1.Merchant Capital Influence on Market Price of Chinese Genuine Regional Herbs
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(8):1843-1846
Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.
2.Looking for the ideal insulin regimens for Chinese T2DM patients——Clinical application and research advance of high-ratio premix insulin analogues
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(3):285-288
Postprandial hyperglycemia is one of the characteristics of glucose profiles in Chinese T2DM patients. High-ratio premix insulin analogues with advantages of excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics and flexible and convenient administration provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese T2DM patients to effectively control postprandial glucose and reduce blood glucose fluctuation. This paper is a literature review on its clinical evidence and experience.
3.Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis: controversies and facts
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2021;54(1):89-92
Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic recurrent atopic constitution-associated inflammatory skin disease mainly characterized by eczematous lesions and itching. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear, and there are many controversies about its origin, definition, clinical phenotypes and diagnostic criteria. This review analyzes and discusses these controversies in order to provide a meaningful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

7.Progresses and challenges in diagnosis and treatment of peripheral T/NK cell lymphomas
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(19):1208-1212
The peripheral T/NK cell lymphomas (PT/NKCLs) encompass a heterogeneous group of malignant lymphoid diseas-es, which derived from mature T-cells and NK cells. PT/NKCLs are rare, and its epidemiology and pathological subtypes showed signif-icant geographic and ethnic differences. PT/NKCLs, especially NK/T cell lymphoma (nasal type), are relatively common in Asian coun-tries. The use of an anthracycline-containing regimen is not associated with an improved outcome in most subtypes of PT/NKCLs, but is associated with an improved outcome in anaplastic large-cell lymphoma, ALK positive. High-dosage chemotherapy combined with stem cell transplantation is a considerable choice for newly diagnosed high-risk or refractory/relapsed PT/NKCLs because of its general-ly poor clinical outcome. Advances in new drugs have lagged behind DLBCL because of the disease rarity of PT/NKCL and biological heterogeneity. Nevertheless, new chemotherapeutic drugs, such as pralatrexate and bendamustine, and targeted drugs, such as alemtu-zumab, brentuximab vedotin, HDAC inhibitors, bortezomib, and lenalidomide, are recently emerging effective therapies in this area. We confidently believe that the era of PT/NKCLs is coming.
8.Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(1):25-27
X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets is the most common hereditary rickets and easy to misdiagnosis or missed. The treatment is more complicated compared with the general rickets. In this paper, the clinical features, genes and treatment of X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets are reviewed.
9.The application of percutaneous cannulated screw fixation in patients with unstable pelvic fractures
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(1):114-116
Objective To study the application of percutaneous cannulated screw fixation in patients with unstable pelvic fractures. Methods According to the digital table,98 patients were randomly divided into the two groups, the control group were operated through plate fixation, and the observation group were operated through percutaneous cannulated screw fixation. Results After the surgery, the excellent rates were 89.8% in the control group and 98.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (x2 =4.68,P < 0.05).The operative time, blood loss, wound length were (121.6 ± 26.4) min,(416.3 ± 39.2) mL,(134.5 ± 21.3) cm in the control group and (81.3 ± 19.2)min,(63.5 ± 12.8)mL,(15.8 ± 2.1)cm in the observation group. The operative time, blood loss, wound length were significantly lower than those of the control group (t =2.961,6.312,8.061,P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Callus occurrence, fracture healing time were (14.2 ± 2.7) weeks,(10.1±2.9) weeks in the control group and (9.1 ± 1.4) weeks,(6.5 ± 1.5) weeks in the observation group.Callus occurrence, fracture healing time in the observation group were less than that of the control group (t =3.061,2.772,P < 0.05).The control group had postoperative complications occurred in 10 patients, with an incidence of 20.4%,and the observation group had three cases of complications, the rate was 6.1%,the complications incidence of the observation group was significantly less than the control group (x2 =6.14,P < 0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous cannulated screw fixation had significant effectiveness for patient with unstable pelvic fractures and fewer complications.
10.Airway smooth muscle cell and airway remodeling of asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(2):156-158
Asthma is a extensive airway limited disease caused by allergens or other factors and emerging under bronchial hyper-responsiveness,which is a common chronic respiratory disease.Airway inflammation and airway remodeling is the main feature of bronchial asthma, and airway remodeling is the main pathological basis causing the irreversible airflow obstruction and pulmonary function injury of asthma. The main pathological change of airway remodeling is airway smooth muscle layer thickening induced by airway smooth muscle cell (ASMC) proliferation, and the mast and increasing number of ASMC under the action of various cytokines is the main cause of smooth muscle layer thickening. The function of airway smooth muscle cells in the airway remodeling is described.
