Virtual reality technology is a kind of information technology,which can achieve the interaction between the users and the virtual environment by using relevant devices.This article introduces the application and validity of virtual reality technology in surgery of orthopedics,general surgery,neurosurgery and urology surgery and surgical training.It discusses the advantages and disadvantages and development prospects of the virtual reality technology in the field of surgery and surgical training as well.

OBJECTIVE To study the bacterial infections in ICU,pathogens distribution and their drug-resistance characteristics,so as to offer a reference to the prevention and control of hospital infection.METHODS Specimens from ICU from Jan 2003 to Dec 2004 were underwent a process of germ culture,identification and drug-sensitivity test.Germ culture-positive cases were confirmed by Diagnostic Standards of Hospital Infections.RESULTS Ninety three pathogens were identified from ICU in two years.Of all cases,63.44% were Gram-negative,30.1% were Gram-positive,and 9.68% were epiphyte.Among them,19.35% were Pseudomonas aeruginosa and it was the main one of Gram-negatives;9.68% were Staphylococcus aureus and it composed the most of Gram-positives;6.45% were epiphyte.Of all 93 pathogens,60 gained from respiratory tract,and 23 gained from urinary tract.CONCLUSIONS To emphasize on the strictly control of ICU,hospital infections and high risk disease,and to adopt certain preventive measures are the ways to control and decrease hospital infections.

Objective:To identify enolase,47 kD allergen,from Litopenaeus vannamei by Mass spectrometry. Methods: The proteins were extracted from Litopenaeus vannamei tissue with acetone precipitation method. The protein components were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. By using Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization time of flight mass spectrometry ( MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS) ,the 47 kD allergen from Litopenaeus vannamei was identified as enolase. Results:By SDS-PAGE,we proved that the native protein components from Litopenaeus vannamei were completely. According to the Western blot result more than 14 components could react with the positive serum. MALDI-TOF/TOF analysis results showed that the suspected proteins were enolase. A sensitization frequency was 55%. Conclusion:Enolase was identified as a new allergen of Litopenaeus vannamei.

Objective To investigate the status of social adjustment in undergraduate nursing students, and to explore the influence of interpersonal relations and social support on social adjustment. Methods A total of 485 undergraduate nursing students in the School of Nursing of University of South China were investigated by using the Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for Interpersonal Relations, Social Support Rating Scale and Chinese College Students' Adaptability Scale with stratified cluster sampling method. Results The total scores of social adjustment of undergraduate nursing students were (195.37 ± 26.63) points. The total scores of interpersonal relations were (9.18 ± 5.81) points. The total scores of social support were (36.72 ± 5.39) points. Social support and social adjustment were positively correlated (r=0.274, P<0.01), but interpersonal relations and social adjustment were negatively correlated (r=-0.490, P<0.01). The main influencing factors of social adjustment in a descending order included interpersonal dating(β=-0.390, P=0.000), interpersonal conversation(β=-0.146, P =0.024) and subjective support(β=0.133, P =0.005). Conclusions The scores of the social adjustment, social support and interpersonal relations of undergraduate nursing students are all in the middle level. The main influencing factors of social adjustment include interpersonal dating, interpersonal conversation and subjective support, particulally interpersonal dating. Educators can improve their social adjustment through improving interpersonal dating, interpersonal conversation and subjective support .

[Abstract] In recent years, tumor immunotherapy has developed rapidly, among which T-cell-based adoptive cell therapy has achieved certain clinical effect and become one of the most potential immunotherapeutics. T cell infiltration mainly includes rolling, adhesion, extravasation and chemotaxis etc. However, there are physical barriers, chemokine mismatch, vascular abnormalities, immunosuppressive microenvironment and other factors that limit the efficacy of adoptive cell therapy. The homing ability of T cells can be further improved by optimizing the chemokine receptor on the cell surface, inserting targeted peptide, improving the way of administration, and adopting combined treatment of radiotherapy, immune checkpoint blocker, tumor vaccine and bispecific antibody, etc. This review mainly summarizes the process of T cell infiltration, the influencing factors of T cell targeting tumor site and the relevant treatment strategies, as well as gives a prospection for future research.

