Objective:To compare the effects of different surgical treatment of chronic rhinitis-sinusitis difference, and its impact on transport function of maxillary sinus mucociliary, provide a clinical-surgical sinusitis preferably reference about the treatment of chronic nasal formulation for. Methods:From 2013.9-2014.12,otorhinolaryngology clinic in our hospital,160 cases were diagnosed as chronic nose-as research subjects were randomly divided into four groups of patients with sinusitis were treated from 1 to 4,60 cases in each group;treatment groupl receiving the maxillary sinus ostium augmentation, treatment group 2 received fenestration, treatment group 3 through tears crypt before maxillary sinus surgery, treatment 4 group receiving the maxillary sinus balloon dilatation;after covering the nasal mucosa observed and compared four groups of patients about edema, vesicle formation, bone exposure, scarring, etc.,as well as internal maxillary sinus secretions traits, volume situation, and compared patients after four groups line maxillary sinus cavity and perioral saccharin test biopsy cases three months and six months. Results:The four groups were made after surgery better clinical efficacy, and group efficacy 4 with the other three groups, the effect is most significant (all P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant, and after three months and six months, group 4 compared with other surgical group, the Lund-Kernedy score were also lower,MMT time were also lower, the difference was more significant (all P <0.05);in the maxillary sinus biopsy aspects:the number of postoperative inflammatory cells and dendritic cells and glandular cell morphology and submucosal edema improved submucosal structures also in the group of four most significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxillary sinus balloon dilatation treatment chronic nasal sinusitis curative effect is higher, which can effectively improve the cell and submucosal gland cell morphology and sinus mucosa edema, sinus unobstructed drainage effect, and high safety.

Objective To explore the inhibition role of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 on laryngeal cancer Hep‐2 cell proliferation and its influence on mTOR signal pathway .Methods Hep‐2 cells were treated with different concentrations of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 (10-8 ,10-7 ,10-6mol/L) for 24 ,48 ,72 h respectively .The proliferation situation of Hep‐2 cells was detected by the MTT meth‐od and the inhibition rate was calculated .The effect of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 on Hep‐2 cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry .The influence of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 on mTOR signaling pathway was detected by Western blot .Results Different concentrations of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 could inhibit the proliferation of Hep‐2 cells ,changed the cell cycle distribu‐tion and increased the proportion of Hep‐2 cells in G0/G1 phase .The expressions of TSC1 and TSC2 protein after 1 ,25 dihydroxyvi‐tamin D3 intervention were increased compared with the control group (P<0 .01) ,while the Rheb protein expression was signifi‐cantly decreased(P<0 .01):mTOR protein and phosphorylation level were significantly decreased compared with the control group (P<0 .01) ,the decrease of mTOR protein phosphorylation was especially obvious (P<0 .01);4EBP‐1 protein expression was in‐creased compared with the control group (P<0 .01) .Conclusion 1 ,25‐dihydroxyvitamin D3 alters the Hep‐2 cell cycle distribution , affects the protein expression of mTOR signaling pathway ,thus inhibits the cell proliferation .

BACKGROUND:Rena gel and expansive sponge are two kinds of nasal packing materials, but there is stil a lack of comprehensive analysis on their filing effects.
OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic efficacy of Rena gel and expansive sponge on nasal hemorrhage and postoperative nasal packing as wel as adverse reactions.
METHODS: A computer-based search of CBM, PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library was performed for articles addressing randomized controled trials of Rena gel and expansive sponge as filing materials. The keywords were “Rena gel, randomized controled, expansive sponge” in Chinese and English, respectively. Then, aching feeling during filing and removal, sweling pain, bleeding, and bleeding control were compared and analyzed through a Meta-analysis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:There were four randomized controled trials, involving 115 patients. The severity of pain was higher in the expansive sponge group than the Rena gel group when the filing materials were placed or removed (P < 0.05). However, there was no difference in the severity of pain between the two groups at 6 hours of filing (P > 0.05). The severity of sweling pain was higher in the expansive sponge group than the Rena gel group at 1 and 6 hours after filing (P < 0.05). When the filing materials were removed, the expansive group showed more severe bleeding than the Rena gel group (P < 0.05). No differences in the bleeding when filing and bleeding control were found between the two groups (P> 0.05). In addition, it was more difficult to fil or remove the expansive sponge from the nasal cavity (P < 0.05). These findings indicate that the Rena gel is superior to the expansive sponge in terms of pain, sweling pain, and bleeding when filing or removing the materials. But there is no difference in bleeding control between the two kinds of filing materials.

Chinese Journal of Hematology 2017;38(11):945-950
Objective:
To investigate the pathogen spectrum distribution and drug resistance of febrile neutropenic patients with hematological diseases in Shanghai.
Methods:
A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical isolates from the febrile neutropenic patients hospitalized in the departments of hematology in 12 general hospitals in Shanghai from January 2012 to December 2014. The drug susceptibility test was carried out by Kirby-Bauer method. WHONET 5.6 software was used to analyze pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility data.
Results:
A total of 1 260 clinical isolates were collected from the febrile neutropenic patients. Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 33.3% and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 66.7%.
