International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(11):762-766
As a novel T cell population,Th17 cells are demonstrated to play an important role in autoimmune diseases, including Crohn' s disease.Several recent studies indicate the specific contributions of IL-23/Th17 axis and cytokines secreted by Th17 cells to the inflammatory bowel disease. This article is dedicated to describe the correlation between Th17 cells and Crohn' s disease.
2.cGAS-cGAMP-STING recognizes DNA in inflammatory bowel disease
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(7):493-497
Impaired recognition of foreign nucleic acid initiates abnormal mucosal immune responses in intestine.Very little is known on how microbial DNA activates intracellular DNA sensors and controls the function of antigen-presenting cells to shape mucosal immune responses in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).In current review,we will introduce mucosal dendritic cell population, describe newly identified cGAS-cGAMP-STING complex, and identify certain IBD susceptibility genes that associate with impaired microbial DNA recognition in human.

5.Analysis on blood lead level and its influencing factors of healthy infants in Taiyuan city of Shanxi province
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(10):1546-1548,1549
Objective To examine the blood lead levels and influencing factors among infants living in urban areas in Taiyuan. Methods A total of 216 healthy infants living in urban areas in Taiyuan who came to seek routine care during 2010 and 2012 were enrolled using questionnaire survey.Blood samples were collected and lead was meas-ured according to standard procedures. Results The total blood lead level was (31.54 ±22.24)μg/L,there was no significant difference between male and female. The infants whose blood level was less than 50 μg/L took the biggest proportion(80.56%),the infants whose blood level was among 50 -99μg/L and whose blood level more than 100μg/L were 19.44% and 0.00% respectively.Coal to cook, mother often catching hair, using prickly heat, sucking on the hand, washing hands before meals, living in storefront and playing time in roadside were associated with infantile blood lead level. Conclusion The key influencing factors the of the blood lead levels of infants are infantile living environ-ment and the keeper's awareness of preventing lead.
6.The application of case-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
To investigate the effect of the case-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching. 47 students were divided into two groups :the study group and the control group. The casecentered teaching method was used in the studying group. The control group was taught by traditional method. The final examination showed that the results of the studying group were better than the control group.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(3):648-651
To study the effect of the proliferation and apoptosis of Survivin-T34A mutant on breast cancer MCF-7 cell, we adopted the method of cell culture in vitro to observe the proliferation and apoptosis of the cell. In the experiment, MCF-7 cells were randomly divided into three groups and transfected with normal saline, PORF-9-null and Survivin-T34A, respectively. Breast cancer nude mouse models were established to study anti-tumor effect of Survivin-T34A in vivo. The activity of the cells in the Survivin-T34A-transfected group was lower than that in PORF-9-null group. The increase of cell apoptosis was observed under electron microscopy, meanwhile the apoptotic rate was obviously higher than that in PORF-9-null control by flow cytometry. Tumor inhibition effects of the mouse which received the injection of Survivin-T34A intratumoral injection were apparent, and the inhibition ratio was as high as 47.1%. In conclusion, Survivin-T34A mutant has anti-tumor effect through efficiently inhibiting the growth of breast cancer MCF-7 cell and actively promoting apoptosis of cancer cells.

China Oncology 2015;(1):6-12
Background and purpose: PDCD4 may be inhibited by miR-21 to regulate the malignant behaviors of colon cancer such as invasion and migration. This study aimed to explore the function of colon cancer HT-29 cell lines by downregulating miR-21 expression and discuss the mechanisms and relationship between miR-21 and PDCD4 in colon cancer malignant behaviors. Methods:simiR-21 was transfected into colon cancer cell line HT-29 to downregulate the expression of miR-21. Proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion were detected by MTT, flow cytometry and Transwell assay after transfection. PDCD4 expression was detected by Western blot and qRT-PCR. Results:The qRT-PCR analysis result proved that the transfection efifciency was 60%-65%. MTT analysis result showed that the proliferations of HT-29 cells were inhibited after the transfection of miR-21 for 72, 96, 120 h (t=1.276, P<0.05;t=3.276, P<0.01;t=4.523, P<0.01). Comparing with si-negative control and miR-21 groups, lfow cytometry result showed that the apoptosis rate was increased after miR-21 expression downregulated (t=2.132, P<0.05;t=3.524, P<0.05). Transwell assay result showed that migration (t=2.423, P<0.05; t=3.153, P<0.05) and invasion(t=3.245, P<0.05; t=5.236, P<0.05) were inhibited;Western blot result showed that PDCD4 expression was up-regulated at protein level(t=2.342, P<0.05;t=4.215, P<0.05);qRT-PCR result showed that PDCD4 expression was up-regulated at mRNA level(t=2.261, P<0.05; t=3.492, P<0.05). Conclusion: The proliferation, migration and invasion are the inhibited, and apoptosis is attenuated after miR-21 downregulated by simiR-21 transfection, PDCD4 expression is up-regulated. miR-21 may enhance the malignant behavior of cancer cells by downregulating the PDCD4 expression, miR-21 might be a target gene for colon cancer therapy.
