1.Oriented differentiation of adult stem cells into vascular endothelial cells
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(27):5345-5348
Adult stem cells identified in tissue organs possess obviously plasticity. They can differentiate into the cells in other systems and germ layers, which are known to support the continuous repair and regeneration of tissues. In the vascular tissue engineering, the research was more and more widespread and deep on adult stem cells as seed cells~ Research indicated that there are many kinds of adult stem cells which can differentiate into vascular endothelial cells, such as bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, human adipose derived stem cells, and amnion derived stem calls. Thus, this study reviewed the current situation of adult stem cells as seed cells in vascular tissue engineering.

3.Current research on unilateral cervical facet dislocation of the lower cervical spine
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2016;18(9):824-828
Unilateral facet dislocation of the lower cervical spine is an important subgroup of cervical spine injuries, accounting for from 12% to 16% of all cervical spine injuries.Unilateral facet dislocation occurs the most commonly at the C5-6 level, and is closely related to the anatomic and morphometric features of the cervical facet. This injury has been attributed to combined flexion and rotation, but it remains unclear whether flexion or rotation is the component of greater importance. Its treatment includes nonoperative and operative measures but optimal treatment has not been established. It is generally accepted that a recommendable treatment protocol begins with closed reduction and proceeds depending on whether the closed reduction succeeds and traumatic disc herniation is present or not.
4.Analysis of Rationality and Therapeutic Efficacy of Antiemetics in Cancer Patients of Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2017;28(5):602-606
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of antiemetics in cancer patients. METHODS:Two thousand six hundred and sixteen pieces of medical orders of patients receiving antiemetics were collected from oncology department of our hospital via EMRS during Oct. 2015-Jun. 2016. RESULTS:Among 2 616 cases surveyed,1 301 cases conformed to inclusion and exclusion criteria,of which irrational use of drugs were found in 595 cases,760 times in total. Main manifestations were unsuitable drug selection(33.82%),irrational usage and dosage(25.26%),unsuitable drug combination(34.08%)and non-standard medication course(6.84%). The incidence of nausea in female was higher than male, with statistical sighificance(P=0.003),but gender had no significant effect on the incidence of nausea(P>0.05). Age had no significant effect on both nausea and vomiting(P>0.05). The control rate of nausea/vomiting in rational drug use group was higher than irrational drug use group. Average cost of antiemetic treatment of different emetic risk chemotherapy drugs in rational drug use group were all lower than irrational drug use group, indicating therapeutic efficacy could be guaranteed and economic burden was reduced in rational drug use group. CONCLUSIONS:The antiemetic plan should be selected rationally according to emetic risk degree of chemotherapy drugs. Patients receiving combined chemotherapy should select antiemetic plan according to highest emetic risk degree of chemotherapy drugs, and strictly master usage, dosage and duration. At the same time, treatment cost should be considered when selecting antiemetic plan to guarantee the safe, effective, economical and rational use of drugs.
5.Influences of LHRH-PE40 on proliferation inhibition and apoptosis of human colon carcinoma cells
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(04):-
Objective To research the binding specificity of new recombination toxin LHRH-PE40 and LHRH receptor on the surface of human colon carcinoma cell line Lovo and the mechanism of anti-proliferation,and determine the apoptosis. Methods Lovo cells were analysed by LHRH-PE40 marked with()~(125)Ⅰ;the cytocidal effect of the anti-tumor was evaluated by MTT assay, and the apoptotic rate was analysed by flow cytometry. Results Lovo cells had the binding of aglucone and receptor.Half lethal dose of human colon carcinoma cells Lovo with LHRH-PE40 was 0.24 mg?L~(-1).The apoptotic rate was increased when the LHRH-PE40 concentration was ranged from 0.1 to 10 mg?L~(-1)(P

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective In order to provide experimental model for the research of Human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), characterize two newly human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines established from fresh tumor tissues of two patients with HCC infected HBV.Methods The two cell lines were analyzed by morphology, double time, isoenzyme pedigree(LDH), AFP、HBsAg detection, karyotype analysis, heterotransplantation utilizing hematoxylin and eosin、ELISA、flow cytometry、Southern blot and so on. Results The two cell lines have been in continuous culture over 50 passages, which showed typical epithelial-like cells in morphology; the doubling time of cell population were found to be 19.5~59.2 hours, which showed aneuploidy and revealed chromosome average number ranging from 50 to 105. Hepatitis-B-virus(HBV)DNA was integrated in the genomes of XMS-1.No lines produced alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) and HBsAg at the protein level.Their LDH isenozyme spectrum were similar to those of embryonic liver and clinical hepatoma with the increase of the percentage of LDH-1(H-type); Cell cycle analysis showed that the ratio of cells in S、G2-M phase increased for the both cell lines compared with healthy human peripheral blood lymphocyte; LXY-1 produced solid tumors after subcutaneous heterotransplantation into nude mice and the tumor formation ratio of heterotransplantation were 100%.Conclusions The two cell lines maintained the biologic characteristics as human hepatocellular carcinoma, and will serve as a model for further studies of HCC.
