1.Study of Occlusal Force of Five Japanese Men at Different Vertical Dimensions
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1986;0(04):-
In order to have a better understanding of the relation between vertical dimension and occlusal force,a meter was made by means of straingauge.Five Japanese men were investi- gated for occlusal force at different vertical dimensions. The measurements showed that the maximal occlusal force of the posterior teeth occured at 8 to 15mm or the vertical dimension, the maximal occlusal forec of the anterior teeth occured at 13 to 18mm.This indicated that the occlusal force was closely related to the state of jaw closing muscle.

4.Clinical Efficacy of Long-pulsed 1064 nm Laser Combined with Amorolfine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Patients with Onychomycosis
China Pharmacist 2016;19(10):1919-1921
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of long-pulsed 1064nm laser combined with amorolfine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with onychomycosis. Methods:Totally 106 cases of patients with onychomycosis were randomly divided into the observation group (n=53) and the control group(n=53) according to the random number table. The control group was given 5%amorolfine hydrochloride liniment, while the observation group was treated with long-pulsed 1064nm laser additionally. The course of treatment was 6 months. The clinical efficacy, length of deck in ward areas, length of deck in health zone, clearance of mycology and adverse reactions were compared between the groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(90. 57%) was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(75. 47%, P<0. 05). After the treatment, the length of deck in ward areas in both groups were significantly decreased, while the length of deck in health zone were significantly increased (P<0. 05). The length of deck in ward areas in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the length of deck in health zone was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05). The clearance rate of mycology in the observation group (86. 79%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (67. 92%, P<0. 05). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment course. Conclusion:Long-pulsed 1064nm laser combined with 5% amorolfine hydrochloride liniment in the treatment of patients with onychomycosis has remarkable, safe and reliable clinical effects, which shows important study value.
5.EFFECTS OF GOSSYPOL ON THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE CELLS OF RAT ADENOHYPOPHYSIS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
The ultrastruetural changes of the cells of adenohypophysis were observed in adult male rats following administration of gossypol at a daily dosage of 30 mg/kg for 5 weeks. The results indicated a remarkable increase in the secretory activity of gonadotrophs. In comparison with the control group, the number of the less actively functioning types Ⅰ and Ⅱ gonadotrophs of gossypol-treated rats decreased, while that of types Ⅲ and Ⅳ cells with developed Golgi complex and dilated rough endoplasmic reticulum increased. Moreover, castration-like cells (type Ⅴ) and degranulation cells (type Ⅵ) appeared in the experimental animals. No significant changes in the other tropic cells of adenohypophysis could be found. The classification of gonadotrophs and the possible mechanism of gossypol-induced changes in them are discussed.
6.Current Status of Using Vitellogenin as A Biomarker to Screen Endocrine Disruptors
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
As harmful effect on human healh and on existence of biological population etiological system may caused by endocrine disruptors, it has become the focus of many studies of public health and environmental protection. This paper briefly summarized the current status of studies on the definition, classification, adverse effects and screening methods of endocrine disruptors, and also reviewed the scientific theory and advantages of vitellogenin that was qualified as a biomarker in screening environmental endocrine disruptors. On the basis of the matters mentioned above, the paper specifically introduced the principle, application, merits and shortcomings for methods for detecting vitellogenin protein and its encoding gene.
7.Monocyte chemotactic protein-1 and ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(12):944-947
Inflammatory reaction plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke. Monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) is one of the subfamily members of the CC chemokine class. It can attract and activate a variety of cells, such as monocytes and T lymphocytes, promote the expression of cytokines, and participate in the occurrence of ischemic brain injury. This article reviews the progresses on the MCP-1 and ischemic stroke-related research.
8.Application of liver hanging maneuver in difficult right hemihepatectomy: a report of 40 cases
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2009;15(10):735-737
Objective To confirm the feasibility and security of the liver hanging maneuver in difficult right hemihepatectomy. Methods Medical records of 40 conseeutive patients considered for difficult right hemihepatectomy were reviewed. The patients were grouped into two groups in pairs:group 1 (using the hanging maneuver) in 20 and group 2 (using the traditional maneuver) in the left 20.Results It was successful in 20 patients and the overall feasibility was 100%.Operative duration, bleeding, transfusion, average stay and complications in group 1 were lower than those of group2.Conclusion The liver hanging maneuver not only has high feasibility but also improves the security in difficult right hemihepatectomy.
9.A Clinical Study of Deliberated Hypotension Combined with Acute Simple Hemodilution on Patients Undergoing Spinal Side(back) Protrude Correction
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;3(5):350-352
Objective To study the effects of deliberated hypotension combined with acute simple hemodilution on blood loss, postoperative hemoglubin of the patients undergoing spinal side(back) protrude correction(SSP).Methods Twenty four ASA grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ patients undergoing elective SSP were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=12) and hypotensive group(n=12).The all patients received with general anesthesia. In the hypotensive group:acute simple hemodilution was accomplished with infusion of lactated Ringer's solution and Gelofusine of as three times as blood loss.Deliberated hypotensin was induced and maintained with 0.01% sodium nitroprusside 2~6μg/kg/min iv.Intraoperative blood loss, blood transfused volume during operation and postoperative hemoglobin were recorded and compared between both groups. Results Blood loss was about 51% lower in the deliberated hypotensive group than that in the control group at the end operation. The average volume of transfused blood during operation was(1200±140)ml in control group, blood transfusion was(400±128)ml in the hypotensive groups. Conclusion Deliberated hypotension combined with acute simple hemodilution can significantly decrease the intraoperative blood loss and the SSP operation can be better tolerated for the indicated patients.
10.Progression of immunomodulatory molecules in the change of can-cer chemotherapy sensitivity
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(24):1597-1601
Intrinsic or acquired chemo-resistance is the main reason for chemotherapy failure, and thus finding ways to reverse chemo-resistance has become an interesting topic for research. Studies have revealed that immunomodulatory molecules are involved in cancer chemo-resistance. Hence, interventions that target immunomodulatory molecules to reverse chemo-resistance have attracted a great deal of concern from domestic and foreign scholars. Immunomodulatory molecules, such as PD-L1, B7-H3, HMGB1, TRAIL, MyD88, and Cytokines (TNF-α, IFN-α, IL-6), have been proven to take part in regulating immune function and tumor drug-resistance characteristics, thereby providing new ideas to the reversal of tumor chemo-resistance. This artide reviews the progression of immuno-modulatory molecules with the change in cancer chemotherapy sensitivity to provide a theoretical basis for the application of new thera-peutic regimen of bio-chemotherapy.
