1.Merchant Capital Influence on Market Price of Chinese Genuine Regional Herbs
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(8):1843-1846
Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.
2.Looking for the ideal insulin regimens for Chinese T2DM patients——Clinical application and research advance of high-ratio premix insulin analogues
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(3):285-288
Postprandial hyperglycemia is one of the characteristics of glucose profiles in Chinese T2DM patients. High-ratio premix insulin analogues with advantages of excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics and flexible and convenient administration provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese T2DM patients to effectively control postprandial glucose and reduce blood glucose fluctuation. This paper is a literature review on its clinical evidence and experience.
3.Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis: controversies and facts
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2021;54(1):89-92
Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic recurrent atopic constitution-associated inflammatory skin disease mainly characterized by eczematous lesions and itching. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear, and there are many controversies about its origin, definition, clinical phenotypes and diagnostic criteria. This review analyzes and discusses these controversies in order to provide a meaningful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

8.The clinic analysis of 47 cases with endoscopic maxillary sinus surgery by lateral wall fenestration of the inferior nasal meatus.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(23):1313-1315
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the efficacy of the endoscopic maxillary sinus surgery by lateral wall fenestration of the inferior nasal meatus (EMSLWF).
METHOD:
Based on traditional Messerklinger sinus surgery, we treat the 17 cases with maxillary sinus disorder by lateral wall fenestration of the inferior nasal meatus, removing the polyp, hemangioma, inverting papilloma, invasive sinus aspergillosis etc, trans aperture maxillary and intranasal window.
RESULT:
The maxillary sinuses of the 17 cases are clean. Mucosa are well recovered and drained of the mid dle and inferior nasal meatus. We did not find the nasal mucosa pathological changes like the fluid-filled blisters or edema etc. The intranasal windows are closed in only 2 cases (4.25%) after about 2 months. The maxillary sinuses of all cases are still clean with no recurrence of primary diseases.
CONCLUSION
The EMSLWF is well suitable for dealing with the maxillary sinus diseases. Meanwhile, before the function of the nasal mucociliary transportation system recovered in the perioperative period, the gravity drainage affection should be kept by the intranasal win dow in the inferior nasal meatus. The EMSLWF is worthy of more attention in clinic.

9.Modalities of extracorporeal life support and clinical application
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2011;18(3):193-195
Multiple organ dysfunction(MODS) can be seen in critically ill children.Modality of extracorporeal life support (ECLS) is the use of mechanical devices to support life when the native organ failure occurs.Extracorporeal devices can effectively support heart, lung, liver, and kidney function of the sick children with MODS.Unlike the adult experience,ECLS is an effective therapy in children with MODS,because the underlying disease possibly is reversible. This article focuses on the different modalities of ECLS which involve extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, continuous renal replacement therapy, artificial liver support system, hemoperfusion and plasma exchange.
10.Overview on clinical practice teaching for medical undergraduates
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(5):609-611
Clinical medicine is a science with high practicality. The clinical practice teaching is an important part of training qualified medical students. At present, there exist many problems in the clinical practice teaching. This article makes some superficial views in both disharmonious physician-patient relationship, the disregard of some teachers and the divided attention of some students, to catch the attention of the departments concerned.