7.New advances of taxol in clinical application of breast cancer
China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Taxol is one of the most active agent in metastatic breast cancer. Taxol is also an excellent choice for combination therapy by its unique mechanism of action and favorable toxicity profile. Numerous phase II clinical studies have combined taxol with other active agents such as the anthracyclines, gemcitabine, carboplatin and Herceptin. In the adjuvant chemotherapy for early stage breast cancer, two large international clinical trials demonstrated the role of taxol in early breast cancer. CALGB 9344 demonstrated the addition of four cycles of taxol after the completion of a standard course of CA improves the disease-free and overall survival of patients with early breast cancer. CALGB 9741 showed dose density chemotherapy of taxol improves clinical outcomes significantly, while sequential chemotherapy is as effective as concurrent chemotherapty.
8.Treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice by intra-biliary tract stent placement
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(12):-
ObjectiveTo study the effect of interventional stent placement in patients of malignant obstructive jaundice(MOJ).MethodsTwenty eight MOJ patients were divided into three groups receiving endoscopic retrograde plastic stent placement, percutaneous transhepatic expandable stent placement (mental stent), and mental stent combined with intraarterial chemotherapy, respectively. Results Patent drainage lasted for over 3 mos in 60% of patients with plastic stent. The median survival was 4 5 months. In the group of mental stent placement drainage remained patent for over 10 months in 50% of patients, with a median survival of 6 5 months. Whereas in the group of combined intraarterial chemotherapy, 10 mos patency of the stent was 66 7% with a median survival of 8 8 months. ConclusionThe mental stent enables long patent drainage, and longer survival time.
9.Effect of Shengqing Herbs on Leptin Resistance of Diet-Induced Obesity Rats
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(8):60-62,63
Objective To observe the effects of Shengqing Chinese herbs on the obesity and leptin resistance of diet-induced obesity (DIO) rats. Methods Wistar rats were produced a rat model including of 40 DIO rats and 10 DIO-R rats. The DIO rats were divided into DIO model group, sibutramine group, Jianpi Liqi group and Shengqing group, which were respectively by gavage of saline, sibutramine, Jianpi Liqi herbs (Citri reticulatae pericarpium, Aucklandiae radix, Aurantii fructus immaturus), Shengqing herbs (Bupleuri radix, Cimicifugae rhizoma, Puerariae lobatae radix), blank control group and DIO-R group were by gavage of saline. Their weight, were examined after 16 weeks gavage. Leptin and neuropeptide Y in the serum were examined. Leptin, TNF-α, and suppressors of cytokine signaling-3 (SOCS-3) in the homogenized fat were examined. Results Compared with the DIO-R group, DIO model group's body weight, NPY significantly increased (P<0.01);leptin in the serum and homogenized fat decreased (P<0.05);SOCS-3 increased (P<0.05). After drug intervention, weight of each drug group declined. Compared with the DIO model group, Jianpi Liqi group's leptin in the homogenized fat increased (P<0.05). Shengqing group's leptin in homogenized fat increased, body weight reduced, NPY and SOCS-3 levels decreased, and better than sibutramine group and Jianpi Liqi group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Shengqing herbs can reduce obesity and inhibit leptin resistance.
