Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(5):23-25
Objective To investigate the influence of collective motion excitation on the anxiety/depression and the quality of life of COPD patients at stable stage? Methods Ninety-six patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage were divided into the intervention group and the control group, both treated with regular medical treatment and general nursing?Collective motion excitation was implemented in the intervention group twice per week in 12 weeks? The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA),the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)were used to assess all patients before and after the 12-week nursing? Result Compared to the control group, the intervention group demonstrated significant improvements in HAMA ,HAMD and SF-36 scores at the endpoint of 12 weeks(P < 0?05),and no difference before the nursing intervention(P > 0?05)? Conclusion The anxiety/depression and the quality of life can be improved with COPD patients at stable stage through collective motion excitation?

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(4):538-541
Objective:
To investigate the awareness of sexuality education knowledge in kindergarten teachers in rural areas of Sichuan and its influencing factors, and to provide a scientific basis for sex education capacity improvement among rural teachers.
Methods:
With multi stage stratified cluster sampling method, 162 teachers selected from 16 rural kindergartens in rural areas of Sichuan Province to conduct questionnaires related to early childhood sex education.
Results:
The awereness of early childhood sex education foreskin care in rural areas in Sichuan was 73.8%. Knowledge regarding foreskin care(58.8%)", "the function of the family includes rest and entertainment functions(65.6%)", "girls need to clean the reproductive truets from the front to back (68.8%)". Multivariate non conditional Logistic regression analysis results showed that teaching experience>4 years(OR=4.16, 95%CI=1.74-9.98), notice of young children with sexual related behaviors(OR=2.97, 95%CI=1.19-7.40), the number of sources of sexual knowledge sources ≥5(OR=3.39, 95%CI=1.42-8.13) were associated with high awareness of preschool sex education knowledge.
Conclusion
The preschool sex education knowledge awareness among Sichuan rural kindergarten teachers needs to be improved. A variety of sex education channels should be constructed to encourage teachers, especially those who are newly employed, to acquire more relevant knowledge, pay attention to children’s sex related behaviors, and improve their ability in sex education.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical characteristics of infections in adult acute leukemia (AL)patients during chemotherapy in hospital, and identify the risk factors for infections.
METHODSA retrospective study of patients with AL who underwent chemotherapy between July 2010 and Dec 2014 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University was conducted. Clinical features and risk factors for infections were analyzed.
RESULTS191 patients with AL received a total of 728 courses of chemotherapies. During these admissions, 385(52.9%) infections episodes occurred. The common infections sites were lower respiratory tract infection(36.3%,153/374), bloodstream infection(17.1%, 64/374), oral infection(13.6%,51/374), and perianal infection(13.4%, 50/374). 164 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected. Gram- negative bacteria were recorded in 59.1% of documented pathogens, and Gram- positive bacteria were responsible for 32.9% of infections. Multivariate unconditioned logistic analysis of factors identified consistent independent risk factors for no completely remission(OR=0.142, P< 0.001), duration of neutropenia longer than 7 days(OR=12.764, P<0.001), general wards(OR=1.821, P< 0.001), and hospitalization interval longer than 10 days(OR=0.720, P=0.039).
CONCLUSIONInfections after chemotherapy for AL continues to be common. AL patients with induction chemotherapy or severe neutropenia faced an increased risk of infections by multivariate analysis. And patients with short-term stay or laminar flow wards seem to be less susceptible to infections.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Practice and Service 2024;42(5):198-202
Objective To generate mice with whole-body overexpression of human METRNL gene. Methods Based on Cre-loxP system, Dppa3-Cre mice were mated with Rosa26-LSL-METRNL knock-in mice(R26-LSL-METRNL+/-)to generate R26-L-METRNL+/- mice. The genotypes of the offsprings were identified, and tissues of the blood, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, white adipose and muscle were collected. The expression of human METRNL gene in mice was investigated by quantitative real-time PCR, western blot and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with wild type control mice, human METRNL in R26-L-METRNL+/- mice significantly expressed at both mRNA and protein levels in tissues, with abundant METRNL protein in blood. Conclusion The mouse model overexpressing human METRNL gene(R26-L-METRNL+/- mouse)was successfully constructed.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2023;56(8):782-786
The morphological characteristics and biological behaviors of melanocytic nevi in children are different from those in adults. Up to now, the diagnosis and classification of melanocytic nevi in children are still based on international standards, there have been few Chinese studies on their comorbidities, nursing care and psychological effects, and their treatment is also confusing. Based on the relevant literature in China and other countries, and combined with clinical experience, the authors propose the diagnostic process, treatment and nursing suggestions for melanocytic nevi in children, and expect to carry out cooperative research with peers to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of melanocytic nevi in children.
