not recommended.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(3):648-651
To study the effect of the proliferation and apoptosis of Survivin-T34A mutant on breast cancer MCF-7 cell, we adopted the method of cell culture in vitro to observe the proliferation and apoptosis of the cell. In the experiment, MCF-7 cells were randomly divided into three groups and transfected with normal saline, PORF-9-null and Survivin-T34A, respectively. Breast cancer nude mouse models were established to study anti-tumor effect of Survivin-T34A in vivo. The activity of the cells in the Survivin-T34A-transfected group was lower than that in PORF-9-null group. The increase of cell apoptosis was observed under electron microscopy, meanwhile the apoptotic rate was obviously higher than that in PORF-9-null control by flow cytometry. Tumor inhibition effects of the mouse which received the injection of Survivin-T34A intratumoral injection were apparent, and the inhibition ratio was as high as 47.1%. In conclusion, Survivin-T34A mutant has anti-tumor effect through efficiently inhibiting the growth of breast cancer MCF-7 cell and actively promoting apoptosis of cancer cells.
