Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Shuxuening injection combined with benazepril. Methods 60 cases from January 2014 to January 2015,were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 30 patients.the control group were given benazepril treatment, observation group were based on Shuxuening injection treatment, patients were followed up and record changes related indicators. Results The urinary β2-MG and hs-CRP were after treatment(0.38±0.08,6.29±1.40)mg/L,than the control group(0.48±0.10,7.74±1.36)mg/L,and the difference was significant sex(P<0.05); after treatment observation group 24H urine protein quantitative detection of(0.69±0.50)g/24h,than the control group(1.04±0.63)g/24h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); After the observation group patients,low-density lipoprotein, serum creatinine value were(359.2±50.3mg/L,2.40±0.63mmol/L,95.6±22.3mol/L),were better than the control group(379.8±48.3mg/L,3.44±0.76mmol/L,108.5±34.2mol/L),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); observation group total effective rate was 90.0%,higher than 73.0 percent, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with benazepril clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy exact,no significant side effects,is worthy of further research and application.

Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of Solitaire FR stent mechanical thrombectomy combined with 5F Navien catheter aspiration technique for the treatment of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion. Methods From February 2016 to May 2016,the case data of 11 consecutive patients with acute middle cerebral artery occlusion treated with Solitaire FR stent mechanical thrombectomy combined with 5F Navien catheter aspiration technique at the Department of Neurosurgery,Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University were enrolled retrospectively. The age, gender,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score on admission, thrombolysis in cerebral infarction (TICI) grade,operation-related complications,NIHSS score at 24 h after operation, and modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score at day 90 after operation were documented. The relevant data differences before and after treatment were analyzed with the SPSS software. Results Among the 11 patients with acute middle cerebral artery occlusion,7 were men and 4 were women, the age ranged from 44 to 78 years, and the mean age was 66 ± 11 years. The preoperative and postoperative NIHSS scores were 18 ± 3 and 8 ±4 respectively. There was significant difference before and after treatment (t =5.327,P < 0.01).The recanalization of occluded middle cerebral artery achieved successfully. The follow-up at day 90 after operation, the good prognosis of the patients (mRS 0-2) was in 7 cases. No complications associated with severe M1 segment catheter operation occurred. Conclusion The preliminary experience showed,Solitaire FR stent mechanical thrombectomy combined with 5F Navien catheter aspiration technique for the treatment of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion was a safe and effective endovascular mechanical thrombectomy method.

Objective We aimed to investigate the expression of IRF4 and apoptosis of the histone deacetylase inhibitor LBH589 against MM cells in vitro, and study the mechanism of apoptosis when LBH589 alone or/and combined with lenalidomide in RPMI8226 cell so as to provide a new strategy for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods The cell viability on the growth of RPMI8226 cell were assessed by CCK8 assay.Apoptosis were measured by flow cytometry,The Grandpad software analyzes the statistical significance and evaluates the synergistic effect of the drug. The expression level of the related transcription factor and apoptotic gene protein were determined by western blot. The cell viability on the growth of RPMI8226-R cell were assessed by CCK8.Results LBH589 combined with lenalidomide have significant effect on inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner.Apoptosis induced by LBH589/lenalidomide alone or combination was shown to involved PARP activation, decreased Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl expression.significantly down regulated transcriptional related factors of IRF4 and c-MYC expression compared with either agent alone. Conclusion LBH589 and lenalidomide alone or combination decrease the expression of transcription factor IRF4 and c-MYC,and have a significant synergistic effect, and highly expression of IRF in RPMI8226-R reduce proliferation inhibition.

During the chemotherapy phase, patients with acute leukemia exhibit a myriad of symptoms. These symptoms are interconnected and mutually influential, forming symptom clusters that severely impact the patient's quality of life. This article summarizes the concept of symptom clusters, types of symptom clusters in acute leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy, influencing factors, and non-pharmacological intervention measures. The aim is to provide a foundation for medical professionals in designing management plans for symptom clusters in acute leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy.