Objective:To explore the observation of the short-term recanalization rate and safety of acute thrombosis of arteriovenous fistula by dual-channel urokinase thrombolysis.Methods:A total of 52 dialysis patients with acute thrombosis of arteriovenous fistula in the Department of Nephrology, Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table. Twenty-seven cases in the test group used inflow arterial puncture and venous thrombosis, hereinafter referred to as dual channel, and bolus injection of urokinase for thrombolysis. Twenty-five cases in the control group were treated with tradi) ional peripheral intravenous bolus injection of urokinase for thrombolysis, and the recanalization time of internal fistula, adverse reactions and safety of thrombolysis were compared between the two groupsResults::The early (2 hours) reopening rate of the test group was 92.6% (25/27), which was higher than that of the control group by 44.0% (11/25) ( χ2 value was 14.389, P<0.05), which was statistically significant. The embolization site of the two groups of patients ( χ2 value was 2.989, P>0.05), the access situation of the two groups of patients ( χ2 value was 0.277, P>0.05), no statistical significance. There was no statistical significance in subcutaneous ecchymosis ( χ2 value was 0.088, P>0.05), bleeding at the puncture point ( χ2 value was 0.003, P>0.05), and puncture injury ( χ2 value was 0.944, P>0.05) in both groups. Conclusions:The double-channel urokinase thrombolysis method has the characteristics of high (2 hours) early recanalization rate, safe and effective in the treatment of acute arteriovenous fistula thrombosis.

[Abstract] Blood transfusion is a common therapeutic measure with indispensable role in clinical medicine. However, there is a risk of transmitting diseases during blood transfusion, such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), etc. To reduce these risks and ensure blood transfusion safety, detection of disease markers in blood transfusion is particularly important. Biological sensing technology, with its advantages of high sensitivity, rapid response and portability, has broad application prospects in the detection of disease markers in blood transfusion. However, the biological sensing strategies for detection of disease markers in blood transfusion have not yet been systematically classified or fully discussed. Therefore, this paper first elucidates the common disease markers in blood transfusion and their importance. Then, it focuses on the application of biological sensors in the detection of disease markers in blood transfusion and discusses the challenges faced and the direction of future development in this field.

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CEAmRNAin peritoneal lavage fluid for patients with gastric cancer after radical surgery. Methods: The clinical data of 139 gastric cancer patients, who underwent peritoneal lavage CEA mRNA detection after radical resection in the Comprehensive Cancer Centre of Drum Tower Hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Routine post-operative follow-up was conducted in all patients. The expression of CEA mRNA in peritoneal lavage fluid after radical resection of 139 gastric cancer patients was detected by RT-PCR. Chi-square test analysis was used to study the relationship between the expression of CEA mRNA in peritoneal lavage fluid and basic clinical features, histopathological data, hematological indicators and the recurrence pattern of GC patients. Logistic univariate and multivariate regression analyses were used to screen the influential factors affecting CEA mRNA expression. Results: CEA mRNA was positive in 44 (31.7%) of 139 patients. Analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between CEA mRNA expression and sex, age, pathological grade, Lauren type, HER2, EGFR, VEGFR and Ki67 (all P>0.05), but there was significant correlation between CEA mRNA expression and pathological type, vascular invasion, local invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and clinical AJCC stage (all P<0.05). The peritoneal recurrence rate of patients with positive CEA mRNA expression was significantly higher than that of patients with negative expression (P=0.012). Logistic univariate regression analysis showed that signet ring cell carcinoma (P=0.04, HR=2.810， 95% CI: 1.050-7.520), T stage (P=0.016，HR=6.329, 95% CI: 1.417-28.264), N stage (P=0.022，HR=3.068，95% CI: 1.172-8.027), AJCC stage (P=0.016，HR= 3.971, 95% CI: 1.295-12.173), nerve invasion (P=0.002, HR=6.738, 95% CI: 1.995-22.757) and vascular invasion (P<0.001, HR= 16.36, 95% CI: 3.85-69.512) were risk factors for positive CEA mRNA expression in peritoneal lavage fluid of patients with gastric cancer. Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that vascular invasion (P<0.001, HR=21.314，95% CI: 4.21-107.907) was an independent risk factor for positive CEAexpression in peritoneal lavage fluid of gastric cancer patients. Conclusion: Gastric cancer patients with positive CEA mRNA in peritoneal lavage fluid have higher risk of peritoneal recurrence or metastasis and poorer prognosis. So, more aggressive anti-tumor treatments including local abdominal cavity treatment should be considered.
